    Ive lived on this property since August 2015 and have enjoyed my experience. No property is perfect, but my overall experience has been great over the last ten years. I can genuinely say that this is my home. Rosa is especially great to work with, and Angel, from the maintenance team, is the best. He is very responsive and kind and, when possible, will go the extra mile to address maintenance requests.

    My family and I have lived at Trove for the last few years and I am thankful for the management team! They were very helpful and empathetic towards my father prior to his passing. The maintenance staff has always responded professionally to any issues I’ve submitted and have resolved them quickly. Location is perfect and in walking distance to every spot here near Blue Star & King William. The pool is always great in the summer and the bbq pits make our family days even more enjoyable! We have been blessed to live here at Trove and look forward to living here in the future! Thank you Trove Southtown Management & Staff!

    Absolutely love living at the Trove! Everything is walking distance. We are close to Riverwalk. They have beautiful views of downtown San Antonio. Staff is amazing! The girls in the office are the best! Always courteous, respectful and kind. Maintenance are always prompt at addressing and fixing any work orders.

    I moved in June and my application process and tour was really great! Rosa M was amazing with the tour and showed me all the amenities! I love Trove Southtown the management is great very friendly. Rose and Nadia are there to assist when needed. The maintenance is there to help when things need attention. So far my living experience has been great. I chose a great location and I love the area. The people here are friendly as well. I recommend it. Thank you Trove team for all the support!

    Just loved my apartment! I can confidently say that my experience living at the Trove Southtown has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I moved in, all of the staff and management team provided a level of care that created a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents. After searching many properties in the downtown area, Im glad I chose this complex. From the art displays, food trucks weekly and being minuets from everything, such as, river walk, bike trails, blue star events and the numerous restaurants, I highly recommend this place. It was perfect.

    I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s honestly the best complex in the neighborhood. The entire staff is friendly, efficient & considerate. A lot of them live on the property as well and genuinely want to make it better. New management was implemented as I moved in and they’ve done a great job to improve the complex as well as the community as a whole! There is usually a food truck or events on the weekends & they throw down for first Friday, free drinks & snacks! Maintenance guys are awesome and everyone in the front is super nice & helpful! Just renewed my lease and looking forward to another great year here!

    Visiting relatives I live out of town but I absolutely fell in love with the apartment they were so clean quiet and the floorplan was so great loved the kitchen area and bathrooms were great too. Balcony was good size too. I love that it had an elevator because I have a bad knee and cant climb stairs easily so it was a pleasant surprise to see an elevator. I loved the location too. Wish I could live here.

    Ive lived at Trove Southtown for 7 yrs. It has only been 2 months since Allied Orion took over and the team across the board are amazing and good at what they do. Our manager(Nadia) is on top of things and makes sure issues are getting resolved with residence concerns, especially concerns with the pool and illegal pets on property. Rose our assistant mgr, she makes sure to follow up with residence concerns as well and does not mine giving lease violations. She has helped me to understand the paperwork to make sure its properly filled out. Our maintenance crew is awesome. They make sure the property is kept up with the cleaning, especially the trash rooms. More has happened in a short time since they took over to make this place a comfortable and safe place to live. A lot has been repaired/replace since they took over and its great to know someone is finally listening to us residence. Thank you for all you do and cant wait to see the end results!

    I’ve been living here for going on a year now and it’s by far one of the best places to live, all the girls in the office are professional and friendly, they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Great amenities, and a rockstar maintenance crew to keep everything running smoothly!

    Moved in Spring 2021 and have seen three companies. At first it was rocky with previous management. On the other hand the new company/management with Nadia has made such an improvement. Front desk is always so friendly and welcoming. I renewed during the time they were transitioning and taking over. I did have to start my application all over again. They did their absolute best to make it smooth and always communicated with me about the process. It was definitely worth it. They all have been stepping up and I’m excited to see what else they will contribute here.

    I have lived here since April of 2021. I have seen 3 different management companies sell and buy this building. The current management is amazing. They take care of the building and have even upgraded some much needed areas. Nadia, Rose, and Rosa (front office staff) have really taken charge and ensure all our concerns are heard and address. The follow up on concerns is unlike any other company that managed this building. Nadia, Rose, and Rosa are the missing pieces the other companies need so I can happily call this home

    Love this little piece of heaven, before I got my apartment,I pray to the Lord and told him what I wanted in my next apartment, and when I got this apartment,I knew that God was listening to my prayers, because I got everything that I wanted in a apartment unit.     Great place to live at. The new company Allied-Orion is really putting a great effort to get this Southtown gem back to its vibrant self. With team members like Audrey; everyone in the office and maintenance teams are super friendly and helpful. Management actually talks to the residents, they don’t hide in their offices like certain previous managers did.     Have lived at Cevallos Lofts for two years and I love it! The office staff is so great. They know almost everyone by name and are so friendly. The maintenance staff is also super friendly and get work done very quickly. We love having valet trash. So convenient! The building is walking distance to so much great stuff downtown and an easy commute to basically anywhere in the city. During fiesta it’s great to be so close to everything. We have even walked home from the Alamodome, it’s only a mile! The pool area is really nice and usually not crowded. Try to get a unit on the side that faces downtown if you can, it’s really cool on New Years and Independence Day!!

    Really nice, pool and gym also a laundry room, most units have washer and dryer but if you want larger washers/ dryers this is nice. The units are modern, nice open kitchen. Good area

    We love living at Cevallos Loft! The office staff is always friendly, willing to engage in conversation, handles issues immediately, and works diligently to make us feel at home.The maintenance and cleaning staff always speak to us and quickly tackle all matters brought to their attention.The complex is quiet and clean, along with a stunning pool area. The area is full of great restaurants. We love walking in Southtown and along the river walk.Our apartment is attractive and spacious. We truly love the 10 ft ceilings. We never struggle with noise from our neighbors.

    My husband and I have been living here for 8 months and we love it. We are San Antonio locals and had looked forward to living in the Southtown community. Cevallos Lofts are in a great location walking distance from restaurants, the Bluestar and the river walk. The staff and our neighbors have been great and friendly. The only minor downfall is that our neighboring apartment buildings are newer and have newer upgrades. I recommend that property management consider changing the hallway carpets, keep up with the paint throughout the building and upgrade the gym and equipment. Overall, these lofts are great for what its worth!

    Love new management, very communicative when it comes to getting things done. Been here for a year as a returning resident from 5 years ago, I see how quickly staff is very different. Staff made it smooth when it came for me transferring to another unit this past month. Can’t wait to see the new renovations once they are completed. With new management comes changes and as a resident I see the progress on what the complex has to come.

    Olga was amazing! She helped us through the process and made sure we got our new apartment. She contacted me promptly if she needed anything and replied in a timely manner when I had any questions. She respected us by wearing her mask the entire time she was with us. She was very kind and definitely made this move process as smooth as she possibly could make it.

    New management came in and took over the issues that needed to be taken care of quick! Loving the apartment complex as a whole place. I can finally go swimming in a beautiful pool.     My fiancé and I are going on one year at Trove SouthTown. The office Staff have been the greatest! They have always made us feel we are always number one priority. The staff are always getting the community involved with events and holidays. They always coordinate two to three times a week to have a food truck parked out front for residents. The maintenance team is by far reliable, timely, and they get the job done. Thank you to the staff at Trove SouthTown!!

    I lived in this complex for three years and I never had an issues. I loved it. This staff was always willing to go above and beyond for their tenants. If my package was at the front desk, they accommodated me by placing it in my apt or mailbox due to my work schedule. If the office was closing and I needed to speak with someone, they would wait for me to get there. If I had a small issue in my unit, they had it fixed immediately. I lost my keys and they changed out my locks the same day. They also made me copies as well. I accidentally left my Id in the gym, which I would say is an awesome gym and the management contacted me and told me they had my Id as soon as they found it. The underground parking was very close to my unit. They have specials all the time and offer yoga classes etc. Cassie is an awesome Manager whom as well does everything to help people. I recently had issues in my current apt (bluestar across the street)which I would say is the worst decsion Ive ever made. I needed advice on my situation and Cassie was very helpful. Im not even living at the Cevallos and she still was willing to help me. These people are great and Kristine Morton was always helpful as well. Even after I left, some documentation was incorrect and she fixed it and contacted collections immediately so that my credit wouldnt be messed up. They have been very helpful, and hopefully I can move back and reapply soon!

    I’ve been living at the Cevallos Lofts for about a month and a half. I can honestly say, these are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. They are modern, well kept, and offer amazing amenities. Plus, their location is prime as they are conveniently located within the arts district and offer plenty of dining options. What makes this complex even more appealing is their level of customer service, particularly Hunter. When I first walked into Cevallos Lofts, he was quick to greet me and show me the property. He was very thorough and asked questions to ensure I would find the appropriate living space. While I didn’t find anything that day, he contacted me the next day to tell me he thought he had something I would love- he was right. It was thanks to his active listening, thoughtfulness, and dedication to providing stellar customer service that I find myself living in my dream apartment.

    If the customer service is an indication of what it is like to live here, please check this place out...I visited this last week and full disclosure, my specific requirement for square footage and floor plan was not available in my limited 1 week move in window, at this property (I missed my dream apartment by a 1 week window), I absolutely loved the ambiance and amenities.A lot of reviews mention Alisha, the community manager by name and here is why: Alisha sent a few follow up emails, recommending other available properties. She may not get any commission, but my accommodation became her concern. This level of care is unheard in todays digital, impersonal age.Ms. Alisha ended up connecting me with the property I signed up for. This remains a good options for a mid priced building with a lot of amenities and spectacular city views, fitness centers and terraces.

    Trove so far has been a positive experience. There are good amenities and are accessible without any issues. The assistant manager has been very helpful and attentive throughout the process from move in to assisting with any work orders. It’s a great location by blue star and accessible to hwy 35. I recommend Trove.

    The staff in here are great! When I first arrived I met Tony and Shannon, they were very kind and friendly. Now I just met Hunter who helped me out changing all the lightbulbs of my apartment even though he didnt have to. He even took the trouble to find some tools that will help us out. Amenities are great, the only thing I will change is the gym which is a little bit out-of-date

    I am part of the community for the past 2 years and the changes of the staff in the office has greatly improved. I admit that when I first moved inn the staff was quite rude and somewhat prejudice towards the residence that are in housing but Nicole ( Property Manager) has made us feel very welcome and the rest of the staff as well are very nice . Anthony has gone above and beyond in always helping... he helped my parents when I was inn the hospital ... thank you from the bottom of my heart ...sincerely Juan R. Robles

    I have lived here for almost two years and it never ceases to amaze me how good the staff is. Shannon has such an incredible disposition and always has a smile for every single resident. Abel is one of the the most conscientious maintenance technicians I have ever met. He literally took my trash from me the other day when he saw I was headed for the dumpster. Keep up the great work CL team. Well done!!!!!!

    Like living on a resort, nice living arrangements, very contemporary and modern living in southtown. The pool area makes you feel as though you are at some vacation spot with its cabana and BBQ station. They have a well appointed exercise room, and several private rooms for visitors to relax in. Pets are welcome. The only downside is the parking, its sparse and you will get towed away if not a resident.

    Cevallos Lofts is a great place to live. Hunter, my leasing agent, was on point for the entire move-in and set the tone for my experience living here (note the stars). He was exceptionally knowledgeable about what was available, the whole process from start to finish and giving his own much appreciated advice. We were looking at other apartment complexes in San Antonio and I have to say a good chunk of our final decision to live here was because Hunter was such a great person to work with.I am very happy with living here and all the amenities that come with it like the convenience of Uncommon Fare, the grocery store downstairs, the MBS massage service with Jenny Rice, and the evening yoga class taught in the building is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Halcyon, Stella and the Blue Star are walking distance as well as La Tuna and the Mission Trails for running/biking (all recommended, even if you are just passing through). Just down the street is an up and coming juice bar called Raw Happiness, open for limited hours now, but serves up an awesome cup of bottled goodness.

    I will probably be coming back to select an apartment in the near future just due to how friendly, involved, and enthusiastic the woman at the front desk was. She showed me EVERYTHING and answered all my questions. The view was beautiful no matter what room you have and the location is fantastic for the price they are asking! Gorgeous set up and features. Maintenance up to date and I could not find one fault.

    I have lived at Cevallos for the last 3 months. The whole experience has been really pleasant. The staff is great and I really LOVE the amenities. There are three work out facilities and the pool is huge. Free Starbucks in the lobby and trash can valet. Cevallos is certainly worth the cost.

    I have only lived here for a short time. I had my reservations about moving to Southtown from Stone Oak but the management staff has made this transition seamless.I have rarely encountered a more polite, professional, and competent staff when dealing with an apartment management group.Anthony always has a smile to offer with warmth and sincerity andShannon will complete things I have requested often in the same day. I have NEVER seen managers work so closely with their maintenance team.Nichole will greet me by name every time she sees me.Hunter always has a treat ready for my spoiled dog and a kind word to make someone’s day.Great group of folks that I’m happy to know.Thanks for all you do.

    Love my apartment. Maintenece is always quick to respond to anything! Nice clean grounds. Swimming pool is always very clean and my son loves it when he comes to visit. The only downside is the noise, I live right across where the bar is and on weekends it gets pretty crazy, however, that is out of everyones control. Overall its a great place to live.

    I have been wanting to move to these lofts for some time now, but I never took the time to tour the place. When I took my tour of the building, I immediately fell in love with it. Hunter Dorman made it a great experince for my family, he was extremely professional and helpful.     Cevallos Lofts is truly like living in a hidden resort. You would never know it from the outside, but this apartment complex has a beautiful inside courtyard with luxurious details. Also, the management staff is definitely unbeatable by far!

    This place is BEAUTIFUL. The stakes are high for us living here. Hunter Dorman, who was such a helpful guidance through the tour, gave us great view on what this place has to offer.     This community is well kept. Maintenance responds quickly and promptly but upper level covered parking was and has been free since i moved here almost 4 yrs ago snd now they started charging us a monthly fee which i think is very unfair since most os us can not afford to pay extra since rent went up drastically this year when i renewed my lease and my jeypod hasnt worked in months and i cant seem to get help with this issue. Makes it hard to have to ealk further with grocery bags since im a senior

    I had gone to Cevallos Lofts in the past and spoke to Amanda, whom was very sweet but at that time I couldnt get considered. When I went back this past weekend and saw the empty lobby, I knew the agent must have been on a tour because theyre lengthy. By the time he returned, the lobby was FULL of people trying to fill out applications so I told him Id return during the week. I showed up 30 minutes before close on Monday in which another woman had greeted me and didnt seem to like that I asked for Hunter but Hunter did not turn me away as another agent had turned this other woman away who showed up a little after I did. However, Hunter stayed with me pretty late but I appreciated every minute and he was extremely sweet considering he was working past closing time. So this review is moreso about my experience as a potential resident. Ill make sure to give another if Im approved. (Also the people that I randomly met there all seemed wonderful and active) Hunter was a sweetheart so I recommend seeing him when you go in to apply.

    I lived at Cevallos for a year. Cool floor plan, great common areas including the best pool in Southtown, a community gym locally serviced by MBS, and several event rooms equipped with WiFi. Its a true mixed income community with great diversity in its residents. Theres a real sense of community amongst neighbors. On-site management was great, maintenance was responsive. The rents are reasonable considering location. Theyre in the heart of Southtown, sandwiched between the SoFlo District and Blue Star Arts Complex. I moved at the end of my 12 mo lease to a newer community downtown, and often consider going back.

    The management &maintenance team has really brought these apts back-up , if you ask management about problem youre having,they stayed involved until problem solved,and maintenance have really clean-up the place,making it something we can all be proud of,and all maintenance taken care of immediately,really appreciate that
