I honestly don’t know where all of the negative reviews are coming from because that hasn’t been my experience at all.My work orders get completed next day every time, the office is responsive, they CLEAN the corridors often and I really appreciate that. The complex is quiet, it’s cute, the location is great, and it’s been a great experience overall.I am very critical because I know what good management is supposed to look like but please keep in mind management is there to manage the community not force it’s residents to abide by the rules they have set in place. It isn’t fair to blame management for things that are out of their control.Don’t be fooled you’ll love living here.

The office staff has been so sweet and helpful, and the community is super clean. My move-in date is this week, and my family and I are so excited! We’ve got a baby on the way and can’t wait to start this new journey here.

Love these apartments and hope to call this place home very soon. I was greeted and toured by Kayla. Her smile and knowledge might have convinced me. She showed all the great qualities these apartments have and will show my husband soon. I had such bad tours before I headed to these so Kayla really made my day!!

This apartment is perfect for me and my family. Management is great and always ready to assist. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Oscar was very respectful and professional when fixing our problem. The property management really has the residents best interest in heart. It also has great amenities and is a nice up and coming area. We will be renewing!

I love my apartment at the Waterview!Angel was very professional and answered all my questions.The staff are all very friendly. Anytime I have submitted a request, the maintenance team responds very quickly. There was a minor issue with a few ants in the apartment. The maintenance team took care of it very fast.The property is also very quiet, which is definitely a major plus. It is a great location as well, plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well.Keep doing a great job!

Had a super convenient process moving into these apartments. Was in a bind between moving out of our old house and trying to move in here. Luckily our leasing agent Landry was amazing and got us a quick tour and got our move in date approved by the time we moved out! So far so good this year living here.

As a new resident, I absolutely love my new home. We understood the set backs that had to occur for us to finally move in.The leasing office staff are by far the best I have ever dealt with. Im sure they unfortunately have received some grief in regards to the move in dates, but my friend and I understand that sometimes these things just happen.The apartments are clean and look beautiful. We cant wait to decorate our new place!

After having lived here for a little over a month now (6/20/22), I can say I have not had any major issues.Once the apartment was ready, the move-in process was a breeze. There are many things out of the leasing agents control; there seems to be some communication issues between Greystar and our agents, who are doing a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. Hopefully, these issues get sorted out soon, and all of the promised amenities get built.There is still a lot of construction happening (7-23-22), so I highly recommend coming in person to make sure the listed unit is available and ready to tour before signing anything.All in all, I have had a great experience and am excited to watch this community grow.

Was one of the first tenants to move in. No issues and maintenance is taken care of very quickly. Landry was very helpful and communicative in getting the apartment we wanted ready for us. Quiet apartment complex that is well maintained. Everyone at the office is very nice too.

This community is beautiful. All the staff here are very attentive and helpful on making residents feel confident in making The Waterview their new home. Angel and Landry are great leasing specialists as well as the communitys Property Director Tamara. The apartment homes have stunning quartz countertops, top of the line modern finishes, lots of built-in (desks & shelves), dog wash stations for our furry children, and vacation style amenities. Also you can cancel gym membership as they have state of the art fitness studios which includes virtual and interactive options and spin room! Excellent choice to make this your new home!

I toured this community earlier in the week and loved how welcomed I felt through the entire visit. From walking through the front door to walking out, Landry made sure all my questions were answered and made the entire process of touring effortless. I love all the amenities offered. I cant wait to make the Waterview in Richmond my next home!

I really love my new apartment home at The Waterview! The finishes are really modern and beautiful. The layout works perfectly for me and my family, the kitchen has the perfect distribution and cabinet space. The location is so convenient, you have literally everything around, from restaurants, stores, grocery stores, etc. The staff is great! Angel and Tamara are very friendly and professional. My apartment is just perfect!

After living here for a little over a month now, I can finally give an honest review. When touring the property, Angel was very helpful, kind, and answered all of our questions. Through out the signing process, the leasing team has been able to help with anything we needed. There have been a few hiccups after moving in but Angel and Landry have taken the time to resolve those issues. I will say that it seems that Greystar does not provide the leasing agents with all the details needed sometimes. This has led to getting incorrect information but the team works hard to fix this mistake.I recommend that people come in person before signing a lease so that you can see the unit you are wanting and to talk to an agent. They are always so welcoming and will take care of everyone that walks in as best they can.I appreciate everyone being so approachable and I am looking forward to watching the community grow.

I toured this property on Friday. I really loved this place specially the location. It is close to everything, restaurants, grocery store and they have a nice pond across the property. Angel Ramos did an amazon job answering all the questions!

Freeway adjacent. New construction. The management requires a fairly extensive financial and security background check. Like most new construction in the area, the complex is very generic. Hopefully, the complex will generate more of a personality as it matures.
