    Me and my dog couldn’t be happier with my apartment. I have a top floor apartment with the most beautiful view. I love seeing the sunset views at night. I couldn’t find another place with a bigger dog park. They even have balls and frisbee’s at the park for us to use! Everyone has been so nice in the office and my move in was seamless. Thanks Kelsey and the Varenna team!

    We have really enjoyed living at Varenna Lakeside. We are moving only because we have bought a new home. The location, amenities and new apartments has all been great. However why I felt I needed to comment about living here was because of the Management team. If you dont have a good team it can spoil everything for your tenants. What makes a good team is having a good leader and that you do have here at Varenna Lakeside. Kelsey has been wonderful and you can tell she sets the tone for the rest of the staff. Everyone, management and maintenance, has been great. Thank you Kelsey and staff for making our stay here enjoyable.Pete C

    I have loved living at Varenna. The girls in the office are amazing and always so friendly. They host the best events! My apartment is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the space. I can’t recommend it enough.

    I toured the Varenna apartments on my hunt for a new place. I really loved everything about them. The complex was well kept and had lots of great amenities. The staff was great as well . I was lucky enough to have a great tour guide. Joey was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the apartments and the leasing process. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

    I have recently moved in from Houston and I am incredibly satisfied with my choice. Bryan helped me out from start to finish on the application process and made it as easy as possible.The property is clean, well maintained. The amenities are very well thought out and taken care of. It’s quiet, with great location.I’ve seen a handful of very bad reviews on here and made me skeptical, but after touring living here I can assure you that they are not true.This is a great community, in a great location.

    Wow! I had a great experience today. I spoke with the property manager, Kelsey, as I am considering relocating. She provided all the details of the property as if I was there in person. Relocating can be a difficult time, so I want to give credit where credit is due and give accolades to her as our discussion made it much more peaceful. What I appreciated most was the sense of community, particularly in relation to the community events. The idea of this type of community was very inviting and heartwarming. However, the community is still under construction, so the excitement of meeting new neighbors is yet to come

    Bryan has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire leasing process. The whole team at Varenna Lakeside is awesome! My move from Connecticut could have been so stressful, but everyone helped make the process so easy. My apartment is beautiful and I am in love with all of the amenities. Plus there’s always fun events and activities going on! Highly recommend these apartments!

    Absolutely loved the tour of my place and the property manager Kelsey. The pool and amenities look amazing and the inside of the apartments were spacious and beautiful. My kids and I loved it. The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends when I move. Thanks Kelsey

    This place has everything. I toured apartments with the property manager, Kelsey, today and the units are gorgeous. There’s a dog park and pet station on the property so you can even give your dog a bath! I really liked the pool and exercise room. Everything had an Italian villa kind of feel. Not at a point that I’m moving right now but really did like the place and the friendliness with the manager. Will Definately look here again if I end up moving.

    This review is made of my own free will. I have not been offered a gift card but there is one I wont say no either lolI wanted to take this time to personally thank the staff at Varenna Lakeside. I moved here without seeing the site and was met with fast responses and a great walk-through from Bryan. I love the Wolf Ranch especially how close we are to all the stores and the Georgetown square!The property itself is beautiful including an incredible gym and outdoor pool area. I really enjoy BBQs and having my family visit. I will not deny there are some construction issues but my immediate concerns were taken care of and communication was exceptional from the staff!The apartment itself is beautiful especially my sunrise/sunset view and the overall space. Why did I pick the 3rd floor? HahaThere are always events and I am personally looking forward to the summer party. I am enjoying my time here and the neighbors are great! Thank you to the Varenna team for making this an enjoyable place to call home!-Chris

    Loved this place, fit everything i was looking for and more. The apartment tour and leasing process was super easy, had no problems. Joey and the rest of the staff were amazing, the customer service was a 10/10, will be recommending to my friends.

    I had an amazing experience touring as well as going through the leasing experience at Varenna Lakeside! Joey was incredible as he helped me tremendously with all my questions and no matter what problem arose for me during the process, he was quick to help me push through and in the end I am now happy to be a VL tenant! Thanks for everything Joey and everyone else at Varenna Lakeside.

    I’ve lived in many apartments, but none of them have been as great as this one! Joey is always incredibly helpful and made the leasing process easy. I definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking!

    I loved Varenna as soon as I moved in! The apartments are modern and so aesthetically pleasing. The front office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and so quick to address any needs or issues we may have. Amenities are beautiful and I love how versatile the gym is. I cant wait to see this complex when its complete!

    This place is amazing! Just moved in and couldn’t be happier. My apartment is great, the backsplash and all the details are perfect. The manager Kelsey has been so responsive. And they have the best parties in town!

    I recently toured Varenna for my daughter who will be moving there soon and WOW- it is just beautiful! The details are very nice and I know she will love the fitness center which is very large and has high end equipment! The units are very spacious and modern as well Also, she has a Great Dane named Mona who will love the pet park! The overall tour with Brook was amazing and she left no details out - by far my favorite of the apartments I have toured! Go see for yourself!

    Bryan was a pleasure to work with throughout my virtual relocation from Georgia to Texas. He was really accommodating and responded quickly/thoroughly to all of my inquiries. Definitely made the process easy and stress-free, even though everything had to be coordinated online. My relocation to a new state was considerably smoother than expected because he spared no effort in seeing to my every requirement. 10/10!

    Was out shopping apartments for me and my kids. Just me so lots of factors. Safety, livability and comfort in the units trumps price. Randomly stopped into to clubhouse and was met by Katherine. I’ve been renting for years and met all sorts of property managers but I’ve never felt at home and truly cared for than I did in the initial interaction. Total trust immediately knowing that I could rest easy with her at the helm. Proving was market fair, but the feeling of being cared for and looked out for makes anything absolutely worth it. Tight ship and know that I’m going to be in good hands. Units are sizable but what sets it aside is the thoughtfulness that went into the design of the buildings. Livability was a factor here more than footage vs revenue. Amenities are amazing from the gym to the pool to the walkability tie ins that the neighborhood has. Super rare and great find. Look no further and house yourself here.
