    Easily the nicest place Iā€™ve ever lived. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful Iā€™ve ever met. They treated us like family. Daizy, Abraham, Jacob and Eddie at concierge are always so sweet to us and my dog and we love them! Eddie even took my dog out on his break when I was stuck at work!! Who does that?!Wilson is so incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything in the apartment, and was a bonus also having him as the best neighbor.Finally, Shan the manager is a fantastic leader. you can tell he treats his staff so well because they all stay and are very happy. heā€™s also in the know about everything in the building and is on it when you need anything!Overall, Iā€™ve had a very nice experience here and really sad to be moving out of state, otherwise Iā€™d never have a reason to leave!

    Ive sent dozens of clients to the Victor being a realtor here in Dallas. Every time I walk in it feels like a breath of fresh air. The valet is timely, the concierge is friendly, and the leasing team Zion/Lena/Noor are all super professional. The units are spotless and I can always count on the responsiveness from these three every time I have a question. A+ units, A+ amenities, A+ team. This building is hard to beat!

    Iā€™m looking forward to renewing in the coming months! I have never felt of a community vibe in my 10+ years leasing than what I do at The Victor! ALL of the staff (Valets, Conceirge, Leasing office, Maintenance Team) are all very friendly and approachable. All amenities are kept up very well. The dry cleaning & package pick up/drop off process is always seamless.

    Such an amazing place. We decided to move downtown Dallas from McKinney, and finding the right place took us a little while. But this place, was the BEST choice we couldve made. We started by being greeted by the valet people. They had a smile in their faces and even if we didnt live in the building they opened the door for us and made us feel welcomed. Then the next set of smiles came from the concierge, Lilly. Lilly made us feel like we were home without even having signed the lease, she walked us to the leasing office and she told us she hoped we would love the place (and we had already made up our minds to stay) then the third reason we decided to stay was Chantal! Wow... she welcomed us with an amazing attitude, professionalism and knowledge. She gave us the warmest of welcomes we had not felt in our search for a place in the whole downtown and victory park. She showed us the premises, she told us all about what we needed to know about the building, she was very patient, and she worked with us to see what was the best option for us. The leasing process was very easy, and with her assistance and the rest of the staff (Shout out to Lena shes also assisted us with our needs), our moving day was painless. We knew this was the right place since the beginning. The facilities are amazing and very well kept, but want made us stay from the beginning was the PEOPLE and their AMAZING ATTITUDE! Thank you for all your hard work, and please lets keep it that way. I know there are some disgruntled people that take it on social media with their frustration, but come experience it for yourself, and youll see Im only speaking the truth!What an amazing view

    Having lived here for a few years now & just renewed, here is my feedback: The Victor is really a luxury condo building. The location & amenities are not typical apt like. The resident makeup is professional. The complex is way better since Shawn has been GM - He listens and cares about residents! The entire staff is amazing!! Big fan of the new rule of the deliveries not allowed up. Not a fan of paid guest parking though! Definitely a 5-star building.

    Wow, what a beautiful building. The amenities and the rooms are just stunning. I also had a very easy time with the leasing staff with them being very patient and helping ne to find the perfect place for me to call home. I hugely recommended this place for anybody looking for high-rise living in Dallas. Itā€™s in a class of its own.

    After touring the apartment complex, I realized it looks worth the price! Security seemed tight, and the valet was an excellent addition. The pool is on the smaller side, but the gym was the best I had seen out of the 31 properties in Dallas. Even though the price is steep for a two-bed two-bath, I would highly recommend it, especially given its 1427 sqft. I chose another location because my truck could not fit under the garage gate, which has a 7ft 2in clearance. Management was able to work with me on some things, which showed their willingness to provide for their residents, which was great. Other than that, it was and still is a top 4 property of 30 that I viewed. My leasing agent, Lena, was great, and I highly recommend her and the property.

    Each time we schedule a client tour the Victor Team goes above and beyond. Upon arrival we are welcomed by valet. The Victor provides a inviting atmosphere as if the location, views and amenities werenā€™t enough. Our clients appreciate the level of service, amenities, location and walkability score of The Victor. The Victor is an amazing property steps away from the American Airlines Center with amazing views, rooftop pool and a team who cares. Itā€™s perfect for those seeking a vibrant downtown lifestyle.

    This is an amazing place to live. Dog friendly. Very clean. I went for a party that a tenant was throwing. Very cute and quaint. The view was amazing. The atmosphere was on point. Valet and door man was very friendly. The location of this apartment home is great. Everything in walking distance.

    I love living here! I never want to leave home! Jenny is the cream of the crop! Her service is impeccable. The views are amazing, I feel safe, everyone is friendly I have a 16 year old yorkie and he loves all the other dogs he sees on the daily. My daughter has a direct view of the W hotel from her bedroom she loves it. Me and my fiancƩ can walk have drinks and not worry about ride share problems or places to visit.

    I really enjoyed living at The Victor. The floor plans are well thought out with ample space and cabinetry to store things away.I love the modern feel throughout the building and that only the closets have carpet - everything else is hardwood floor.The superstars are the concierge and valet team. Leasing is super friendly and helpful as well. To me this added a tremendous amount of value during my time here.The pool feels like an oasis and the location canā€™t be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and, of course, the AAC.As long as you keep up with event times, game day traffic has not been an issue.This really has been my favourite apartment complex in the Dallas area and I would recommend leasing here.

    Fantastic place to live and play. We recently moved to Dallas not knowing much about the city. By chance we discovered The Victor, thinking short-term that wed be here only until we found a permanent home. The staff was just amazing - everyone here was super friendly and attentive. We quickly realized this was the ideal location for us: close to work and in the heart of everything we like to do. So, we decided to stay here for good!Things we love specifically about the Victor:- Floor to ceiling wrap-around windows with ample lighting that fills the wide-open living spaces ā€“ I never feel like Iā€™m stuck inside.- Gorgeous views of downtown/uptown. And you can feel the buzz of activity when thereā€™s an event at the AAC which I love.- Great common spaces e.g, lounges, pool, gym. I particularly love that they have an indoor Golf Simulator on premise.- Gracious staff: everyone from the Front Desk to the General Manager accommodates with a smile (Iā€™m still getting use to this level of service and response, coming from out of state).Honestly I canā€™t think of anything negative to say about The Victor with its modern and clean dĆ©cor. Weā€™ve just been happy living here, thank you.

    Visited a friend that lived in this building and the atmosphere was welcoming from the valet, to the concierge and the few residents i met in the elevator.     My living experience at the Victor from 2022 to Jan 2024 was nothing short of amazing, a strong sense of community among the residents. We know each other by names, instead of everyone minding their business, you get asked how your day is especially in the elevator. Summer at the victor is always a great experience. The office team is full of professionals and people who actually care about their residents. Shan the office manager and Noor the assistant manager are 2 individuals Iā€™ll always hold in high regard. Maintenance team responds in timely fashion and address your needs immediately instead of taking their jolly time. Huge respect to the Concierge manager (David) and Big Ups to my boy Jacob with the Valet team always there for your needs. Would 100% recommend the Victor to anyone whoā€™s looking for a perfect balance of Luxury and community life. Iā€™ll move back again there someday, thatā€™s for certain.

    I recommend living at the Victor without reservation. It is the crown jewel of the Victory Park area. The staff is extremely nice - from the valet team, to the concierge, and the leasing consultants. The amenities are top notch - love going to the fitness center and excited to try out the golf simulator. There are always social events posted in the elevators to attend and engage with the community. And the units themselves never cease to impress visitors. Love it here and will likely be renewing.

The company had several options available, including phone and email. I opted to call and I was immediately connected to a friendly and knowledgeable representative who was able to assist me by the name of Chantal (remember that name she is amazing).What impressed me the most was the level of care and attention that Chantal showed throughout our conversation. They listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even went above and beyond to provide additional information that was not directly related to my query.Giving me tips on how I can work from home as a new software engineer in Dallas and what my commute will be like from the property, Chantal truly went above and beyond.Throughout the entire interaction, Chantal was patient, courteous, and energetic.     We absolutely LOVE living here!! The property is beautiful with fantastic views. Maintenance is outstanding. The entire property is constantly cleaned and its always in pristine condition. I actually saw someone cleaning the grout on the floors in the elevator. From maintenance to the concierge, valet and management everyone is friendly, attentive and delightful.Management goes above and beyond to create events for the residents to meet and mingle in order to create a sense of community. Noor Alajami on the management team is top notch!! She is thoughtful and always ensures that every detail of our living experience is taken care of. Her professionalism comes across both in person and on the phone.     My friend and I were going to lease at the Victor. They were very patient with us every step of the way. Our leasing agent was Summer and she was knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure we got the apartment we wanted with the view we wanted. She patiently showed the place multiple times and the staff did video calls when I was out of town. Summer did everything she could to help us out. The Victor is lucky to have a person like Summer on their staff. This place is beautiful right next to a American Airlines center and I would recommend asking for Summer! The downtown views with floor to ceiling windows are unmatched!

    One of the nicest places Iā€™ve ever lived in. Rooftop pool, incredible views from my condo! Floor to ceiling windows. High ceilings in my unit, the biggest balcony Iā€™ve ever had. Couldnā€™t be in a better location, walking distance to a variety of dining, Starbucks, museums, nightlife and of course American Airlines center. Donā€™t worry about traffic during events, thereā€™s a special street in the back that leads directly onto the toll road and other highways.Management is truly superb, if I ever need anything thereā€™s always someone there. Always respond immediately, any maintenance issue gets taken care of same day. Iā€™m so spoiled here, the 24hr concierge service is so nice for anything I need, never a stolen package, security, valet for your guests. No need for gym membership anymore their gym is really nice. Clubhouse and game room is perf for entertaining company. Thereā€™s several expresso and Nespresso machines, some of them make lattes too. Thereā€™s an indoor dog park, so you donā€™t have to go far to take your puppy out, so nice especially for rainy days. I love it here

    I am a Realtor, I recently had a client who was in a bit of a crisis. Her home had become unihabitable due to structural issues. She has 2 small pets, was living in a hotel and trying to find a place to live while insurance and the GC ironed out the particulars and began repairs. To top it off, she had surgery in the middle of all this. To say she was under a lot of stress is an understatement. Shan Jaffri and Noor Alajami were extremely kind, solution-minded, and flexible. They took the time to understand the needs of my client and jumped into action. My client can now relax. I canā€™t say enough about how impressed I was and I will definitely suggest The Victor to future clients. Thank you, Noor and Shan.

    I moved to the Victor from LA in March 2023 with my dog Diablo. This building is by far the best highrise Iā€™ve lived at. Iā€™ve lived at several luxury highrises in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills and The Victor in Dallas is much nicer than all of them. The staff here is amazing as well. From the GM Shaun to Chantel, Lena & Zion in leasing to Derek & Kelvin at front desk to Jacob at the Valet. Everybody is amazing in this Building. Would highly recommend The Victor & they are super pet friendly. A+++

    This is such a high class high end property of the Uptown crowd here in The Heart of Dallas. Great location and the landscaping is professional done hands of a master cultivator of cultivation everything is well groomed and wonderfull to be able to have the chance to see. I was just your everyday average Derek walking by this spectacular light display that lights up all of the features that you all have to see the pattern of the lights are all in unity that is the jobs of professionals that enjoy the perfection on the outside.     If you want to live in the most beautiful apartment. high rise in the city, live at the Victor! I looked at so many high end properties and none could compare to the Victor. The views are spectacular and if you can snatch a the corner unit ( they end in 12) above the AA Center you literally have glass windows floor to ceiling and stunning views from every room. The first words from every person who visited was always Wow!I love the white walls and when I walk into my apartment I literally feel like I am in heaven. No matter where I looked in the city, I could not find a more masterfully designed apartment. When I first moved in and for many months I thought ....I dont need furniture because the design here is just so beautiful.The 9th floor business amenities rival any 5 star facility ...again with soaring ceilings and views. I work there often and with the light pouring in am always energized. The gym has excellent equipment, is not overcrowded and the pool is sleek, state of the art of simply one of the most beautiful in the city.Shan as the new building manager has taken it upon himself to work diligently to make living at the Victor a great experience for all the residents! Jacob and Jesus in valet, Jeremiah and David in concierge, Jenny and her team in leasing are always helpful and make you feel at home:). When I lost my beloved Lab Troy ,the entire staff at the Victor could not have been more supportive.As to the Victory Park area, I love walking each morning to Hatchways for their amazing coffee and breakfast specials. Lunch and dinner at Meseros for fresh Mexican food and Bill Can Can for great American Style fare is always a treat. Having Tom Thumb in walking distance was always a nice treat as well.I walked during the day and night and felt safe in the area and found that Victory Park to beyond dog friendly.This is a one of a kind property with many wonderful people who work and live on site. If you love modern, high end facilities you will be delighted with what you find at the Victor!

I have lived in the Victory Park area since 2106, toured a great majority of VP high rises and lived in 4.     Chantuea/ chanty super nice very classy and very professional as well as the concierge and the nice maintenance, valet guys great! I would love to have moved in here and this has nothing to do with the staff. However during our tour in the elevator an INSTANT smell of marijuana hit in the face. I would hate to leave for work one day in a rush or meet a client downstairs and smell. If this is like this In the afternoon during business hours- I canā€™t imagine what itā€™s like after business hours. I guess the ā€œno smokingā€ rule doesnā€™t apply. Prices for admin/app/deposit doesnā€™t match the luxury they are trying to give. Again nothing to do with the amazing staff.
