Lucy, the leasing agent, has been super helpful from the start! She made the process a breeze and gave very good advice along the way.We love the Trillium — its a very clean, quiet, and laid back community; the pool is not huge but its very clean and the whole area around it is very nice for small outside gatherings (grilling or whatnot). The units themselves are very modern and spacious; with lots of built in amenities such as dryer/washer etc.We have no complaints really, besides Exiting left onto Menchaca can be a little difficult when its prime traffic times but oftentimes it only takes a minute for it to clear up

Ive lived here for a month so here are my thoughts. honestly i would give it 4.5 stars. it is a nice, quiet community, and i really appreciate how attentive the onsite staff is. the inside of the apartment looks really nice, and it is plenty spacious for a 1 bedroom.my minor quibbles are:- i find the illumination at night to be pretty extreme, definitely brighter than ive ever seen at an apartment complex. it takes some adjustment & i would recommend chronic migraine sufferers check the place out at night to get a feel for it.- i thought i was moving into a gated community but the gate has apparently not worked since august of last year and i dont see any progress.- when i first came in to check out the property i was told they had an offer to get at minimum 1 month rent for free if you signed. by the time i actually signed my lease, i had forgotten about that deal but figured they would honor it since that is what i was told, but they did not. feels like a bait and switch that left a bad taste in my mouthi figure these issues are the cost of dealing with these faceless corporations. overall i am really happy i moved here

She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially during the hectic holiday season. Her professionalism and care made all the difference, and I’m excited to call this place home, thanks to Lucy and the wonderful leasing team!

Ive been extremely happy with choosing this complex since I moved here. My leasing agent, Lucy, was really helpful in choosing the right apartment, and any responses to questions Ive had have been exceptionally prompt. The kitchen/living room have definitely been my favorite parts of the apartment, very spacious and lots of counter space.

4.5/5 Everything here has been great so far, definitely one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. Neighbors are nice, quiet, and generally clean. The only thing I didnt like is that some of the countertops in my apartment had circular rust stains before I moved in. Wouldve preferred non-stained countertops, but I guess thats my fault signing the lease before getting a chance to view the specific unit Id be living in.Lucy and the entire staff do their best to maintain the property and keep the residents happy. We do appreciate that.

Love this community! The apartments themselves are spacious, with a huuuuge kitchen with room to do all your cooking and baking, and so much cabinet storage to keep things tidy when youre done.The bathtubs are enormously perfect for a relaxing bubble bath with a sip or two of bubble to go with your bubbles😜The complex itself is a medium sized community, not super huge, but not super tiny. Just the right size. The neighbors are great, the management staff is super helpful, and the bbq area and pool are nothing short of outstanding and well maintained and cleaned.Trillium is tucked quietly away off Menchaca Rd, in a cute, quiet neighborhood with parks nearby, and excellent easy access to downtown. Theres a bus stop directly outside the gates that will take you right downtown (and back again)The units are wired for ATT Fiber internet, with network outlets in every room. Theres ample parking for both you and your guests, cute dining rooms and patios for brunch or after-work cocktails.Maintenance team lives in the community, so in the unlikely event an emergency happens, theyre quickly available. The building layouts are done in a pretty smart way to minimize shared walls, but even then, theres not much noise. Overall its a great community, and Im glad to live here.

Beautiful apartments with a very respectful and kind staff behind it. The new manager, Trent, has made quite the entrance! He immediately fixed many ongoing issues the apartments were afflicted by. The leasing consultant seems very knowledgeable and passionate about her job, as well as being honest and trustworthy. As for the maintenance staff, they always take care of any issues and service requests in a timely manner, usually same-day or next-day! Not to mention the amazing amenities such as the club house with a gym, pool table, and many other facilities. The pool, at the center of the apartments, is always stunning, especially during the night when all of the underwater lights turn on. Highly recommend to any looking for high quality apartments in the Austin area!

I’ve lived at Trillium for 4 years and have absolutely loved it. The apartments are spacious, modern, bright, and feel new.The complex is small, so it’s easy to meet your neighbors. There’s always plenty of parking for myself and for friends to visit.All the amenities (pool, dog park, picnic tables, grills and gym) are high quality and well kept.Also, the maintenance staff are amazing. Anytime something’s broken, Eamon and his crew fix it immediately and skillfully.I highly recommend these apartments!

My friend lives here invited me to a REALLY fun Halloween movie night that Catalina Drive-In put on in their beer. They set up in an old trailer and the area was really cute. Way more fun than hanging out at a bar. My friends apartment is really nice too. Love when he invites me to hang at the pool during the summer too. This place is great.

I absolutely loved the time that I called Trillium my home. All the community events that were held were very fun and definitely thought out. The staff Trent, Emma and Eamon are top tier! Great communication from staff and speedy replies to maintenance requests. I am going to miss the crew there. Y’all are the best.

We had a great experience living at Trillium Terrace Apartments! It is a great location, close to dining, parks, and grocery. The freeway is close and there are great running routes around there through the neighborhoods. There is a ton of parking so having visitors is never a problem. The staff are friendly, prompt, and always happy to assist. Anytime I needed something Sonna responded almost immediately. They really care about their residents here. The apartment itself is comfy, modern, and well put together. Our move out experience was great as well. As long as you put your 60 day notice in and everything is in good shape ( which is easy to do because everything is new) they honor 100% of your deposit. This is the first apartment experience where they didnt try to swindle us.

Been living here about 3 months and so far so good! The facility is kept up nicely and they really care about the appearance, which is appreciated.Be warned, you are across from the fire station. Pro, I feel safer. Con, firetruck alarms. Luckily I’ve adjusted and the alarms don’t wake me up anymore.My favorite thing about this place is the location. 15 minutes tops from downtown, and less than 10 from everything else you could need.Overall, I’d highly recommend Trillium Terrace.

Been here for 2 years and have loved it. Moving only because I need to move further south for work. Would recommend living here to anyone. Nice a quiet even living across from the fire department and we never lose electricity because of that.

Absolutely love this place. We got an apartment for our daughter at Trillium Terrace and she loves it there too. Well lit at night and safe. The finish-outs are outstanding and modern. The pool and courtyard area is always buzzing with people and the outdoor kitchens are amazing. The staff is also incredible. This property is almost completely leased up now, in less than 6 months, and it is easy to see why when you visit. Can wait to visit our daughter and enjoy the new Beer Garden that they have announced that they will build this summer.

I lived in this apartment complex since January 1 and this place is wonderful. Although things were not perfect in the community when I first move in, everything is perfect now and this property has exceeded my expectations. The apartments are big and have a very nice lay-out and use of the space. The quality is amazing and I love appliances and all the amenities, specially the pool area. The office staff is great and the people in the community are very friendly. I feel very safe here.

Trillium was a great place to live. I lived here for about 18 months and regretted moving out nearly immediately.The units are very nice and new and rarely had problems. When problems did occur, everything was fixed promptly. The complex has the perfect size and feel.It’s large enough to have staff on-site and a beautiful pool, but not too big where there are other issues like noise or things being maintained. I’d highly recommend living here.

Been living here a little over a month and have been loving it! Love how small of a complex it is, so lots of parking and not too many people. The apartment looked like it had never been lived in when we moved in. Literally so great. Staff is very nice, I love that it’s gated pool is great, and just an overall great apt. Also great location, great neighborhood to walk around with a summermoon across the street.

Hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in! The complex is beautiful and the apartments are spacious not to mention well located for an amazing price. Everyone who lives there is pleasant, the dog parks and zen garden are hidden treasures and not only is maintenance quick and reliable but the leasing office managers are amazingly dedicated! They host community events like wine downs and even have a pet of the month posting, I honestly could live here forever and would 10/10 recommend to anybody who is in search of a quality place to live

We have lived at Trillium for over almost 2 years now and we cant say enough good things about it! We have never had to submit a complaint since living here and this is the first apartment where we have felt totally taken care of and safe while LOVING the complex/apartment itself. We are moving out of state in a few months and wish we could just transport this complex to our new home, but alas...we cannot. The complex is always spotless and the office management and maintenance staff are friendly, efficient, and total gems. We have never had a poor experience with a neighbor and we still feel like we are getting a fantastic bang for our buck due to the high standards this complex enforces. While we would change a few of the appliances/fixtures (type of water faucets in bathroom/kitchen due to placement/splashing), those are small things and minor inconveniences.I take reviews very seriously when apartment hunting and theres a reason Trillium is right up there at the top of the pack...5 stars no question about it and we will miss you Sonna, Davis, and Team!!!

I lived here for a year and have to say it was the best experience Ive had living in an apartment. Jalyssa and everyone at the front office are extremely kind. The community is laid back, the place feels safe, the apartments are nice and spacious with good appliances, they have great grills for steak nights, and the maintenance team is kind and always willing to help. 10/10 would live in again.

Ive been living at Trillium for over a year and half now and my experience has been awesome from the first day I walked through the door. The apartment Ive lived in was brand new when I moved in and it has always felt like home. The front office staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful and very prompt to assist whenever I need it. Maintenance staff are incredibly quick to help and fix anything. The great thing about Trillium is the fact that its a smaller community and everyone takes great care of it. 10/10 would recommend!

We just moved from Trillium in August and honestly compared to the regretfully over priced and abhorrently managed Hudson Miramont in Oak Hill where we currently reside, it makes me miss Trillium terribly. The management and office staff at Trillium are amazing. We had a nightmare of a roommate for two seconds at the beginning of our lease and after he had tried to attack my wife, we had to switch apartments and remove him from the lease. The staff was very supportive and helpful as well as the stellar maintenance. Everyone from the staff to your neighbors are respectful and nice. Community events are fun and the place stays clean. Many of the residents have been there for quite sometime. Our main issue was being in both buildings closest to the firehouse on Manchaca so if you move here, just ask if you can be not in bldg 1 or 7 as they are the closest. But even with the noise, I’ve never had a better experience. During the snow storm they did everything they possibly could and went above and beyond. The apartments are very reasonabley priced considering you’re 12min from downtown and there’s a cute coffee trailer from Summer Moon right across the street. Even our move out fees were not terrible and a sensible payment plan was made in order to ensure it would not go on our credit. In contrast to the bs we are dealing with at Hudson Miramont i.e. (dna testing of dog poop in order to charge $389 if even a piece is left over so we are extra paranoid), an apartment manager that’s the epitome of a Karen, and if valet trash doesn’t pick up your trash, you’re s.o.l. Bc if you throw out your own trash, you are charged a fee. I wish we would have never left Trillium but thank y’all so much for giving us the best experience I have ever had in a complex and I’ve been renting for twenty years. Do yourself a favor and move here!

Ive had some bad experiences in other cities with apartments and have had my fair share of inattentive management. I was one of the first to move into this apartment and have NOT been disappointed. This is a brand-new complex and is in mint condition. The apartments are gorgeous and small touches like soft-close cabinets and drawers really make this place special.Regarding the employees, Tailor S, Sonna, and Hunter are especially attentive and have went out of their way several times to help me. I have not met one staff member who wasnt willing to sit down and talk with me when I needed assistance--even if it wasnt pressing.The community (though, most are not moved in yet) is very pet-friendly and its nice to go out and see people walking their dogs around. I feel very safe here. My only complaint would be that the fire station sirens tend to be loud, but that is probably consequence of my relationship towards the street. You get used to it very quickly.All in all, great place to live.EDIT: December 2018Ive been living here for a year and my experience has only been better and better at Trillium. The staff is on top of everything, from mantinence to general questions. They go above and beyond. Very happy to live here.

WOW!! Thank god we came across this apartment community !!! I could have not asked for a better place to live in the South Austin area after such a stressful move from Florida. The fact that I am able to have a beautiful high end kitchen (with all the right color scheme), gorgeous bathrooms (with that subway tile we all love), and a YARD (not a just a patio) big enough for my two year old to have a blast in really just makes this community a place I genuinely love to call home. Its perfect for my family. I havent even got to the pool paradise the owner created yet ! From design to landscape... its hands-down one of the classiest places to live and its brand new (sparkle, sparkle) :) THE staff - extremely helpful...especially Tailor! (super sweet and understanding). Our apartment had only a few move in discrepancies, but they were fixed and attended to immediately by the maintenance guys (who by the way are personable and so mindful when coming in your home). I am not too sure if many units are left, but if I could, Id recommend this place to any and everyone. You just have to see it !

I have lived here for a little more than a year and I have nothing but positives to say! The apartments are brand new, there’s usually an event at least once or twice a month to get to know your neighbors, and maintenance works pretty quickly to fix the few, minor issues that did come up. Location-wise, it’s a very easy drive to wherever you need to go within the city without all the chaos of being IN the city.

The management team has continued to be accommodating on my lease terms as well as making sure that I always felt at home in the community. James and Trevor are truly an asset to Trillium Terrace and one of the reasons I continue to live in these apartments. Their work is timely and done the right way. But more importantly, James and Trevor contribute to the sense of community that is Trillium Terrace. Both have been gracious to me as I age and always greet me with a smile. Im a better person for knowing them.

I love this new luxury community! The location is perfect. They are leasing up quickly. I am so glad I got my new apartment reserved. Once construction is complete it is going to be a great place to live. Unbelievably affordable. Just so excited!
