    The Staff from Liz and her front office to the maintenance crew are top notch. Issues are giving a trouble ticket and addressed Timely.. Plus Superior follow up. Family oriented mostly quiet ..older but the upside is larger windows and rooms not found in newer Apartments. My only downside has been inconsistent water billing from the city and the third party agency used by the owner of The Vanderbilt ..

    Kevin is one of our maintenance guys and he as well as the others are always kind, courteous and friendly and always do there very best. I’m glad he doesn’t mind my silly questions at times. 😊

    My family lived at Vanderbilt for almost 2 years and our experience was a great one. Liz was very helpful and accommodating, helping us get moved in coming from out of state. Maintenance was amazing and always responded in a very timely manor! I was told management had changed and they were doing a lot to change the complex for the better, I believe that! The other tenants were also extremely friendly and made living in close proximity to one another a nice experience!

    I really enjoyed my stay at Vanderbilt Apartments. Office staff was very respectful and courteous to me. On site maintenance responded around the clock and even resolved an issue I had in the middle of the night. Property manager Liz was amazing, always thinking of ways to help residents, improve the property, and provide a family environment. Highly recommended!

    The staff is amazing! Just moved in and had some minor problems. (cosmetic) issues once I informed the office they addressed immediately. The manager herself came to my apartment and personally made sure that my house was up to standards. The whole Office staff is A1. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, nice, affordable home and GREAT STAFF and maintenance team.

    Great place to live and pretty quiet from what it was years ago! The Management have done a wonderful job in getting this place cleaned up and safe for families to feel safe again in this area! The ladies in the front office are so nice, and are willing to work with you with all that is going on in this world they understand unlike some businesses! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends! Keep up the good work

    Lived here for 5 years. Great apartment staff, never really had issues with the apartment but when things did need tending to the staff was quick to help and resolve my issue. Management is very respectful. The complex as a whole is decent and quiet.

    Great quiet place on my side to live. Friendly neighbors and great manager. Liz has always taken great care of us.

    Cheapest rent in the area without going to Freeport. Sure its a little dated but its a nice place to live for the price. The laundry is the cheapest in town, new machines and the its cleaned regularly. I find the staff friendly. The one problem I had maintenance wise they fixed in less than 45 minutes. The pool is clean, my neighbors are cool.

    The Leasing Manager Liz and her staff are very professional and friendly. I was in my Apartment very quick. They had referrals for an Electric Company and Xfinity for Cable and Internet Services that provide quick and hassle free services. Thank you

    I love the customer service the whole team offers! I love my new apartment home which was affordable and fantastic! The application process was easy and will definitely refer friends and family!

    When living in apartment you will find Roaches and I have only seen dead ones, I know the management infumigates every month and also when resident gives a notice. I dont understand people when your not clean they will eat there.My opion is that this propert has cleaned up.New management has cleaned up and the Pools are sparkling, landscaping is beautiful and most of the residents there are hard working plant workers. Dont let these nagative remarks make you regret. Look at the property and see that they are full and a waiting list.This person must of got evicted and is mad and took photos of their new home.

    This complex is an older one, but it is going through a makeover. Any time I had an issue, the management has fixed the problem right away. The Vanderbilt is a family friendly complex. Its not the Ritz, but for the price and the management, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

    I have lived here for two years now, its an awesome place to live, quiet the maintenance crew and the office people are always very very helpful, you turn in something you need fixed and it gets done especially if its an emergency Im very pleased about living here, thanks Liz and crew, everybody is awesome!
