Bryant, Ashley, and Team were attentive and accommodating during and the days after move in! Moving is hard enough so having a great management team to make things so easy and fast was great!Highly recommend the Townhouse floor plan!

I’ve lived here for a year. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Really nice amenities; generally a clean apartment complex; apartments are clean- Respond to service requests quickly- Staff are friendly- They host good apartment events and generally treat residents really greatCons:- Since it’s a new apartment complex sometimes some staff don’t know what’s going on. Basically don’t expect that they will do their job well. You have to be proactive in getting what you need.- Bugs: mostly crickets get really really bad over here- WiFi outages are frequent

I had the great pleasure of working with Jennifer and she is truly amazing! She really does care about the residents and always wants the application process to run as smooth as possible. The property is gorgeous and they really do care about how the property looks! I am so thrilled I got to work with Jennifer and the rest of their amazing team. Cant wait to go back and visit them again!

I recently moved into The Sommery and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The property is well-maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The amenities are top-notch, including a modern fitness center and a beautiful pool area. My apartment is spacious, with updated appliances and a comfortable layout. The community is quiet and safe, making it a perfect place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Finest community in Round Rock!I have moved over here since May 2024. This place is wonderful! Pool area, Clubhouse, Dog park, pickle ball court! Everything is neatly clean and well maintained.I organized a personal party and it went awesome!

I recently toured an apartment and had a wonderful experience. Jennifer, was incredibly helpful and provided us with detailed information about the property. The apartment itself is very nice and has a lot to offer. Although we havent signed up yet, we are seriously considering it. Thanks to Jennifer for making the visit so informative and pleasant.

Recently moved into The Sommery with my family and I have enjoyed every bit of my stay so far. I particularly fell in love with the pet amenities and provisions here. The leasing team has been very helpful. I’m glad we made the move.

Nice apartment so far! I was impressed by the staff and amenities. The pool is what sold me. Its the largest pool Ive ever seen at an apartment complex with an amazing outdoor area. Two pickle ball courts which is great for meeting neighbors.

Today was my first day but the staff took care of all the little details so the move in was a breeze.Already met some of my neighbors and their dogs so Duece is happy too!Looking forward to enjoying all the amenities the Sommery has to offer

Seth, our maintenance man is amazing!! He helped us move our super heavy furniture at a spur of the moment! He also helped us with some technology issues right away! Jeniffer is great as well, always helping in any way she can when she’s in the leasing office! Very beautiful apartments so far, can’t wait for the amenities to be finished!

I toured The Sommery this weekend and I am absolutely in LOVE!!! The property is immaculately kept, there’s tons of amenities, and Bryant in the front office was very Knowledgeable and thorough with walking me through everything. Great location and it seems quiet and very safe. Can’t wait to move in!
