    Jonathan was an excellent representation of the company. He advocated for my husband and I throughout the entire process and made everything so clear with how he broke down the information. He let us know all the details about the company and how much they care about their tenants. Get this man a raise and a shoutout !

    I have re-leased here at Veridian Place. I was suspect of the new owners when they raised my rent by 15%. Very sus. They have won me over.I have seen all the improvements cafmanagement has done to our community since taking ownership. Most impressive is the management team. They welcome me with a smile and helpful attitude every time I’ve gone into the office. Especially Megan Munoz, our assistant manager. From the beginning she has treated me like a friendly neighbor. She has answered my questions with an honest professionalism. While also following through on assurances. Thank you Megan for your kindness, professionalism, and integrity.

    The maintenance guys Will and Fabian great!! They came pass office hours (10:00pm) to fix a leak in my apartment! Handled everything professionally, fast and with care.

    First of all I just want to acknowledge that Guillermo is amazing!! He always takes care of all of my needs when it comes to any repairs, he’s always in such a great mood I love his personality! He makes a simple experience so personable, he handles things in a timely manner and is always going out of his way to make sure anything we need is taken care of! He has great leadership skills, and always get the job done and as far maintenance goes I always request Guillermo.What’s going on Guillermo is leaving?He is an awesome maintenance guy, when something he is on it. Is there something we could do so he can stay with this property?

    I came in to get some information on this property because I am relocating from a different state. Connie was very welcoming. She was very informative with information about the property, jobs and information about 2nd chance homes just in case i needed to go in that direction while searching for a home. I checked out her information she gave me and was successful with finding properties suitable for my family and budget. She gave me hope and actually lifted some stress off of my shoulders. I didnt lease from this property but if i could I would have. If you have any concerns or worries Connie, her energy and personality will definitely reassure you that everything will be okay.

    I moved in about a week ago and I’m very impressed!! Nina made my application process very simple and she was very informative! Monica helped me get all the documents needed to prepare for my move in. But Julia made my move in absolute awesome. I was In a hurry and a little unprepared. She still was able to accommodate me. She is so friendly and helpful. She even had a waffle bar this morning at the office! My apartment is beautiful and the open bar set up that my kitchen has really utilized ever square inch!! Not to mention the backsplash and hardwood floors!! Valet trash and covered parking! Overall I’m beyond satisfied! I encourage anyone looking for luxury living for a reasonable rate to come here!

    First and foremost, I just want to say how awesome The management team is here. Especially Megan! She has been awesome from day 1! She always so nice and quick to help me with any issues I have. Maintenance is awesome, Apartment is awesome, no roaches, just an overall awesome community.

    These apartments are nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have responded promptly to any issues I have had in my unit. The maintenance team does decent work in a timely manner and the grounds are well kept. This complex is dog friendly and rent is reasonable. The apartment is located far enough away from DNT where noise isn’t an issue. Also there are two parks not even a mile away. The Rent is reasonable considering the kitchens and floors in all of the units have recently been updated. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

    Awhhhh what to say first about these ladies!! They are the closest to perfect as it gets. Had some issue with my initial payment. They walked me through the process with delight! I have a really tight schedule and they were very flexible. The apartment is awesome single bed and bath in mint condition. Glad I chose these guys. Hope you enjoy them as well!

    Even though every now and then, shots fired nearby. Its quiet like 99.9 percent of the time.Easy move in, easy to pay your rent online.I do think they should rethink the valet trash fee...because most of the time i take out my own trash and valet takes it out like once or twice a week but if it rains or storms they cancel the valet.But for the most part, love the complex because of the quietness and the access to printer. Better than my previous apt. But this place is a solid A-.

    I have to say this is the best apartment complex I have been to. When me and my fiancé were looking for apartments we went to about seven different places and this one stole us away. The front office staff was VERY welcoming and was so ready to give us the information we needed. They answered all of our questions without hesitation and without making us feel like we were intruding on their space. Whenever we were ready to go look at the model they also stated that we can go and look at the exact unit we would be moving into before we sign a lease. They want to make sure that you know exactly what youre moving into before committing. When me and my fiancé toured the unit we would move into there were a few things we wanted changed and they wrote them down and said they would get it all done for us before we moved in. I am blown away by this place and I recommend it to everyone. We have not moved in yet, but I am very confident that it will be without problem. Thank you Veridian Place and Karla and Cynthia for making me and my fiancé feel welcome!

    I came into the office to do some paperwork and immediately felt welcomed! They knew my name, had everything set up for me before I walked in. Every time I come into the office or casual walk by I am greeted by name. The staff is very friendly & caring. Great decision to live here :)

    I love the front office staff , they are by far the sweetest people i have come across. They are very lenient, make sure your home is in good shape at all times. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

    I came in today looking into renting a new apartment and the lady in the front office Shamika was extremely helpful and nice and professional...I would definitely recommend these apartments based of customer service and go see Shamika she is great!
