Our family has had a wondeful experience working with the team at The Zoe Apartments. Kimberly has really gone above and beyond to ensure that we have had all of our questions answered and concerns addressed in a timely manner. Our interactions with Katelyn and the entire staff have also always been professional and pleasant.The complex is well-kept and well-lit. Since they are new, I had anticipated some post-construction dust. However, I was delighted to find the apartment was immaculate upon move in, which made the unpacking process so much easier.We cannot thank you all enough for making this move as efficient and seamless as possible. Especially since we signed our lease sight unseen! -

I recently moved here from out of state and the process was seamless. From start to finish, Kimberly has been incredibly helpful and continues to be three weeks in. I love my new unit, which boasts modern and updated fixtures and appliances. The price point is reasonable and competitive with the market, but the fact that everything is brand new sets it apart from the rest.Even though the property isnt completely finished, the ongoing construction hasnt disturbed or inconvenienced me at all. Im excited to see the final result! I’m thrilled for my new start in Waco and so pleased that my new home complements my experience so far! -

Amazing complex and office management is outstanding ! Apartments are large comfortable homey and quite affordable and move in process was easy and I finally found my new home maintenance is very friendly and fast didn’t have any issues but they assisted with my washer and dryer set up and was diligent fast and reliable . I would recommend this place to anyone and if u don’t got a home this is where you should be ! -
