Went to the Sophie just took look and had an amazing experience. The units are very luxurious and the complex is well built. Veronica Landin was excellent and answered all my questions! Ask for Veronica, she is awesome. I’m looking forward to becoming a resident soon!!

Veronica Landin was awesome! I felt very comfortable asking questions with no rush at all.She had an answer for every question and definitely gave a good welcoming vibe.If you’re looking to get a tour or in touch with someone for this complex (The Sophie) I would definitely recommend getting in contact with her!

Drew in maintenance has been amazing since the day I moved in. Very prompt, professional, clean and very knowledgeable.Furthermore, both Jaime Goodall and her manager Elizabeth have been extremely nice, professional and have gone above and beyond my expectations with their customer service and being there for me from day one when I just came to tour The Sophie. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to a new luxury apartment complex in New Braunfels!

Wow. This place was amazing!! We were helped by Veronica and she gave us such a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by her and felt welcomed from start to finish. The complex was so beautiful, but really the staff and customer service I experienced was unlike any other. Highly recommend.

The Sophie has outstanding facilities from a spacious and well thought out 2-bedroom apartment to the community amenities. Excellent location close to the freeway and stores.
