    My first apartment, I lived here for a few years.ProsThe move in process was easy and well thought out.Maintenance is quick with handling maintenance requests. They are friendly and professional. I would give maintenance a 10/10.The leasing office personnel are kind, caring, and make a strong effort to keep the community in good condition. Every time I interacted with Cindy, Brandie, Rebecca or Sky I was pleased with the interaction.My apartment 3/2 lower floor apartment was in good condition. I loved the layout with a 2 car garage. If you put in the effort you can make the apartment look really nice and modern.Most of my neighbors were friendly and respectful. I even became friends with a few.The amenities like the pool and gym are clean and aesthetically pleasing.ConsNo apartment complex is perfect. My biggest annoyance is the gates coming into the complex. I could never get the code to work with my iPhone. My roommate got hers to work half the time. A lot of guests just have to wait for someone to drive through the gate to get access to the property.For new comers the complex is confusing, a directory would help out new guests navigate the community.The trash compactor gets damaged frequently, through no fault of the property management but more so the tenants discarding incorrect items in the compactor like furniture or large boxes.Conclusion:If you are looking for a mature apartment complex, with a good community, management, and spacious apartments. This is a great option. I can strongly recommend this property.

    10 out of 10! Vale has been the best first apartment. Great experience, anytime something is wrong with an appliance or anything needs to get fixed it’s immediately done with no hassle. The Community has great people. Cindy is very sweet and always on top of things.

    We lived at Vale for just under 3 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and its employees. The administration team in the office are very attentive and pleasant to work with. There is a great sidewalk that encircles the whole complex that is ideal for walking dogs, along with plenty of pet waste stations for easy disposal. The dog park is also very convenient, and big enough so that multiple pets can enjoy it at once. Any time we had a maintenance problem, the attentive staff would be there to fix it that same day, usually within the hour. There is plenty of parking for any guests that we had over, and we never had any problems with our car being parked out there for extended periods of time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the North Houston area.

    I have lived many places (TX, CA & NY) and I must say the care/support I have received is superb!The ladies (Cindy, Rebecca and Skye) are so incredibly personable and responsive plus their follow-up to ensure closer is ON POINT.Yes, I am more than satisfied with how I have been treated. I know it’s natural, because I have been in the office and seen everyone is treated with respect and attentiveness!

    I would have given a 5 star review, if our experience wasn’t as horrible as it has been. The leasing agent that we were assigned showed that they are extremely incompetent. Our application process got dragged out, because this specific agent decided not to reach out to us letting us know information was missing. When we went to get our keys for move in, not only was this agent not there, she also had not even started the process of issuing our keys. If it wasn’t for Miss Rebecca, who has been nothing short of amazing stepping in and picking up the slack of this other agent we wouldn’t have moved in. She was attentive on our move in day, and she along with head maintenance Pablo were able to get our keys issued within 15 minutes of our arrival. They deserve a raise.

    First let me say that the entire team is excellent. The property manager Ms. Cindy is AMAZING. I truly believe that is why the proper is one to definitely consider. It is well managed , well kept , and the atmosphere is refreshing. After 4 years my life has caused me to move , but this will forever be my home. Vale has my heart. Living here is more than just a location , it is an experience. The assistant manager has excellent customer service skills and is very personable , front office e staff is friendly and well knowledgeable, and lastly the maintenance team is exceptional. If you’re living somewhere else , you are definitely missing out. Lease today !!!!!!

    Let me start by stating, I read reviews. I don’t leave them. Not unless it’s something I feel is deserved. And this review truly is very well deserved!My husband and I have been living at the Vale Luxury Apartments for nearly 4 years now and to be completely honest, we love it. Of course no place is perfect. You have the occasional problems that occur while living in an apartment complex. But, those issues are taken care of quickly. Overall, it’s a great community.With that being said, I’d like to give a big shout out to 3 individuals who are wonderful.- Cindy (the property manager).She is hard working, diligent, kind and attentive. Whenever I have any issues with something, she’s always on top of it and does everything she can do rectify it. Thank you Cindy for everything you do for our community!- Rebecca (leasing agent).She is so awesome! My sister and her fiancé had applied and unfortunately the agent they were assigned to (not Rebecca) didn’t do everything needed to make the process an enjoyable or even a smooth experience. Which caused a lot of frustration and stress. Especially on their move in day.. Rebecca was nothing short of incredible! Without hesitation, she jumped right into helping us get everything taken care! She picked up the slack, made us her top priority and got everything done within 30 minutes so we could start moving things in! We cannot thank her enough for doing what needed to be done!! Thank you so much Rebecca for everything!!!- Pablo (head of maintenance).He is one of the most kindest individuals I’ve ever met! Whenever I see him, he has a smile on his face and waves to us and says hello. The best way I can describe him is, he’s like a ray of sunshine; warm, happy and kind. To Cindy, Tessa,& Rebecca and the maintance staff as well for always taking care of our property and being kind as they do their job.I’ve been here since 2021 and have always experienced great communication when it comes to property activities to even if I’ve had a concern. Staff has always addressed it in such a proper manner and diligently work on making sure properly holds its standard. Open communication is one of the best things I’ve experienced with the manager and leasing agents.My youngest daughter loves to stop and chat with them at the office almost everyday day after school.So I want to say once again Thank you all for all you do! 😁

    We have been living in the Vale since 2021. Cindy who is the property manager has been wonderful ensuring the luxury community is safe for all of the residents. Her communication skills and prompt responses to our issues have been excellent. Shout out to Rebecca who just helped us sign our 4th lease here she was on top of it every step of the way ensuring we had everything submitted on time. The amenities and the pool has been a joy! We don’t even have to travel to far for a luxury style pool. We appreciate Pablo for all that he does around the community to ensure everything is fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Pablo for always waving and supporting the community. We thank the whole Vale team for always making our experience the very best.

    Front office is super helpful. Shereka Jackson and Joshua have helped make the application process easy. Shereka also showed us around the entire complex and let us see the exact apartments that were available in the floor plan we wanted. Really helped us decide which one we wanted to apply for. Dog park is amazing. Plenty of parking. Super quiet community.

    I would like to share the amazing experience I have had since 2022. Cindy. the manager is so nice and keeps the community updated . Cindy was with me every step of the way as I signed my 3rd lease, recently . Maintenance is quick and effective. Tessa , the assistant manager goes over an above where customer service is concerned. The property is beautiful and I feel safe. Shout out to Rebecca that works in the office. The VALE has provided everything I needed in apartment living (my first experience in Houston). Thank you!!!     As a single mom, moving can come with a ton of weight. The staff here worked with her and communicated well through the whole process. Very responsive when asked upon. The apartment and community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Incredible pool and amenities. The garage included with every apartment is a huge benefit. Cindy, as the manager, has an incredible staff. Ms Rebecca has been kind, soft spoken and direct. Tessa, the assistant manager has me laughing from the first minute. Shes sweet and very helpful. They all have supported me and have helped me settle in and allow my kids a safe and upscale living environment.

    I moved to Houston not to long ago and a friend of mine recommended this apartment complex to me. I toured with Ms. Rebecca who was very helpful and answered all my question. During the tour of the property we rode around on a golf cart instead of walking, something Ive never seen before. Two months in to my stay here, there was a problem with my garage door. The property manager Ms. Cindy was able to contact maintenance and have them do repairs that same day. I know some people actually read reviews before looking for a place to live, so here are a couple of reasons to live here. 1. Clean Property, 2. Gates are always working, 3. No loud neighbors, 4. Nice size living area, 5. The leasing office always answers the phone/ emails, they never have a bad attitude like some apartment complexs do.

    LISTEN HERE… If I could give Vale Luxury Apartments the number of stars they deserve, it would be up there with how many we have on our American flag! I LOVE these apartments, and so does my family of four. I moved out here from California almost two years ago. Desperately looking for somewhere where my kids and I could start over after a separation, I was exhausted!!! I looked at so many houses and apartments I considered being a realtor out here! lolFrom safety, school ratings, food/store accessibility, and amenities, this complex has the trophy. But, also very important to me is the office/maintenance staff! I have been a homeowner for a very long time, so it was hard to adjust to asking others to fix things for me. But Pablo and his crew are angels with tools, so fast and kind. I purposely waited four months to make sure my honest review could be valid. I made maintenance calls, and they were fixed faster than I could walk to the office.The process of getting me in here wasnt easy! Due to the fact that I still work for the state of California, it took some tedious work to convert emails to verify my income. The manager, Cindy, im so thankful she made it happen by jumping through my state (CA) hoops to receive government emails to accept my application. Rebecka, who wouldnt adore Rebecka? She was so sweet and informative; as soon as I walked through the door, her presence was genuine and inviting. My daughter said she was so pretty and caring that this has to be where we live… the pool also had her vote. Then there is Tessa; she makes me smile with her helpful, calm demeanor. I have bugged her a few times, and every time I get off the phone with her, I thank GOD for these apartments. I planned to only stay for a year. However, these last few months here have definitely made Houston/Spring feel like home. They show persistence, poise, and empathy even through disasters. With being a single mom again, there is nothing more comforting than coming home to my safe community, driving right into my garage, into my well-kept luxury apartment! Every neighbor I have met so far is a great person. The pool, 24/7 gym, and business center are better than most. Yes, these apartments are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I never thought I would be paying rent with a BIG smile. Well I do!!! This 2100 a month is worth every penny, you hear me! Do yourself a favor and sign your name on the contract. Its the second-best decision I made in TX! My first was Life Change Church in Houston; if you need a church family, check it out.I am writing this mini novel with nothing in return from these apartments. I am writing this for people who are searching for a beautiful, fresh beginning like I was months ago. Your stressful search can end right here. You have been honestly and lovingly informed.     Our leasing agent was named Rebecca, and she was wonderful! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Right before move-in we decided to switch from a one bedroom to a two, and Rebecca was able to help us make the changes quickly and efficiently so we did not miss our move date. There was great communication with her, and also the online application on the Vale portal was very easy to navigate and upload documents.     The Vale Luxury apartments are great place to live!As a school teacher of 20 plus years, who loves peace, quiet, and a comfortable home environment, the Vale is the perfect place to live.Management and staff including the new assistant Manager, lovely leasing ladies, and maintenance crew under Cindy’s leadership are all very professional and courteous.Top that off with second to none quality amenities that include a workout center with free weights, resort size swimming pools, huge barbecue grills, computer room and a very nice pool table, and you have Luxury Apartment homes with resort style living.Oh and did I mention the standard one and two car parking garages that come standard with each unit? Yep, you can walk right into your luxury apartment home from your attached garage…I therefore give the Vale, my highest rating of 5 Stars.Thank you Cindy and team for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!Eddie J.     I have been living in this condominium for a year and my experience has been excellent. The people in the administrative offices and those who collaborate with the care and services of the place have always been very kind and attentive to address any concerns. The place is always clean, in good condition, and there is always good communication with the residents to inform about any updates. I highly recommend this place, unfortunately, I had to move because the price was too high for me, but I would have loved to stay there for a longer time. Thank you very much for everything.

    My family and I recently relocated to the area and moved into Vale without even viewing the property. I was a little nervous about moving in a place that I never toured. But everything and everyone has exceeded my expectations!! The application process was easy and very quick! Ashley was very helpful and responded to all of my questions and concerns very fast! On move in day I changed my apartment size from 2 to a 3 bedroom, Josh hopped right on it to re-screen me and get everything taken care of. He even offered to come in on Saturday to give me the keys and review everything with me. I never felt rushed with them and all of my questions were answered! Josh and Ashley definitely made this process so easy. It’s one thing when the customer service is great but it’s another when it’s exceptional! The area is really nice and the complex is very clean and quiet. The staff and maintenance are very respectful and has helped in any way they can. The maintenance request was taken care of very quickly! Overall I am so happy I decided to choose Vale! I really feel at home!

    I’ve enjoyed my first month living here. The apartment is super quiet, and everything in it is new. Rebecca is quick to resolve any concerns I’ve had. A small problem with this apartment is that the bathroom has two doors, and one of them cant be locked from the inside, which makes it less private when guests need to use it. Overall, the apartment is good.

    - Beautiful accommodations and layout/design of neighborhood.- Convenient location to outlying community.- Great dog park with massive shade tree, plus multiple dog stations around the perimeter, which is also a great walking trail.- Wonderful and attentive staff. Ashley G. in-processed me into the complex with the utmost professionalism and support.- Staff also very good at addressing problems that can affect all tenants by courteously notifying all residents regarding breaks in policy/contract in an effort to keep everyone living in a safe and well-maintained environment.- Maintenance crew is quick and responsive to take care of issues that arise, even after duty hours.- One minus, although dog waste stations are readily available, not all residents pick up after their pups. :(

    Since Ill be moving out soon. Its time I leave a review. Honestly this is one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. From helping me print out forms to being speedy with responses to concerns and questions. Maintenance is very timely. I havent had any issues and Im going to miss this complex. Cons... Now the walls are thin so be sure to look at the layouts and see what works for you. But I have great neighbors and its very rare I hear them.The speeding in the complex has had me raise my eyebrows a few times as there are kids and dogs so just be mindful of your driving.

    I lived here for 3 years almost going on 4, however I just recently moved out to relocate. I can say that living at Vale was a great experience. We moved in when they were still some building under construction. I can honestly say that no matter what apartment complex you are moving into you will be able to hear within the walls. It has only been a few times I could hear my neighbors.Cindy and Joshua are great at their jobs. They always answered promptly, I can say the same thing about maintenance. Their response to our concerns and needs have always been outstanding. It is a very quiet complex with great amenities. I will truly miss living here.

    Wow, what a seamless move in process. I had to switch from a 1 BR to a 2 BR less than a week before moving in. Rebecca was great and was able to get this done and kept us informed of the process. Highly recommend and look forward to relaxing in my new home.

    I moved here from out of state so I never got to see the place in person, but the pictures online and reviews were great so I took the chance. So glad I did! The place was built just a few years ago so everything is nice. Theres a massive pool, 24 hour gym, and even a car wash station on site. Ashley was great checking me in the first day. Pablo on the maintenance team was amazing and when several of my packages of furniture arrived early, he moved them in the garage so they didnt get wet in the rain. Then on the day I got here, I needed help moving a heavy box up the stairs and Pablo helped me out big time!

    Lets just say, this is the place to live!!After moving from a small town to a bigger city, Vale Luxury apartments has treated me great. From quick maintenance, staff, cleanliness, and safety. This apartment has been great for me within the 1 year staying here. I would have renewed my lease, but I had to leave for a new job. This apartment complex has given me a great experience. Ive had horrible experiences in the past with other apartments, but the vale gave me a different point of view. The Vale have different events and food trucks that come to welcome their tenants. Thank you Vale for giving me a wonderful experience.If youre thinking about joining The Vale, look no further. Do not believe the negative reviews. This is a great community and every apartment has a garage. I will miss you Cindy and the rest of the team. Thank you for taking care of me while I was there.

    Have had a great time living here since I moved in. Maintenance is quick and does a great job, and the office staff is helpful and responsive. Every neighbor Ive spoken to has been friendly and I havent had any issues thus far. The apartment attached garage is also awesome. Be sure to talk to Maddie P if you are thinking of moving here, she made my cross-country move much smoother than I was expecting.

    We relocated to Texas from Maryland and discovered Vale Luxury Apartments. What a great place to call home. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. They are always professional.Two members of the staff have been exceeding helpful, Ashley and Pablo. Both have gone above and beyond in helping us get settled into our new home.     Rebecca was simply amazing! I transitioned here from Chicago did a virtual tour of their three bedroom and loved it! I wanted a place I could feel as if I was on vacation all the time.     The Vale has all the luxuries amenities one could ask for! I couldnt be more happier with my decision to move here!     Have been a resident since August 2021, it’s been a great experience so far. Maintenance has fixed all of my requests in a timely manner. The front office is kind and helpful. They were super accommodating with my move-in as I was moving from out of state and driving. Apartment has an attached garage which is super appreciative considering I enjoy and cherish my car, plus it’s nice storage space. You don’t share a stair with anyone, it’s a very nice private almost home like apartment. The pool is clean, large, and nice for lounging. I don’t use it often but every time I have it’s been great. My only complaints are typically centered around other residents. Things like driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding through the apartments/blowing stop signs/parking in front of my garage/apartment door. The facility is amazing and the staff is great, can’t imagine what they deal with compared to what I see!

    Been living here for 3 months and we love it specially with the attached garage more privacy it doesn’t feel like an apt more like a home.     Wonderful Staff and grounds are well maintained. Its a wonderful place to live. Im going on my 3rd year here and I have no desire to live anywhere else.     My lease is almost up at my current location, and I decided to tour Vale Apartments this past week. I toured the property with Ashley Guillory, and she was absolutely wonderful and so kind. Ashley was able to answer all of my questions and was very insightful as to all the amenities the property included. The property itself was very clean, and appears to be well maintained. I enjoyed the tour and the floorplans. I felt really good about Vale apartments after my tour and I plan on calling Vale home very soon.

    Just moved in and I’m in love. My apt is so bright and airy. I don’t have to turn on any lights during the day. Amenities are amazing. Pool is huge. Apts come with updated washer and dryer. Every home has a garage with is soooo helpful when it comes to parking. Ashley helped me through the application and move in process and was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend living here

    Ive really enjoyed my stay here at Vale. Very quiet community and the grounds are well kept. I hope to continue to live here as long as the rate doesnt change on me much. Cindy the manager is on top of everything if you should have any complaints or concerns and so is Josh. I see people complaining about the trash but thats no fault to management more so the builder of the property. It gets out of control, however, I think they work hard at getting it fixed and cleared. I enjoy the gym and lately have use the pool. The garage is a plus for me and the apartment size and space is great. The residents are pretty nice and friendly. I have not had a bad experience with any neighbors. I feel safe sitting out on my patio at all hours of the day or night.

    I’ve had a great experience from my first tour of Vale to actually living on this property. The location is great not far from grocery stores, food, and entertainment. And the actual units are amazing. The kitchen is very spacious, the rooms are large, there’s walk in closets, and every unit has a private garage. It’s very modern yet cozy and feels like a house. Not only does the property offer the best features in the area, it also has a great management team. Whenever I needed assistance with something the call back time wasn’t too long and my problems were resolved. All and all Vale Luxury Apartments really is worth considering as a place to live.

    These apartments have potential, but unfortunately they are very poor construction. My husband and I have lived in apartments before, so we are aware you will hear neighbors when sharing walls; however, I felt like we were sharing our apartment with everyone else in the building. We could smell whatever substances they smoked as well. The staff is aware of the poor construction and faulty appliances. After we signed the lease, before entering our apartment, we were informed by the leasing agent not to ask the office to make the water hotter because they cant. We had luke warm/room temperature water at most during our stay here. Additional issues include constant plumbing leaks that are never are completely repaired by maintenance. They will charge you for the water damage on move out.As far as safety and crime, we also had packages stolen off of our porch and people knocking on our door in the middle of the night.update: thank for you following up

    Ive been at Vale for 2 years and I couldnt be more happier with the property and the staff , the manger Cindy ALWAYS makes sure our request & needs are handled and her support staff is just as great . Great area for a families Im never worried if my kids are out playing , very quite complex not too big so it doesnt feel like an apt complex more like a home. I will say that I wish there was more community events like pool gatherings or game nights to get to know your neighbors but covid .     This apartment complex has it all! It was very important to me to have a garage for my new electric car. These apartments are one of the few complexes that has a garage for every single home. Vale Luxury Apartments are by far the best apartments townhome like feel, and most of all the feel of living at home. Ive seen many other apartment sites and Vale Luxury Apartments were my #1 choice. Location is AWESOME!!!!! not far from grocery stores quick and easy commute to highway. Units are amazing kitchen is very spacious, the rooms are large, walk in closets, also every unit has a private garage. Let not forget about gated community and every unit has an alarm system.     The floor plans are nice, It is a great location to grocery and retail shopping, I-45 and Grand Parkway.. We were relocated to this apartment in April as our house was repaired from pipe damage in the February Ice storm. The pool area looks like a resort. While they struggled to maintain it in June, management says it is better now. I had a dispute over keeping part of my deposit but management was very reasonable in reviewing the decision and worked with me. When there are issues, they seem eager to resolve it. It is a family friendly and pet friendly complex. Pets of all sizes are welcome and they have facilities for your pets. A work out center eliminates the need for a gym membership. And you have a garage. It is gated. I would like to see them get a security or courtesy officer to monitor the pool on weekends to prevent unwanted non residential guests. If they had that, they would get five stars.

    Vale Apartments is the nicest apartment community I’ve ever seen or lived in. The units are brand new, spacious and have beautiful finishes. And it’s so quiet!     God told me to move to HTX from ATL and led me straight to Vale! I toured one other place but I could not get my mind off of this beautiful property. Gladis was very kind, helpful and professional from the paperwork to move-in! I’ve been here for a couple of months now and I don’t regret the decision to live here. From the beautiful, resort-style pool to the attached garages and even the free coffee/tea, I am very impressed. The staff is great! They always wear nice smiles on their faces and are quick to assist with anything!     The Staff is 100% helpful and knowledgeable! The property is clean, new and quiet! Shereika helped me with all the paperwork to sign in and Jay from maintenance did a great job, he did it on time and leave no mess reinforcing the closets. The only bad point is the trash, there is only one container for all the apartments.Valet Trash should be more appropriate that expecting the residents manage the trash.

    I recently relocated from out of state and was looking for a place to live around Spring. I stumbled on Vale and really fell in love with the property. Its in a great area and all of the apartments are top notch. Even better than the property was the young lady Julie who showed me around the property. She was very knowledgeable and there wasnt a question I asked that she couldnt answer! Not only that, but she filled me in with some good places to eat and things to do in the area that fit what I was looking for in my new home. I was sold! Really looking forward to my move in.

    I moved into Vale Apartments on 10/13/21. The moved in process was very simple. 99 percent of the process was done online which was a huge time saver for me. So far, I really love the community. I am an introvert, so I prefer to be alone most of the time. I have not had any issues with loud neighbors. You can hear noise from the neighbors from doors, garage, etc... but I do not hear people talking. Some people have an issue with it, but I am completely fine with it from being in the military for several years. One bonus to living in these apartments is that you do not have to worry about parking since everyone has their own automatic garage. Weather control in the building is excellent. My AC barely turns on at 78 degrees which is a huge money saver. My electric bill is not even 20 dollars yet for the month for a 1 room apartment. All main stores are right around the corner. If you are driving it is about a 7–10-minute drive to HEB, Walmart, Food places, etc.… I have not had a chance to use the gym or pool yet, but they are open 24/7 and look excellent! I also have not had any issues receiving multiple packages to my door when ordering things online. If you do not have transportation that is a bonus. Rent and maintenance can be done online, and you can set up auto payment, so you do not have to worry about being late paying rent. I order AT&T internet for my apartment in this is the fastest internet I ever had in my life. I have a 1000 GBPS fiber internet connection. This speed puts Comcast to shame. I only had two issues when I moved in a couple of the lights were out, but maintenance fixed it right away. My garage also had some odor. On move-in day I did see the cleaning lady bleaching the floor, but the smell was still there. I bought some Smells begone air freshener spray off amazon that fixed this issue. I do not really blame the managers for this. This was more than likely something from the previous owners overall this apartment complex is a hidden gem.

    After searching for a few months I came across Vale Luxury Apartments. Shereka gave me my initial tour and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.The property has an amazing pool (best one ive ever seen at an apartment) and every home has a garage. These apartments are brand new and very spacious and modern.This is an amazing community and you cannot beat the price or location. I would highly recommend visiting and seeing what Shereka can offer you!

    Cindy and her team are great. This is the only place I know where 1,2, and 3 bedrooms all come with an attached garage as well as have no breed restrictions on dogs. Super pet friendly great place to live.

    My friend and I stopped by last Saturday, Ms. Ejay, approached us as we walked in with a great smile, she made us feel welcomed. The customer service was Phenomenal, she went beyond explaining in details everything about the apartment and the area. My friend will definitely lease the apartment by the end of December. Hopefully Ejay, is still there by then, she’s made the leasing process seem easy and fast.
