    I have been living in my apartment since March, and I absolutely love it here! I’ve had no complaints at all. While I understand that some residents feel management has not adequately addressed their concerns, my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff has always been kind and helpful.For instance, I once accidentally locked myself inside the gym, and one of the leasing agents came to assist me promptly. Their quick response made a potentially frustrating situation quite manageable.Overall, I find this to be a great place to live and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

    I had an amazing experience visiting the rental apartments, all thanks to the excellent service provided by Rashod Whitaker. From the very first moment, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was extremely kind, attentive, and most importantly, very charismatic. He provided me with all the information I needed and helped me find the perfect place for my new home.     I recently went on an apartment tour with Kelsey Jackson, and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, Kelsey was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property, answering all of my questions thoroughly, and even provided some helpful insights I hadn’t thought to ask about.Kelsey’s communication was top-notch—he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour, and was transparent about pricing, availability, and lease terms.     I have loved my experience at Urban East. The staff is more than attentive to my needs and are prompt to address any questions or concerns I had. Also, I just cant get over the amenities provided to the residents and their guests. Its hard to leave with indoor bowling and other games to accommodate everyone--even the gym has state-of-the-art equipment I dont need to spend extra money on a gym membership. I cant wait to use the pool and have my friends over this summer!

    I’m giving these apartments a five star review because it has everything I need and more. Also the leasing office staff is Amazing and Super Friendly . Saira was very help when I came in for tour which made my decision to move here easier . The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. So if you’re looking for a great place to live come checkout Urban East.

    It was a pretty nice property when I visited. Pretty close to Riverside/Montopolis. Theres an HEB within a 10 minute distance and with you being so close to downtown and South Congress, East 6th, and I-35 its pretty easy to make your way around South Austin.The unit I saw was very spacious, came with an island ,and nice view of downtown from the balcony.I would recommend checking it out bare minimum to give it a chance.

    The amenities here are BEAUTIFUL. It is not often you find an apartment community offering everything that Urban East does! From the two pools, to the spacious fitness center and even the bowling alley. Everything I was looking for is here!(And more!)

    Just moved in about a month ago and we love all of the amenities! The entire team is super friendly and helpful! Saira, the assistant manager, is the absolute best! If you need help she is your gal!

    I have lived here since December and I can say that the apartments are very comfortable and safe for us, the facilities are very nice and modern as it has two swimming pools. Games room, party room, etc.The administration is very friendly, especially Miss Zaira, always willing to help. As for the maintenance person, they attend to the problem very quickly.In conclusion, if you are looking for something to live in, Urban East is a good option.
