    Honestly they were very helpful with the whole process, Carlos and Valerie were extremely happy to help us through the process.The unit is new and above all. The place is quite, I can finally have some peace in San Antonio.Another thing to add is that they will work with you to get things going. They just dont have you call or go through robots.     Me and my spouse moved in recently and not only was it the smoothest move ever, But Ms. Valorie made everything easy, fast and most of all she was super helpful. Other apartment complexes need a staff like the one we have here at Valleyridge. I encourage any and everyone to move here. PAY YOUR BILLS! And abide by all rules and this could be your forever home.     Great community, community watch program, very friendly always having events for the holidays at random that helps out a lot with raffles for discounts on rent and also always free prizes for the kids.

    WOW! WOW!EXCELLENT customer service as soon as you call and walk in. Sarah greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Sarah was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional and caring.......I always passed through Valley Ridge going to work and this time decided to take a look. Well, Im glad me and my husband stopped by. We are moving in Wednesday and Im so excited because I know that we will be taken care off by the staff. While we were filling out the application we had a question and Sarah was on the phone so CARLOS volunteered to help us....he was also very friendly and helpful...not to mention the MANAGER STEPHANIE is also awesome, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Valley Ridge. You wont be disappointed.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

    I didn’t think I was actually going to move here I randomly saw this place while looking for apartments but once I got to the office Sarah was so nice and helpful before I knew it I was approved and putting my deposit down. We have been here about 2-3 weeks now and it has been really quiet and very private. My son loves it here I love it here. This is much better than any apartment I’ve ever had. So go see Sarah if your in the market for a new place!

    Ive been here over a year and Ive never had any issues. Yesterday, I had an ac issue (luckily it was nothing more than being frozen over) However, Daniel the maintenance guy even still made sure to come by to double check and make sure everything was good. Even offered to get me filters if I needed them. He made sure to double and then triple check it all to make sure my family and I are okay and wont be without AC. He is always so respectful and accommodating. I cant express how much I truly appreciate him and his hard work.

    Wow!! What can I say about my visit with Melissa Reyes!! She saw me at an absolute transition in life and welcomed me and my kids with open arms. Her pride for the community and her engagement with the residents is wonderful. She made us feel at home, sharing all the exciting new improvements the property is working on. Walking around the community truly feels like home. Although my journey of finding a new place has not been finalized, we are definitely keeping Valley Ridge at the top of our list❣ Thank you Melissa❤

    I love living here. It is quiet and no one really bothers us. We have cow neighbors and horses. I had to move from my previous location bc of DV issues and Melissa was very good at listening to me and helping me the best she could. She understood that I was needing to move quickly so she helped to get me in and even gave me a welcome home gift that was super adorable and thoughtful. She was kind, professional, and respectful. They are big on community so they have many family events for the residences. All my interactions with staff have been great. Thank you Melissa ❤️

    I am beyond grateful to Melissa for helping me out with my move. She is very professional down to earth and incredible human being. I have a crazy schedule and she took the time to help me and made my move very easy. There has always been strong communication and professionalism here that I had not seen from other leasing offices. Every time I’m near the office they are so kind.What can I say I have been here for a couple of months and I love it here! The neighborhood is so quiet, and peaceful. the office is very attentive.     I always drove by here thinking it was one of those places where you rent the land and you bring your own MH, man was I wrong they were apartments!! One day decide to come check it out just to get approved on the spot by Sarah F, an amazing person by the way always helped me in every step of the way renting my first home!! She gave me one of those warmest welcomes and always called me to make sure I was doing ok. She deserves so much credit!! Without her I wouldn’t be living here. The MH it self was super clean and move in ready with a cute lil welcome gift. So far I’ve been liking it. We will see how things unravel here in the future. Will keep updating if any changes happen. So far proud to be a valley ridge resident!!

    We loved our experience here living in the community its very quiet and nice playground area with a pool. We loved how every holiday they had little events in the office for kids and familys to win prizes or money off your rent. The only thing is the parking they do tow any cars that arent parked in their own drive way but other then that everythings good. Their very kind and friendly here. Sad to go but definitely recommend

    The house is great, maintenance is friendly, Stephanie in the office is amazing. The only negative is there is a lot of cats roaming around and nobody cleans up after their dogs when they go to the bathroom. Otherwise, I feel safe there and so do my kids. I would recommend this place if you are low key and want a great community setting.

    Out with the old and in with the new! Valley Ridge is cleaning up their park and improving the quality of living here by putting in new trailers. All of their staff are friendly and professional.

This is one of those parks where the management really truly cares about their people, and have made tremendous improvements in the park.The park itself is very quiet and neighbors come out to introduce themselves, which makes you feel good to live there and makes it a safe place for families.Definitely a good place to live!

    Living at Village Ridge has given me a whole new vision of living in a trailer park. We moved to this side of town wanting to live outside of San Antonio. My husband and I both drive in heavy traffic every day; so definitely didnt want to live in the city. Village Ridge trailer park is actually pretty quiet then what I imagined. Theyve gotten rid of a lot of old trailers; which would make the place look trashy with new trailers. Theyve added the basketball goals; and a new park for the kids. The pool area is always nice and clean. When something is needed to be worked on the maintenance guys are good about getting it worked on. Theyve done everything they said they would do when we first moved in. I especially like the great attitude of “Mo, the administrative assistant!” I send him emails of my complaints and he always responds with an action that he on it. I don’t have to wait for the office to open to pay my rent; we conveniently pay it on line. Love it….so yes we’re happy here in our new trailer and decided to stay a little longer with Village Ridge.Sincerely,Diana

    Valleyridge mobile homes has its perks. My husband and I have lived here since December and absolutely feel at home. They are really cleaning up the park and have worked with us. We take pride living in this complex and appreciate management for trying to make this place even better. I recommend this place to many people, and have never had a safety issue or concern.     The place is quiet to live at as no crazy loud parties take place there. There is a small problem of some stray dogs and the owners restriction on what material of storage unit you can put in, has to be wood only. They have quite a few new units available with brand new appliances and the mobile homes are fairly roomy compared to others I have seen in past.So all in all its a decent place to live.

    My son is renting a room from a friend here. I liked the neighborhood, there is a pond on the property which is nice and I like the layout and the landscaping. The Mobile homes that are newer are really nice. I am thinking about checking them out.

    I have lived at valley Ridge for a little over a Ridge now. The maintenance staff never makes me wait they come right away and fix it. I love the office staff these new people in the office are awesome I love Corina and Omar. They always kind and polite when I go in there. And helpful when I need anything.

    Looks kind of sketchy, but I dont live there. The person I visited shared that someone near her lets their dogs loose and one is a pitbull. I dont have anything against pitbulls per se, but you never know what a dog is going to do.

    Speed bumps suck..... new office people are nice. been here 7 mos have not had a problem with fleas. love my home here along with the area i am in. I stay to myself and no problems. yes if you dont pay rent like all other places you have singed a agreement to pay so why be mad if you get a letter saying your payment is due.... pay on time no problems.... pool hrs are not the best but again upon moving in the pool hrs were mentioned so why be mad...

    Been living here since Feb. and have had no issues. Neighbors are friendly and its quiet. There are kids that are in the street and dont move when youre driving but blame the parents not the park. Other than that no issues as of right now

    Good place to live but a little outdated and have noisy neighbors late at night. But for the price you cant beat it :) pool hours suck and they charge 50 bucks just to get in for the summer. If you like living on the cheap than this is the place for you my freind

    Exceptionally well kit houses are beautiful there I know theyre trailer houses but theyre really kept well they are the really beautiful the places really nice the pond needs water but its always kept very clean cars go by there quite a bit too fast they need a sign or they need somebody standing after theres too many kids that are playing out there in the roads and these crazy guys are up and down just in the trucks blazing like if its on the highway so that needs to be done about that other than that everything is fine

    The community is quiet for the most part. Reasonable lot rent. There is a pond and a park and a swimming pool. They need to add a road at the back of the property to connect to Pearsall Rd.

    I moved in 12/19 with a years lease I had a great experience with all management especially (Stephanie) she was amazing she was very friendly and very professional and was able to explain any questions I had about the trailers without Hesitation they knew what they where doing I lived in 509 and it was a very beautiful new trailers so spacious and the master bathroom was my favorite open floor plans was perfect for my little family rent was worth it my Neighbors where friendly and nice lots of kids which I like since I had a young son the school entry way was perfect just a few trailers down and it was easy to walk my son to school they have a small playground that was always clean the mailbox area was always well keep as for as I know I didnt go there but twice a month to get my stack of mail lol the patios where spacious never had any issues with Any kind of critters or bug but im also a neat freak lol it was very quiet and on the weekends there was some loud music played but no later then 8pm and for me that was ok im a night owl anyways the Maintenance men where friendly and did everything very quick to fix any issue you had with out any hassel unfortunately I had to move out (not due to valley ridge)but a family passing but would love too move back soon...
