First off Daisy is the epitome of a honest and thorough realtor that will assist you in every which way possible in a timely and professional manner.Prior to our arrival in Dallas, Daisy worked with us through e-mail for more than four weeks ahead of time. She scheduled all of the touring for the apartments of our interest which she had previously sent over to us. Daisy made sure to reserve the entire day for our day of touring in case of any changes of plans, and was extremely energetic and friendly upon meeting her in person at our first location. This made us feel so welcomed and at home and excited for the day. Daisy toured each location with my spouse and I and presented our wants and needs to each property. She advocated for discounts, promotions, and asked very good questions that we did not ask, which was very helpful and showed her expertise and knowledge of apartments and realty. Daisy completely exceeded all of our expectations of what we expected and was professional and compassionate about helping us. Daisy is very knowledgeable and informative and loves what she does, any questions that you may have pertaining to the Dallas area and surrounding cities she can help.My spouse and I ended up finding an apartment that we love and it also fit into our designated budget. Sophia was a pleasure to work with from her prompt responses to her attention to detail to her knowledge of the market. I sent her a list of several things I was looking for in an apartment and she sent me back a list that fit the criteria and not just an email but an actual excel sheet that helped me narrow down places and kept me organized. Anytime an apartment changed a special or came out with something new she would inform me. Once I chose the places I wanted to tour she set up all the appointments. From there, I made my selection and she walked me through the whole process. The day I moved in, not only did I receive a housewarming gift, but also a very sweet text making sure everything was ok. Outstanding Service!!!I contacted Tailored Leasing due to a job transfer to Dallas, Texas. I spoke with Francisco Torres and I knew I had made the right choice with Tailored Leasing. If it were possible to give this company more than a five-star rating, I would! Ms. Piantini and her company were extremely helpful in helping me find an apartment in Dallas, TX. I was coming from Brooklyn,NY as a Masters student and a teacher. Ms. Piantini was a rockstar. I did not have a car to get around, but she was able to find a way for me to view apartments even when my busy schedule made it nearly impossible to do so. Ms. Piantini and her team found several properties that worked within my budget and were open to working with some of the properties that I found on my own. Ultimately, I was able to find a great apartment to live in and I look forward to recommending Uptown Dallas Apartments to anyone moving into the Dallas area.

If your in the market for an apartment you need to hook up with Francisco Torres, of Uptown Apartments. This guys knows his stuff. He takes all the leg work out of your search and tees it up for you. Francisco knows the market place extremely well and is by far the most professional locator I have ever worked with. If you dont want to waste your time call this guy. We are now living at 3700M , and he told me before we looked at the place I think this is it . And he was right. Absolutely love living in the West Village, in this building. I feel like I am on vacation everyday I come home.
