I moved here back in April so I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the old and the new management. Greystar has been nothing but AMAZING!! The apartments are beautiful, and I have truly enjoyed living here. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the maintenance have been exceptional. Lionel has always been quick to respond to my work orders and always explains thoroughly how he is going to fix the issues. He is super friendly and a pleasure to be around. The office staff have always been very helpful and quick to handle any needs I may have. Management has done several events for the residence. I’ve enjoyed getting to know my neighbors through these events. It gives it a feeling of being at home. We are like one big family here. I highly recommend living here.

Very beautiful property. We were able to find this property after searching for a few months. Ligia was able to make this process so comfortable for us while keeping an open communication throughout. David and Abisay were very friendly. The staff made it an easy transistion into the community.

The office stuff was amazing, even property manager David came to great us! We toured with Abisay, he told us everything in details and show what this community has to offer and it’s a lot. Amenities are amazing, huge pool, nice and clean gym, 2 dog parks ❤️ and a lot of other things! Highly recommend to check out if you are looking for a new home!

I moved into this beautiful community August 11. It is now October 2 and overall I am elated that I chose to make Union House my home.Words are not adequate to express my gratitude in how patient Michelle was and how easy she made my Home Search. It was a blistering hot day; Michelle was the first friendly face to greet me when I walked into the Leasing Office. She is always pleasant, yet professional.The entire staff has been quite helpful. Jorge in Maintenance was extremely skilled in changing out my dryer cord. He was also pleasant.I realize that it will take a united effort to keep this new property nice and clean. Residents Must do their part! The staff cannot follow you around and force you to pick up your dogs poop. This is a problem at this property and many others. If any poop violators read this review and feel conviction, hopefully you will change your way and become a responsible pet parent.Once again , Kudos to the staff at Union House!

The apartments and grounds are beautiful! Near so much, so there’s plenty of options for things to do after work, or on the weekends without having to drive very far. The new manager, David, has been a great addition to the property!

Union House, wow! What a beautiful place to live. It’s on US380, close to Frisco and I35 Denton. I love their community amenities, especially the co-work spaces. I can go have meetings and work from home. The lake is also so close and can take my babies swimming.

I want to thank Luis G. for help us tour the apartment complex. He gave us all the details we need to make a decision on the lease. He had great energy in the morning and knew the city of Aubrey pretty well. He recommend several spots and restaurant close the apartment complex. Highly recommend this complex if you ever tour ask for Luis G.

I had a great tour with Abisay, he was able to discuss in detail the application process. We toured a couple of units and he gave me recommendations of furniture layout. David was also very helpful in finalizing the application process, and helped me with several questions in regards to the lease.

I’ve been here for about a week. I moved from out of state and both Laura and Michelle were so accommodating. They answered all of my questions and definitely made my experience a great one.6 month edit. I can’t leave another review so here’s an update. I have absolutely loved these apartments. And the staff is A+++. Especially Michelle, she has gone above and beyond to make Union House a great experience and I really can’t say enough thanks. If you need a place quit your search because this is the best it gets.

Best apartment complex ever. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Theyve handled any issue that has come up in a timely manner. Super easy to work with! The complexes are beautiful. They are brand new, structurally sound, and insulated very well. I live on the bottom floor and barely hear my upstairs neighbors.My ONLY complaint is that 380 is a mess. It is awful and super trafficky. Thats obviously not Union Houses fault but I dont love living off of 380. But you are getting the most bang for your buck with this place. The most affordable option for luxury living.

This is a very nice apartment with little noise, and especially a great area! I recently moved out of Union Park the neighborhood that is right next to the apartment and I stayed here until our new family homes in Frisco was finished! Recommend living here!

My husband and I have been living here since July of 2022 and absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing, Michelle is the Assistant Property Manager, and she’s the best! They host parties for us, everything is well maintained, it’s in a beautiful area in an expanding community, very accommodating and welcoming! Pet friendly with modern homes, it’s truly a blessing to live here!

Any of my maintenance requests have been answered and completed thoroughly and they do a great job of communicating with us as a complex. I love my apartment and highly recommend.

Love living here! Enjoy their amazing pool, resident center, events, and the valley trash. Not any large issues, but anytime I have a question or concern, the amazing management has been so lovely and helpful! The apartment has great amenities and is so close to trails, parks, and ponds!! Union house apartments provides luxury living!

Ive been living here for more than 6 mos. So glad my daughter found me this amazing place, its clean and its a smart apt. The staff is wonderful from Michelle the assistant property manager to Laura and Chris, they are all so helpful and friendly. I have to mention the excellent maintenance service that answers request promptly. I highly recommend Union House Apts to anyone who is looking for a home.

I love living at Union House! Very helpful staff and very nice smart apartments. My wife and I work out at the gym every day and it has top of the line equipment, and is open 24 hours! They also got us moved in very quickly when we applied. I highly recommend Union House!

Kelli the property manager, greeted me with a smile and she was so friendly and professional!The property is clean even during construction and the apartments are really modern and sleek. Its conveniently located on 380 and not far from shopping and restaurants. If you have any school aged children the schools are close also.

I moved in Dec 2022. I love all of the amenities, the modern black and white decor, smart door locks, and you can control your lights and temperature in your apartment with an app. This is a great place to call home!

The leasing staff is great, specifically Laura, she is absolutely phenomenal. I came to her with a problem and she dove right in and handled it with more grace and professionalism than I would have expected from anyone. Within 20 minutes the problem was solved and I was on my way.

Union House is spectacular! From the moment you arrive at the place, the apartments and apart have very good amenities, as well as a large pool! (Their pool is really big!)The day we went on the tour they welcomed us very well and showed us the apartment; It is spacious and new. Mr. Sawyer treated us excellently, and invited us to come to the facilities. We have been thinking about moving and will undoubtedly do so in the coming months.The facilities look safe and new; as well as calm; This generates a lot of interest if you are looking for a place that is not noisy or problematic.In the coming weeks we will visit them again to see the options for moving to this place.

It is a very nice and clean place, the service they provided us was very good, and the facilities look new, I highly recommend it. The staff service was very efficient, and the treatment was friendly!
