I created another account because my first one I left a review a 5 star one mind you and I just didnt want to edit it...I wanted to place another review. I have been living here for a little over a year and have had the best experience, front office ladies and maintenance people have always been quick to get any problem solved really FAST!! like with in 2hr fast!! They are the Jimmy Johns of the apartment world!I wish I could release here again but life has different plans for me.

Madalyn was amazing while touring and selling me to this unit. I toured many locations and she by far did the best. Not too pushy, simply a natural conversation. I am loving my move so far. Has been a smooth transition. It’s only been a day but I have no complaints, yet. 😬😂♥️

I just moved here 20 days ago. Everything is very good, clean. The office staff and maintenance are great. They solve all problems quickly and listen to my little things. I love the kitchen with lots of cabinets. Lots of light from inside, balcony and big hallway.Thank you Thirty Oaks Team.

Both maintenance and management have been extremely kind and helpful at Thirty Oaks! We had a problem with our locks, maintenance came immediately. Once our AC went out and once we put in the work order, again maintenance was all over it. We give a double 🙌 to maintenance! Also the management office has been able to answer every single question we have had without hesitation. We asked about handicap parking and someone came from one of the back offices to get an immediate answer, while we were asking other questions. Their continuous professionalism goes above and beyond any other apartment complex we have EVER experienced!! Thank You Thirty Oaks staff for making our living experiences extraordinary!! Weve been at Thirty Oaks for a little over two years and after a rocky start to the application and moving in, our experience has been great since! The staff is on top of our maintenance requests and very communicative-- Annette is seriously the best! Well be moving out in November after having a baby, but are sad to leave such a great community and the friends weve made here.I really wish that the apartment complex had a playground. Weve seen a lot more young families move in recently, which has been fun. (:

Living here so far has been a dream come true. I’ve learned anywhere you live in Texas there’s going to be bugs. Thirty oaks does their part in keeping them away. The management and staff are amazing, very nice, you can feel the energy once you walk in the office ready to help in anyway. They go above and beyond to make this place our home. The neighbors all get along. Hardly ever drama, compared to last apts. I never see the cops in here either unless it’s late at night they’re patrolling the area. Other than that I noticed the current staff and management at Thirty oaks is doing their best to make these apartments memorable and I love it. They may not be perfect but they’re striving to be. And we greatly appreciate them.

Relocating from Laredo, TX, was a big move for me and my family, but choosing these apartments has been one of the best decisions weve made. From the moment we decided to move here, the staff has been incredibly accommodating and supportive, making our transition so much smoother.On our move-in day, we were running a bit late, but Anastasia went above and beyond by staying a few minutes past her shift to ensure we got our keys. This level of dedication set the tone for our entire experience here.The front desk staff has also been exceptional. Every time I have a question or concern, they are always polite, friendly, and patient. They genuinely care about the residents and are always ready to listen and help out in any way they can.A special shoutout goes to Jesse from maintenance. He has been an absolute lifesaver! During our first few days here, we had several maintenance requests, and Jesse handled each one quickly and efficiently. Despite the frequent calls, he was never annoyed or rude—instead, he was always patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. His dedication to making sure everything is in top shape really stands out, and its clear he takes pride in his work.Overall, relocating was a big step, but having these amazing people to take care of me and my family during the transition has made it all the better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience. The staff here truly cares about their residents, and it shows in everything they do. Big hats off to everyone, especially Jesse, for making this such a wonderful place to call home!

I just did a tour of this complex today and I firstly want to shout out Anastasia. She was so nice/professional and answered all of the questions that I had. The apartment complex itself was probably the nicest that I have seen and the apartment I toured was everything I am looking for. I most definitely will be applying to live here.

I have lived here almost 2 months now and have had such a wonderful experience! Belle was a difference maker for me with a sweet welcome as soon as I walked into the leasing office. I toured on a Saturday and she was very personable and worked so quickly once I submitted my application; I was moved in a week later! I did have an issue with my AC and the maintenance staff (I think his name was Jesse) had it fixed before I even got home! :) Traffic can be a bit much after and before work but I mean were right off Culebra. Nonetheless I do enjoy feeling central to the shopping centers.

I came in on Wednesday just to check out apartments and browse around. It’s now Saturday and I already have my keys! The apartment is beautiful, clean and seemingly quiet. Belle in the leasing office was extremely kind and very helpful. The pool looks very nice and clean and if you care about the gym like I do, their gym is HUGE. Definitely the largest apartment gym I’ve seen. When I got my keys the apartment was pretty clean already so I didn’t really need to do much scrubbing like I feel like you typically need to do beforehand. The patio is pretty spacious as well, overall I really like Thirty Oaks and look forward to living here.

Hi, In my move from South Carolina I encountered a serious issue with the new apartment here in San Antonio that I selected online prior to moving to Texas. I found myself in a crunch and had to find another apartment complex. With the help of family I was introduced to Anastasia at Thirty Oaks. After hearing our story she expedited things really quickly for me. On the same day she had everything rolling in my favor. In a few days I moved into my new place. I am pleased with my apartment and the friendly family like staff. Anastasia is the BOMB!

The ladies In the Office at Thirty Oaks are very welcoming! I was only there to inquire and see what the apartments were like while I was there the ladies were very professional, and very helpful the atmosphere they created, was very welcoming. The tour of the complex was very nice and well kept. Lots of laughs and personality from the ladies in the front officeEven though I said I was inquiring and may be back later the manager said ok. I will see you later.. Sure enough she was right and told me the future.. I was shortly back application for the apartment she showed me.I’m excited to be leasing with them soon!!

When I first moved here I didn’t feel at home because I was relocating from my old residence of six years. It’s been four months and I definitely feel at home. The apartment complex and neighbors are both very quiet and respectful. Natalia and the rest of the leasing office are always on top things. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live to give thirty oaks a chance. They always have move in specials and have fun activities for the residents.

Just moved here and let me say it has been a dream with how amazing the leasing office and everything has been here so far! The best place I’ve rented at so far, the traffic sucks but not the complex fault. Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and it is refreshing to have that nowadays. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can tell management cares about the complex and keeping it beautiful. It is very quiet as well. I look forward to to my stay here!

These are amazing apartments! Yes they are more on the pricey side but this is one of the few occasions where its worth it. The reasons its worth it stem from a few minor reasons like the safe community, convient location, and moderness of the interior/exterior. Though the main reason I give this apartment such praise is the staff. The staff is the foundation of any good business and the staff at the location has been exceptional for the last year Ive lived here. The Assistant Manager Anastasia helped me move in a year ago when I was just coming here and was amazing. Along with the lower staff who are also always there to assist and answer any questions. Though a main part of why this staff works so well is the Manager Annette Dawson. She has been there to fix any slight problem Ive had since moving in. Unlike normal apartment managers she actually puts in her own personal time to understand, listen, and fix any inconvenience you have. Ive also talked to many other residents who have had the same exact opinion. Maintenance is also a large piece of this staff who also have responded extremely timely to any work order Ive submitted and also go out their way to help if you catch them in the driving around the complex to ask any questions. One of the maintenance men, Ramone, has helped with countless things Ive needed assistance with or had questions about. All in all if you are considering moving here, I recommend jumping on signing the lease asap because you wont find a much better atmosphere like the one Ive experienced here!

Been here 2 years and I am happy to renew hear for year 3! Location is awesome, close to lots to do within Alamo Ranch. Traffic can be crazy at times, but this specific complex has an additional outlet onto a less crowded road and it makes it easier to get around and bypass traffic. Leasing office has been awesome and very accommodating, maintenance has actually improved with the time Ive been here and is very prompt to resolve issues that arise.The community is improving each day and Im very pleased happy to call it home!

Parking is not too bad compared to other complexes, I don’t have a carport but am always able to find a spot near my apartment. They are very helpful and understanding during tough times. Love it here!

Me and my boyfriend have found ourselves really lucky to live in such a well taken care of apartment complex. The front desk is so friendly, they are always inviting food trucks out for us (which never disappoint), they always send out a notice for anything they have going on, and the maintenance crew is fast and friendly. Dispute the traffic on Culebra, I’m really glad we live here! ☺️

I want to start off by saying that I’ve been living here for a year now and I will be renewing with them. Haven’t really had an issues with the Apartment. Maintenance has only came out once or twice throughout the year. If I really had to be honest I can honestly say not all apartments are perfect but the management so far has giving me such a great experience throughout the pandemic. The Manager Kyrstle is by far the most understanding, down to earth person I’ve worked with. Thank you Thirty Oaks!

If you’re looking for a property that’s more than just a place to live, a place that actually treats you like a human being rather than just revenue, a place that adds a personal touch to everything they do for their residents; I strongly suggest you at least take a tour of Thirty Oaks. I’ve lived at several properties throughout my life and not only is Thirty Oaks by far my favorite, it’s also the only property I’ve ever bothered to renew at (going on 3 years now). The office staff is amazing and they always have time for their residents. Especially the office manager, Krystle. The maintenance staff never fails either. They are very knowledgeable and do quick and quality work. As far as apartments go, you’d be hard pressed to find a better place than Thirty Oaks.

My brother and his family live at these apartments and they love it. We had my nieces birthday party at the club house with no problems and it was great. Plus the pool and all their facilities, in general, are beautiful and well kept. I love visiting them, not only because I love them, but because these apartments are gorgeous! Great job Thirty Oaks! If I was apartment hunting yall would be on the top of my list!

I just moved in last week and Im amazed!! I needed something in the area and quick! Krystle, the front desk manager was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout my entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure I was all set, all with a smile on her face. Her professionalism and attitude go a long way, as the last complex I lived in had really low standards. You wont be disappointed moving here! Both Krystle and Jacob will take great care of you!

I just had to move into a new building after damage brought on by the recent winter storm left my unit unsafe and Krystle made it extremely easy to get everything set up!I went from the smallest one bedroom to the largest for only $40 more a month and that’s before I was credited $1,200 after the inspection of my last unit went positively.I effectively upgraded into a much larger unit for less than my past rent.Maintenance is great, all the other office staff are polite and helpful but I can’t say enough good things about Krystle and what she did for me!

I just want to say the Leasing Manager Krystle has gone above and beyond to help me with my rent. Life happened and she has been nothing but kind & compassionate towards my situation. I have lived at these apartments for a little over five years and to be honest, I would have stayed longer if not for a commute change due to my job. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Thirty Oaks from developing friendships with my neighbors as well as interacting with the friendly staff. Any concerns I have had, they were appropriately addressed and resolved. This past year has been rough due to the loss of my pet, changes at my job and this ongoing pandemic that delayed my transition to a new place of living and yet, the staff worked with me every step of the way. Debbie (Manager) has helped me on more than one occasion and has always greeted me with a smile and been kind and accommodating. Brian and Frank have also assisted me with a plethora of things and answered the many questions Ive had. If there is one thing that really has resonated with me, it is the stellar customer service. I appreciate their help during my stay and highly recommend this complex to others. They will find a way to help you and not make you feel like you are a burden!

My fiancée and I have been living here for almost 6 months, since late April/ early May and we love it. The complex itself is beautiful and eye catching as you drive up, and the inside is wonderful and at a great price. Veronica really helped us out and worked with us well with it being our first time renting. All in all we loved our decision to move in here instead of the other complexes we looked at and love the community. Havent had any issues yet, and really hope it stays that way.

Been living 6 months so far, I love how safe and quiet it is. The apartments look AMAZING and are high end if you furniture it nicely like I did (:I have not experienced any package theft, I actually saw a package be left infront of a door for 3 days straight intact. The area and the people here are very good so I feel safe.Best part, huge shopping center with everything close by!

Great looking apartments, good amenities, and helpful staff. Not sure what Amber is talking about in regards to lots of break ins. Ive been living here since back when they were still building. (2 years) Never had a single attempted home invasion, nor have I ever heard of one. They had one incident about a year ago when some punk kids were checking all the car doors and would steal out of the ones who left them open. Thats about it. Oh and about noisy neighbors...welcome to apartment living. Raised rent? Yeah. Apartments do that every year. Nothing new. I personally love these apartments and have yet to find a single complex with interior this nice any where near this price range.

I honestly had no idea why everyone is not liking the new management. Yes, we used to get away with murder here and now the team is just cracking down on the rules, policies and procedures. Dont get me wrong, I do see a change as well, but you have to look at it in a way of, Why did the complex decide to make this move? I complain and my email is returned right away. I have been a resident since 2016 and resigned my lease, during that time I have only had 1 late fee and I never requested to be removed because I knew that it was my own fault. There are so many people who take advantage of the property and try to get away with not making payments or paying in full, so when others really have an issue, it sucks for them to actually get help. There are people here who take advantage of how it was and it is THEIR FAULT, why they have to crack down on everyone and make sure that we are all in line based on the contract we signed. Incidents happen everywhere, but I think that some people just want to be heard and helped with right away, so I agree if someone isnt responded to right away or feels that they are not being taken care of. However, you honestly get what you pay for, I pay a good amount for luxury, cable, car ports and trash services. I do think that we should get the pits at the pool working again, because that was nice to have when it was working.

Staff are very nice. Landscaping is nice, trash pick up is a plus, beautiful pool, wish it stayed open longer, for people that just want to sit around in the evening. Apartment wasnt exactly what we anticipated as far as fire place. But that wasnt no fault. The area is a little more pricey, But everything is pretty close , walmart, heb, target. Etc.

Moved in about 3 months. I love the place. Very peaceful and quiet. Management team is awesome and will help with any concerns or questions.the only issue would be the parking situation. I get home late from work and sometimes have to park by the entrance, i live in the very back.. its an inconvenience because i have a 1 year old and we have to walk far to get to our building.

Just started living here at Thirty Oaks and all in all it’s a nice place to live I like how management treats me. If I could offer a better idea it would be to have assigned parking because I always have to park far from my apartment which is such a hassle. Everything else is great and I love living here !

Our experience with the Property and especially the service provided by Hunter was amazing. Hunter really went out off his way to provide me and my family exceptional service, had been at anther community before and had a very bad experience. We went to Thirty Oaks and after touring the community and meeting with Hunter we were new this was home.

The staff is amazing, location is perfect, units are flawless. The gym and pool are awesome. I just wish parking was better. Sometimes have to park on the other side of the complex, that’s why I took off a start.
