I have been living at The Waller, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! The leasing community staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and Joe’s coffee shop conveniently located in the lobby.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin on 11th Street. You’re within walking distance of many local stores, and Waterloo Park is nearby, which my dog absolutely loves. What stands out the most is the prompt and efficient handling of maintenance requests. Any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly, which is a huge plus.Overall, The Waller is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived at. Highly recommended!

The Waller is the dream apartment. The staff is super friendly including Gustavo, Javier, Hannah, Nico, Hailey, and Tray. Patrick helped me get situated here a few months ago and I’ve been loving it ever since. They always send out important emails wayyyy ahead of time and will post signs of improvements they’re making to the building. The staff is super transparent and they are always in a positive mood. They are also super pet friendly, always offering my pup a treat after we walk. This is the dream place :))

Beautiful apartment building! I’ll add more pictures soon. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. The building has top of the line amenities, and two pools! We toured 10+ apartments in the area, and this one was the winner hands down.

The team is great. The property and location are great as well. Honestly one of the best places to live in Austin. While the entire staff is cordial and extremely helpful, the Assistant Property Manager, Barry goes above and beyond. I consistently observe him handle not solely my concerns but others & excel at it. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

The Waller is one of the newest luxury high-rises in downtown Austin and boy did we get lucky! Everything from the luxuriousness to the friendliness of the staff, I highly recommend checking this place out when looking for a place in Austin, Texas!

My boyfriend and I visited Austin for the ACL festival this last weekend and checked out potential apartments while in the city. We were so impressed with The Wallers stunning views and amenities. Added bonus - our leasing consultant, Nico Khayyat, was amazing! Incredibly kind and he knew so much about the surrounding neighborhood. The Waller will definitely be our top choice once we finally take the plunge on moving.

The location is lit! I can easily walk outside to Waterloo Park for some fresh air or keep walking to the capitol or downtown events - all without having to get in my car. Jos Coffee is inside, so I can stay in my pajamas when getting my morning sip. I would recommend this place over other buildings along Rainey Street or Brazos Street.

We love living here! We moved into our unit last week.Moving - great experience with reserving a slot and getting our stuff in with the freight elevator. Communication was top notch.Living - top line amenities - coffee house, 2 pools, 2 story gym, outdoor decks, kitchens, indoor sports lounge, dog bathing area and outdoor dog runHospitality - the staff here are very friendly and helpful!Parking - lots of open spots but you can buy reserved spotsLocation - close to downtown and campus. Unfortunately close to 35 in the sense that directions take me on 35 instead of my preferred Mopac highwayUnits - new and great views. Fast internet. All utilities are charged back to you.Everything is brand new. The guests are all kind and friendly. I cant say enough good things about our experience living here so far!

Hands down the best property I’ve ever lived at, amazing views, great amenities, & 2 floor gym! With 2 pools! The Concierge staff is very helpful in many ways. I also wanna give credit to Hanna the leasing agent who was able to answer all my questions I had about the property. If you’re looking into this property then I highly recommend!

My fiancé and I were looking for a downtown apartment that is near the Capitol for his work.We were so lucky to find The Waller! The apartment we were recommended is this gorgeous 2 bedroom that has DIRECT VIEWS to the Capitol! Hes right there--no better commute. Its brand new with ultra-modern finishes, top of the appliances, and floor to ceiling windows so I can watch him work while I work from home.The team took really great care of us, especially Patrick who is the Assistant Manager. Hes so on the pulse about all things Austin and has really made this process easy for us worriers who have to relocate!Were so excited to move-in and enjoy the downtown life!!

Living at the Waller has been such a tremendous experience. The units and amenities are impeccable, I can confidently state that The Waller is one of the most luxurious high rises in Austin Texas. I think so highly of Patrick and the entire leasing team for always going above and beyond for their residents! They are all truly spectacular. If you are searching for a place to live I highly recommend taking a tour at The Waller! You will definitely not be disappointed.
