Where do I even start? Working with Andrea at Uptown Apartment Locators found me the home of my dreams. As someone who’s from Dallas, the amount of apartments available still can be very overwhelming, and she made this process simple. I gave Andrea my budget, my locations of interest, and my taste/vibe I wanted and she delivered exceptionally. Not only am I now living in the nicest apartment I’ve ever seen, but every apartment she listed for me would have been a match. How do you even begin to choose the best out of all 5 start properties? As a locator, she did everything. Found the places, set up the appointments, and consistently followed up days before the showings, and genuinely cared about my experience. Between 2 days I had 15 apartments to look at and she physically called each one, made the times consecutive and paired the showings by apartments that were in the same areas. The whole process flowed smoothly and it allowed me to focus on what was important in this process. The experience was exquisite! I couldn’t recommend Andrea more. I will refer her to anyone I know looking for a new home; 20/10 experience.

Jessica Harvey, my angel! I found Jess on Instagram on March 2rd, I told her about my plans to come to Dallas from NYC and start checking out apartments mid April. I was looking 60 days in advance and she still managed to find me all the specials going on in the Dallas area. She knew exactly what I was searching for and got me a great list to see in person. I knew almost nothing about Dallas before moving here and he planned a whole day for us to go around looking at each area and different style apartments to make sure I found the one I loved and was comfortable with. Due to hourly price changes in the Dallas Market they had given me a different price then what Blake had found originally.
