    Since moving into The Travis, Rachael and Lien have been incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They’ve gone the extra mile to make my experience seamless. My apartment is beautifully laid out with well-planned square footage, and I absolutely love it!The concierge service is top-notch—they always call before sending anyone up to my floor, which adds an extra layer of security and convenience. The dog park being within the parking garage is a game-changer, especially on rainy or cold days. The fitness center is massive and equipped with everything you could need. Plus, the views throughout the community are stunning no matter where you are.Management’s response time has been impressively fast—within minutes of reaching out. Overall, my experience has been fantastic, and I’m so happy to call The Travis home!

    From the very beginning, the leasing agents and all the staff have been exceptional. Christopher William, leasing agent, helped us get started with the first apartment and has helped us tremendously to get ready to move into a larger , Two bedroom unit, in the same amazing building. We love it here at the TRAVIS. The views are amazing and location, location, location… That’s all I have to say about that!

    It is sad to see people are giving bad reviews about the staff and the apartment complex.Here is my detailed review.Summary: Clarify all your questions before you move in and Come here with right expectations.We moved here in June, 2023. We signed the lease with virtual tour from different state. We love the view from our apartment. We signed the lease with virtual tour from different state. Chris (leasing staff) helped us showing the apartment over zoom. Kim (leasing staff) helped us on moving our day though they were in midst of management changes and systems are in transition.Coming to the bad parts which we faced. Yes, the elevators are down for few days(now up and running) and there was only one elevator(fright elevator) was available for all the 29 floors.(no floor 13)The garage gates were broken and dont close which is a big security issue.Loud music from the club next block till 2 AM.Indoor pet park stinks.Despite the above cons, we like living here because they view of downtown is awesome.The rooms are big.The area is convenient to local bars and groceries and metro.No fee for amenities.And nice office staff and support staff(concierge, maintenance, janitors)I support the staff who work here, I see there is a problem with few people who live here (my personal opinion).Few of them fight in the elevators.Few of them try to break the glasses by being high on drinks.Few of them brings more than allowed guests all the time.Few of them dont take packages on time and they leave it for days in the mail room making hard for concierge to keep new packages.Few of them spill things in elevators and let their dogs do things and dont pick up.The parking garage gates were broken before we moved in and they fixed it after a month we moved in but someone crashed their vehicle to the gates within a week. How many times the owner can fix the damages?Apart from the above few types the rest of the residents are great. There are lot of professional health care people, cop, people who work from home live here.In other reviews people are bashing personally on Holi Walker, the Asst. manager. I dont know what their experiences are. In my experience she was proactive to the issues we brought to her and tried her best to resolve those problems.The cleaning staff works every morning.The apartment company might be bad in few aspects but the staff here are really good. You can definitely consider living here.

    This apartment building is beautiful. Wonderful concierge service and amazing leasing staff. Katherine is incredible! She works with you on finding the perfect unit that fits your needs. Chris is also an amazing leasing professional. He is patient and kind and very well knowledgeable any questions you may have. I look forward to moving in my new home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I’ve lived at the Travis for close to 2 years. I was one of the first few residents within the building. As any new building, it had its growing pains. I absolutely love my apartment, the amenities and the location. Katherine (property management team)& Esau (maintenance) have been super responsive and have helped promptly address any issue(s) I encountered. It’s tough to find a property team that cares and as such I will be sticking to the Travis until I purchase my own place.

    I loved living here so far. The leasing team and concierge’s are always so helpful and friendly! Maintenance is quick to handle any issues also. My only issue is it’s kind of annoying that guests park in the upper levels that’s only supposed to be for residents. They also don’t tow and disabled cars are here for months in these levels.

    I have been staying at The Travis for the past 14 months. It is a very nice luxury highrise apartment with excellent amenities. The management staff is very friendly and responsive to any suggestions, especially Holli Walker who is always very pleasant to speak with, takes care of any requests I have and is fantastic to interact with. It seems she knows all residents very well. The property management team in general is always aspiring to make it an excellent place to stay and call a home. I have enjoyed my stay so far. They have taken measures to make it safe and friendly

    I love living at the Travis! The leasing staff, especially Holly and Katherine, are professional, quick to respond and kind. The management is unlike other apartment complexes because they will work with residents to ensure they enjoy living here. I can provide countless stories of how I have gone to the leasing staff for assistance and they have been able to answer my questions very quickly.Also, the apartment complex is beautiful and clean! I have never seen a lobby, pool or gym that is always as spotless.In addition, Im a healthcare professional that works in the medical center and so it is nice having such close access to the MetroRail.My only complaint is that the surrounding area can be a little questionable at times. There are a few people that will accost you on the street outside of the apartment complex. However, that has nothing to do with the Travis, which is a phenomenal, and should not deter you from living at such a beautiful place.

    I have no complaints I’ve been living at The Travis for almost a year now. I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Katherine Nakagawa from the leasing office she has always been kind and helpful and has given us excellent service when it comes to accommodating to our best interest. Highly recommended to others as everyone is so welcoming.

    Mr. Chris is amazing!!! He is very patient and walked me through this process. I highly recommend working with him and the entire staff.Also the units are amazing and this is a great location. The units provide a lot of space and the color schemes and fixtures are modern and sleek. Space is important to me leaving a 4 bedroom house.I give this place 5 STARS.

    I had the opportunity to work with Holli! She was fabulous and my client loved her customer service. He loved it so much he ended up signing a lease!!! The Travis is definitely a breath of fresh air! Walking in and being greeted by Arnold is a joy. He is extremely attentive and very helpful. The valet staff is also very professional and personable. Being a realtor I truly enjoy people that enjoy doing their job. Like myself I take pride in top tier service.

    Im currently living here, and absolutely love the place. All the appliances are modern and I really like the contemporary style. The AC/Heater and Lights can be controlled through an app which makes it convenient when Im watching a movie and need to cut off the lights. I also really love the gym and pool area. The gym has everything you need. My girlfriend and I use the yoga room to practice dancing Bachata. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Its also minutes away from downtown and the views are great with the big windows.

    I dont usually write reviews but thought this one deserved some recognition. Since Im about to be on the market for a new place to call home, I stopped by this community to get pricing and check out a few layouts. The concierge is very welcoming and accommodating and the manager is very sweet informative. The property has a beautiful luxurious interior, the amenities are awesome (especially the gym) and the views are amazing. Two thumbs up guys, I look forward to seeing more of yall at The Travis! ;)

    The Travis is top tier luxury living. This is a brand new property with the best amenities you will find in the city. The pool area is beautiful and has everything you need an more to spend an entire day. The fitness center is THE best I have ever seen for apartment living. They have a very large selection of floor plans and color schemes, making it easy to find a new home that works with your budget and taste. Dont waste any time checking this place out, the staff at this property is top notch and will go above and beyond to accommodate.

    We moved here almost 2 years ago. There have definitely been ups and downs but happy to know there is a new property management company. Holli has been a staple at The Travis and has always been super helpful with us. People have been given lease violations by Holli for not following the rules and they are salty about it. I’m glad that the staff stayed on and look forward to the new property management changes.

    I had a fantastic experience at The Travis. Madison the assistant manager was such a huge help in helping me find my new apartment. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable and helped make the application process as smooth as possible. Ive lived here for a few months now and love my apartment so much!

    I have visited the Travis on numerous occasions as a friend lives there. The staff have always been friendly, and the facilities are wonderful. The gym, pool, conference center, dog park are all great amenities at this high rise. Not to mention the great location; located in the heart of midtown, the Travis has been a great place to meet up before walking to local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

    I had the most pleasant experience at the Travis with Tatyana. She has to be the sweetest, most helpful and knowledgeable member of a high rise management staff that I have encountered in Houston. My experience with her made me want to live at the Travis even more—I figured I would love to live at a place that gives such outstanding service. Not to mention my apartment is beautiful.

    Best location in town! My frenchie loves the dog park. I love The Travis. It really feels like home! The amenities are like no other apartments in Houston. A very friendly staff. They gave me a very warm welcome & have always helped me. Concierge is a plus! I’m not the type to write reviews but I love my home so much & I know someone else reading this will too!

    Katherine Nakagawa has been nothing but kind and gracious from the initial tour of the property to signing the lease. Since moving in, her hospitality has not ended. She responds to emails/questions quickly and maintains constant communication. Lastly, she is willing to go out of her way to make sure you are settled and help when/where she can.

    Really enjoy my apartment, and I enjoyed the leasing experience at the Travis. Tatyana was super helpful with everything and made the process from touring to getting all the paperwork straightforward and simple. I wanted a chill place that was suited for professionals who werent in their 20s anymore, and The Travis has done a great job so far. Highly recommended.

    This is by far the best apartment ive ever lived in, moving from LA i was really picky about where I wanted to live and the travis really exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the service; Holli is the best, shes part of the reason why I decided to renew my lease for another year I cant recommend it enough!

    The building is beautiful and brand new. The gym is one of the best I have seen out of all the places I toured. I toured with Holli who was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions since I am new to the area and don’t know much about it. I am still weighing out my options but The Travis is in my top three because of the customer service I received and because of the amenities and value for the price.

    As an apartment locator, The Travis EXCEEDED all of my expectations when I went to tour the property! From the time Valet took my car, to the concierge, to the actual units!     Beautiful place to live. The building is new, and the amenities are very impressing. The view in the Aqua Lounge is spectacular, the fitness center is fully loaded... The whole management team go above and beyond to make you feel home. Just an amazing place to be!

    Went to visit today as our lease is due for September, looks pretty new! We toured 3x1 bed rooms and it looked very light with a great view :) Everything is brand new and not fully completed however still looks nice. Madison also helped us very much and was very nice and friendly touring us around and answering our questions although we did not have an appointment.

    Perfect location for midtown. Staff is amazing, make sure to reach out to Madison in particular! Main Street access to the metro rail is right out the front door so getting to Reliant/Minute Maid is absolutely worth it. Surrounded by some midtown gems like Brennan’s, Beer Market, Woosters, & Holman Draft. Easy access to Washington/Heights. Cant beat this location.
