Have been a tenant for over 3 years, and I am more pleased each year. Last year they offered an amazing summer camp for children through the Bowling family YMCA, and it was so helpful especially because I am a single parent who was taking summer classes towards a Bachelors degree. I have had family, and friends live in other property locations, and learned that events that are scheduled at their locations, are also free for me as well. I will continue to recommend Tropicana.

Living in this location has been very lovely and enjoyable. The area is great because of its beautiful views and tons of stuff nearby. The community events are lots of fun such as the Zumba classes I attend. It’s well maintenance and the management is on point with everything because they’re very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Tropicana Properties,I lived as a tenant for close to 6 years on Paseo Palms complex. The staff was always eager and willing to lend a hand when it was needed. I recently underwent the process of purchasing a home with Tropicana and I couldn’t be anymore happier. The process was arranged in a timely matter and the staff coordinating the transition made the impossible, posssible.
