The WestScott is absolutely stunning. It is located in the heart of Washington/memorial park area. So easy access to the highway to get your locations each and every day is super accessible. The team is always dressed extremely nice and very polite and professional. Their customer service is beyond expectations. Ashley, the new manager is so welcoming and supportive of her team and residents. Valet service team including concierge is top tier. The apartment homes are made to perfection. They are aesthetically appealing and perfect for your next home. The amenities are stunning and well kept. Views of the Houston Skyline are breathtaking from some parts of this Community.

Such a gorgeous property, the staff is very friendly and accommodating from the valet, concierge, and leasing staff. The apartments are very nice and for the location it really is the perfect spot from the park, shops, and food, with easy access to the freeway. Ashley was incredibly kind and accommodating answered all our questions and left feeling confident in our choice!

Living at The Westcott was the only apartment in Houston that I would describe as top tier in every category you could look for in an apartment.I am not a Houston native, and have strictly lived in rentals since I moved to Houston at age 21. Im just shy from 30 now, and can say the management and property are the best I have dealt with since moving to Houston nearly a decade ago.The property is clean, my packages were never stolen unlike other apartments, security is present regularly. The general feel is very high end, and put together. My review won’t speak on what the property deserves for a review, but if you are between picking this apartment over other apartments, this should be your #1 choice, and I say that after living here 2 years.A special thank you to Ali, Jessica, Giovanna, the concierge and valet team!!

Really love living at the Westcott! The facilities and common areas are meticulously maintained, the concierge and maintenance staff are super friendly and the events organised for the building help create a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the flexibility & mobility class last night - perfect for stretching out after the gym :)

Ive toured many buildings in Houston and almost none have stood out to me the way the Westcott does. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable, the floor plans are unique and truly feel like a home (you have the option of two different finish styles too), and as far as the services they provide to residents - they thought of everything. The application was a breeze and I received follow up instructions from the property within a day.In addition to the gorgeous property itself, the location makes it even better. Direct access to Memorial Park and within walking distance of coffeeshops, restaurants, and nightlife on Washington Avenue.

After living at The Westcott for over a year, I can say that the property is one of the nicest that I have been in. The building is always kept clean and up to date by their crew. The management team, as well as the maintenance team, are quick to respond to the few of requests we’ve had. It’s great to have a friendly valet and concierge team, which make us feel comfortable and safe, together with our nighttime security officer. The amenities are also fantastic, including the sky lounge, pool and lounge areas. We have truly enjoy living on the property.

Just renewed for my third lease here at the Westcott and couldnt be happier. You will not find a better apartment complex in Houston, I promise! Definitely the number one factor for staying was management, especially Ali! Ali has handled all of my leasing and has been incredible with addressing any of my needs since Ive been here. Hes also always running great events at the property and always checking in making sure were happy! Maintenance is always responds quick without any issues and hare happy to help! Also our concierge Rod and Austin and our valet are the kindest people you will ever meet. Staff is incredible!!

Ive had a fantastic experience living at Westcott, and much of the credit goes to Ali, the exceptional Resident Service Manager. From the moment we moved in, Ali has gone above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel welcome and well taken care of. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I highly recommend Westcott to anyone looking for a great place to live, with Alis outstanding service being a standout feature.

After two amazing years, today is my last day as a resident at The Westcott. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes throughout the Houston Metropolitan and The Westcott FAR exceeds any and all of them.In general, the property and amenities are fantastic - no question about that. But what sets this complex apart are its staff. I was fortunate to work with the leasing agent during my leasing process, Ali, and I cannot say enough great things about him. His level of hospitality is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before, and he is such a valuable employee with this property!Many special kudos and a lot of love go out to the property’s concierge staff: Rod & Austin. They treat you with such professionalism while also making you feel like family. Lastly, the gem of this property, Aziz. He manages valet and has the most pleasant demeanor about him. You can’t help but smile when you’re around him. Having a bad day? Forget about it. Aziz will cheer you up without even trying.All that to say, I will deeply miss residing at The Westcott but encourage those that are even slightly on the fence about pursuing a residency here, do not even hesitate. This is where you need to live!

We actually live at The Westcott and it truly is a blessings. The staff are friendly and the amenities are awesome from the pool terrace, to office spaces, to the fitness facility. Ali is always responsive to our concerns and we may sign up for another year.

I’m so sad my time at the Westcott is ending! My family and I have been residents here since January 2023. Hands down, it is the best apartment complex in Houston. The staff, building quality, maintenance, location, and residents make the property incredibly great. If you are considering, you will not regret living here!

We have been here since Sept of 2022. All in all, it has been a good experience. Maintenance always comes quickly and they are easy to deal with. And we absolutely love the location.Would rate this place 5 stars but the issues with the garage doors (consistently) and the lack of management to fix the entry door to the 11th floor (took a year to get it done) were disappointing. Also, would like for the level 4 outdoor space to get better upkeep.I have recommended the Westcott to several people and will continue to do so.

I recently moved into The Westcott and I couldnt be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the staff who made me feel right at home.The apartment complex itself is amazing. The grounds are well-maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. The amenities are top-notch, including a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse and skydeck.What really made my experience so special was Jazmine(leasing agent) who helped me through the entire process. She was so friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure I had everything I needed to make my move-in as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with my new home.Overall, I would give this apartment complex and its staff a five-star review without hesitation. The combination of a great location, luxurious amenities, and exceptional customer service make this a fantastic place to call home. If youre looking for a new apartment, I highly recommend giving The Westcott a try. You wont be disappointed!

I’m a new resident and so far, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with everything at the Westcott. Allison was there with me from my first visit all the way to signing my lease and getting me moved in. She (and all of the other staff I’ve encountered) have been so helpful, friendly, and super patient with all of my questions and requests. Cannot thank everyone there enough for making this process as easy as possible. The property itself is so well kept and quiet, with such great amenities! Very much looking forward to my time here!

I love living here. The office staff is exceptional and answers any queries professionally and quickly. The property is beautiful and well maintained and clean. The pool is like a resort. The 11th floor sky deck is the best place to entertain guests. Plus the 2 months free rent at move in!!!! How could I not love living here

Incredible high rise with amazing and professional staff who provide exceptional customer service, beautiful amenities, luxurious apartment living, and conveniently located! 10/10 highly recommended.The first person I had any interaction was Ali, who showed such an incredible guest experience from being a tour guide to ensuring our seamless application process. He gave us live updates and notified us immediately when our application was approved. Yay! His correspondence in resolving any issues have been quick and efficient. Interaction with all staff members at The Westcott has been so far all positive and wonderful as well. From Allison, Jazmine, and Erica, to the maintenance crew who are so quick to respond to service and maintenance requests. We have young kids and even Mr. Mark at valet is kind and always giving my kiddos little caramel candies when he sees them.Our actual apartment unit is incredibly spacious for my family of 4 and I cant imagine living anywhere else. The building is built with the residents in mind boasting incredible and luxurious amenities. The two pools are a plus for those extremely hot summer days - it never feels crowded despite the growing community.Despite the growing community, I havent had any issues finding parking. For those who want more privacy, there are private enclosed garages as well that you can rent to park your cars or store your personal belongings. For those who have EVs, theres plenty of EV charging parking spots available as well. Theres a safety feature in the garage where only registered vehicles can enter and the door is fast closing. Theres no dial code entry for the garage which ensures additional security.If youre looking to make a move and want an impactful and meaningful experience, definitely give The Westcott at Memorial Park a shot!

Just signed my lease! I called with a few questions about specifics mentioned in the lease, and my call was answered immediately, and the leasing agent I spoke with answered every single one of my questions (which were very particular) and was extremely kind and helpful!I dont move in for a few months, but asked if I could come in to measure some areas to see if my furniture would fit before moving, and the office let me in to take the measurements without any issue at all, even though they were clearly very very busy with tours and move-ins, they still helped me promptly and efficiently. The building is gorgeous, upscale and actually functional. It is genuinely a nice apartment with great staff, cant wait to move in!UPDATE: I have been living at The Westcott for a little over 3 months now, and I have to say it is still my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! I put a maintenance request in a few weeks after moving in, and it was taken care of the same day, with very kind and efficient maintenance staff. The apartment has begun hosting community events which are fun and are a great way to meet the other members of the community! The concierge and staff downstairs that help handle deliveries are absolutely wonderful, they are always on top of things, even during the busy holiday season, and make you feel like everything is very well taken care of here!The only issues I have had so far really have nothing to do with the apartment itself. Occasionally some of the residents can be a bit noisy in the hallways, but with the 24 hour concierge, it is nice to know if it ever got bad enough to complain, there is actually someone who is there to help, (though I have not had to complain yet, as the noise never lasts very long and the residents here are generally pretty respectful of each other). The only other issue is with the area itself, as there are often issues with cars coming around the roundabout in front of the building, or speeding down the street which can be an issue if you are trying to cross the street to get to Starbucks or one of the other businesses nearby. But its not like there is anything the apartment can really do about that, its just something to keep in mind if you plan to move here.All in all, this place exceeds expectations all the way around, so glad I moved here!

I recently moved into the Westcott and I love it! My experience so far has been terrific from the leasing manager, Allison to the concierge and even the maintenance crew. Theyve made me feel like a guest at the Four Seasons whereas other properties have left me feeling like a burden. Access to Memorial Park was the driving factor for my interest in the property, but the quality of construction, finishes and amenities really set this place apart.

I moved in to these apartments a few months ago. When searching for an apartment I was looking for a quiet luxury apartment which Houston has a lot of. What sealed my decision on The Westcott is how welcomed Ali ( my leasing agent) made me feel. There were no corners cut in showing me all that the apartment had to offer and the over all experence made me feel at home. I love all of the amenities from the Sky lounge to the 4th floor pool and the proximity to Washington St nightlife. Best decisionI Ive made with my move back to Houston.

This property was absolutely stunning and the leasing staff was very knowledgeable, especially Allison. I toured with Allison, and she was so professional yet personable and took the time to show me all the floor plans I was curious about and all the amenities without rushing. (Which are amazing by the way). I wish I could have had Allison at every property I toured. She is so patient and knows all the ins and outs of the property. She answered all of my questions. If you are curious about renting at this new property or want to tour, ask for Allison! Amazing experience.

I visited The Wescott recently in preparation for my current lease ending in August and was blown away by the overall aesthetic of the building and the apartments I toured. Allison greeted me immediately. Extremely personable/welcoming and very patient addressing all of the questions I had about the lease, application process, amenities, and valet. She showed me any floor plan I requested to see without feeling rushed (so many options!) Looking forward to living here if everything goes according to plan.

I spoke with Marcela and she went through pricing for my preferences and gave me a tour of the common areas since I already saw the floor plan I was interested in. Great experience for an impromptu visit.

I am really excited to move to The Westcott. Allison was great! She is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and prompt. Everything from the tour, to the application and final leasing process has been seamless. I have rented numerous places in the past, and with a job that doesnt offer time for back and forth phone calls, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. It was quick and easy. I was sent a follow up email with details on everything I needed to do prior to move in. Allison is always available when I need her, but the entire team from concierge to leasing agents to management is so efficient I really do not have many questions that go unanswered. The property is beautiful. The gym has everything you need- 2 Woodway Treadmills, 1 curved Woodway Treadmill, trainer for your personal bike, free weights, Smith Machine, Free Weights, Power Rack, yoga/bar/stretch room, and x2 pelotons on the way. Common areas are gorgeous and couldnt ask for a better location for running at Memorial Park and access to the freeway.
