Signed for an 10 month lease. Office staff was super easy to work with. No issues with maintenance or noisy neighbors. It’s nice that each building has their own pool/patio, as the outdoor area never got too crowded.

Love these ladies!!! These young ladies who work at the office take very good care of me.I am very grateful to live here and I am lucky that I also have incredible neighbors.The property is very well maintained and very diverse in my opinion.Any concerns I’ve had were quickly addressed and handled timely. Like a lot of places there is no perfect place where issues never arise. Hopefully the average layman understands that.The maintenance crew on site were fast to respond to any of the previous maintenance I needed in my apartment and always enjoyed joking around with the crew. They have a good sense of humor.What you can probably expect is an understanding and helpful team that gets things done here at Urban Crest.Let me inform you that these ladies here are respected by us in this community. Some of us do not take it likely when residents take advantage of their kindness. These ladies here do have a lot of support from residents and we are not afraid of getting awkward with people who are disrespectful and or entitled towards them. Just an FYI.

I lived there for 2 years, I love it. Nice place, they alway kept the outside area clean. When something was broken they alway came by and fix within 24 hours time period. Great staff, very helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had with them. Now the reason I move out because my friend needed to save some money so I decided to roommate with him and there was no available 2 bedroom or else I would had never moved out. They have nice clean and big dog park too. Awesome place to take your dog to run around

Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. One of the best apartments I have ever lived and the setup is all complete. You can totally move in with only a few personal items. Highly recommend.

I lived here for 6 months. Had to move out due to job relocation but I enjoyed my time at Urban Crest. My unit was nice with very good working appliances. The property was always clean and my neighbors were easy to get along with / respectful. Jerrica (Property Manager) always answered all of my questions and concerns. In summary, this place was great & recommend it to everyone.

Phenomenal experience here, from start to finish. Will and Sherry worked diligently to find me the perfect apartment. The front office dynamic duo of Jerrica and Jamee were always attentive and helpful. The facilities are modern and the landscaping is nice. This complex is pet friendly and my doggies love it here. The valet trash pickup service is very convenient. It’s nice and quiet here and most tenants are very respectful of each other. Housekeepers and maintenance do a wonderful job. My only complaint is that I wish I had moved in sooner. This is the best place to live in Lake Jackson. It’s close to everything with easy access to the 288, 2004 and other main arteries. They offer a discount for Dow employees. You cant go wrong with Urban Crest!

BEST apartment complex we have EVER lived in. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Other than us needing some more space for our family, we have no complaints. ❤️ the office staff is I believe the nicest we have ever had the pleasure of working with also. You would not be disappointed by coming here. 😊

Erica, Natali and the rest of the team have remained consistent with helping me out throughout my entire lease period at Urban Crest. Relocated for family reasons and that was the only situation that resulted in me moving away. From maintenance and upkeep to customer service, I was satisfied w/ no complaints whatsoever.

❤ love this apartment complex the most beautiful ones Ive seen in all lake Jackson tx. we are very happy the staff were very helpful, I love my new home. no complaints I couldnt ask for a better place to live and I love the free coffee and hot chocolate it came in handy these winter. I love there 24 hour gym and lounge. who needs to go out, living in this life of luxury paradise u got everything u need in these place. we made the best choice to live here and I thank the front desk ladys for making us feel at home.

I have been living here since 2017 and I have really noticed a significant improvement around the apartment complex as of late. Everything is cleaner and just overall well maintained. My wife and I recently decided to sell our home and downsize to an apartment. We looked at many of the properties in Lake Jackson but when we drove onto the Urban Crest property I told my wife this is home. Before we ever looked at one apartment I knew this was home. We met the staff in the office and were shown the facilities, and we were sold right away. After filling out the app we went through the whole process and set a move in date and went back to selling our house. We changed our move in date 3 times and Urban Crest held our apartment for 4 months until we sold and moved. We love this place, and we tell everyone, We love going home.If you are looking for an apartment home, look no further than Urban Crest.

Absolutely loved living here. One of the nicest apartments in Lake Jackson area. Office staff was incredible. Anytime I needed anything they were on it. I would recommend you check these rapartments out before signing anywhere else. Also pet friendly and there’s a pool for every building so your not swimming with the strangers from the building next door. 🙃 There is also plenty of dumbsters so never any overfill and trash laying on the ground!

Moved from another complex and this one is by far better, floor plans amenities and all. If I need to put in a work order maintenance gets it done within that day. Staff is very helpful with questions and concerns and super nice. Definitely recommend.

Moved to Texas from Chicago, i was driving by a noticed the beautiful property. Jerrica, was very kind, nice, and answered all of my questions. The tour was excellent, the units she showed me are fabulous. Also, the following weekend i recommended (2) of my co workers, to visit the property, Natali greeted us with warm and comfort, was very patient with all their questions, and showed them the units they requested. Natali , was also extremely professional, nice and helpful. Both Jerrica & Natali are true professionals. This property is ran professionally, and is worth the buck. Great atmosphere, nice staff, highly recommend.
