    I rented my place here at Park, Granite. My apartment was not ready, but I was forced to move in before they got through doing anything and it still needs repairs done. Ive got them all written down on the paper. Nicole has done her best on trying to get everything done, but I feel that the manager is prolonging it. She doesnt want to be out the money to keep these apartments up I mean, I can look out of my window and these apartments shes just not doing anything. She just tells people oh Im sorry but if you want this apartment, youre gonna have to make your deposit and your months rent or we will just have to terminate your agreement half of these apartments they dont have blinds on them and if they do, theyre tore up and it just makes this place look like a dump and it doesnt seem to bother the manager, but I have no other place to go so Im stuck here And if she makes it hard for me to live here, Ill just get a hold of corporate and tell them because I do have back up on everything that needed to be done in my apartment I have pictures. I have it written down. I have witnesses that have taken pictures themselves, and Nicole has tried to help. She should be the manager herself and not leasing agent.

    I enjoy the community I live in. It isn’t perfect mostly due to the people that live there but that’s anywhere you go. It is my experience that staff does their best to manage it, rent is affordable in comparison to others in the area. I look forward to not having to move again anytime soon.

    We moved into their new property, Central Park at a Craig Ranch, in McKinney when half of the property was still being built. So far the experience has been great. A couple issues with gate codes and errors, the usual fire alarm testing of a new building etc, but for the most part have been great! We love our new apartment and plan to stay here for as long as we can. Looking forward to using the new pool this summer. Can’t say enough good things about the staff in the office. Tara and Madison have been awesome since day one and are always so friendly. They even remembered our dogs name and ask how she’s doing!The only downside of the apartment is the size of the parking garage. The complex is entirely done now and I’d say the community is about half full and it’s hard to fit 2 cars going opposite directions in and out and with more cars in tight parking spaces it’s made even more difficult.I also hope that they plan to put some sort of finish on the concrete floors within the breezeways of the apartments just to clean up and feel less like we are living under construction.

    Urban Palms has been an excellent apartment complex. The grounds are very well maintained and watched closely. Problems are fixed quickly (I always use the online form.) I recommend getting reserved parking due to towing vehicles. 👎 My one complaint is that we was not informed if we did not originally sign a 1 year contract that our RENT would NOT be locked in at that rate! In saying this, be careful because they will haggle with you for higher rent which can be negotiated for a lower rate with an increase of course! With this being said, we will be leaving after this lease period because before too long due to increases each expiration, we can be in something much nicer with more amenities. I tried to explain this and was told by management that it was in the fine print of the lease. Good luck.

    I waited almost 4 months to receive my refund check from the corporate office. I called multiple times and I sent emails. I also left multiple voicemails. I did not receive an answer or a response. Im feeling like Im getting robbed by this company and my next step is to hire an attorney. You cannot do this to people. We want our money back. Taking our money and not refunding it as you are supposed to is stealing. I am tired of telling my wife that our check has not come in. We want our money!

    I live at The 903, I moved in here at the beginning of this year. This is a great quite, comfortable place to live. The office ladies are very sweet and always on top of everything Ive had to ask or have help while doing my paperwork, or any other matters. The manager Im thinking her name is Terri, she is the sweetest, kindest,most understanding leaser I have ever had to deal with. It has been my pleasure to have picked The 903 to be a forever home!

    I love living here. The office staff and maintenance are always super friendly and willing to help. Maintenance issues are always handled quickly and most times the same day requested. The grounds are kept very well manicured. I would highly recommend making Sawgrass your home!!

    I have been with UAG since 2013. I am currently the make-ready technician here at Bainbridge Villas. I have learned so many things. I enjoy painting, but I also enjoy taking a dated apartment and creating a contemporary home with all the new upgrades UAG recommends. These upgrades may be small but they have a big impact on the overall appeal of the apartment. On a personal level, I appreciate UAG’s policy on time requests. The company is very understanding and I have never been denied any reasonable requests I have had. It’s easy to want to stay a long time with a company like UAG! Thank you very much!

    I live at Brookstone Park Apartments here in Gulfport, MS and they are managed by United Apartment Group. I love this community and its office staff. Such wonderful, professional staff members. Always here to help. The Bingo nights are the best!!!

    Appreciate the current efforts to repair the exterior of the entire complex. Waiting on the new paint job. Mgmt always responsive to my work orders. Maintenance staff professionals and prompt in response to work orders. Mgmt staff professional & respond to my request for help & info.

    They have been in Cypress Lake appt for a short time and wow it shows the changes very favorable is an apartment complex that is not in the best area but it is very nice and it is worth all the renovations that I needed a lot I will be living for a year living here and wow I love what they do something to work in is in the parking lot especially in the back is very difficult this is very important to be taken into account for future tenants the rental prices have gone up a lot he understands that it is because of the renovations that it is very good but what will happen with the parking lots this is one of the reasons why I will not renew my contract it is a pity but I like what the Felicitas are doing
