    Update to 5 Starts: Natalia the leasing agent is 5 STARS! Sheā€™s very helpful, professional and such a sweet person. The maintenance is very fast and helpful, they have solved all my issues super quickly, thank you Jorge. The apartment complex is really beautiful and so far it always looks clean and the leasing office smells super good all the time. ā€œOne thing to consider if youā€™re planning on moving here: Itā€™s near the airport so youā€™ll hear planes flying (it doesnā€™t bother me)ā€!

    My husband and I signed our lease back in December, we were moving from Colorado and our leasing Agent Natalia was so kind and helpful. She responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure we were able to sign our lease the same day we drove down 12 hours from colorado. Although the office had closed she helped us. They do so many community events and have forms placed everywhere so we can be reminded and be part of it. They also have barcodes all over the complex to make sure our guests check in their vehicle so it doesnā€™t get towed. Itā€™s a really nice community. The only thing is the dumpsters do get filled pretty bad but other than that we have had a great experience living in the apt complex. Thank you Natalia for always answering our questions and concerns quickly and for being so helpful and kind towards my husband and I.

    I have really enjoyed living here. They are usually pretty helpful in the office and also very friendly. My service request has always been completed in a timely manner. I love how quiet it is and itā€™s a very friendly environment. I just wish they would work on the security here a little. There are many break ins here. I would hope to see more cameras and security measures.

    Bianca with the office staff and Daniel with maintenance are great! They were both so nice when a maintenance concern came up. Daniel has been following up with us and helped get it fixed in a timely manner/find the solution. We have had a few maintenance requests in the past and they have always been addressed within the week. We appreciate it!!

    We lived here a short time, but it was a nice time. The gym was always in good working order. The espresso machine was a treat. The grounds were kept clean, and Bianca and Natalia were awesome.

    The silverlake is an awesome place to live! Amenities are amazing from the pool/common areas, to the beautiful 3rd floor lounge. However what makes it particularly great is the front desk staff. Theyre always friendly, amazing to deal with, and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need! There are a lot of good places to live in the dallas, but the silverlake staff (particularly Bianca and Natalia) are top notch and really make the living here great!

    Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and Daniel in the maintenance department is working hard during the owner transfer to address all our requests as fast as he can. Daniel always has a smile on his face and is pleasant to speak with, by far the nicest and hardest working person on staff. We are lucky he stayed on when this place changed ownership.

    I have been here for a year now and I have had all great experiences. Now the transition with the new management has been a lil Rocky with communication but that is to be expected with any transition. I have heard of car breaks in within our apartment community but management has wrote statements & local officers have made rounds to our apartment daily.

    Excellent customer service. Natalia worked very hard to enable my move in on a Mondayā€”following the the Friday that my application was approved. After move in, I found two small discrepancies. They were remedied immediately after being reported. I would recommend these apartments to others.

Bianca the property manager and Natalia are great people, kind and care about the tenants so yourre in good hands. Any negative reviews are people who need to buy a house. No apartments is immune to have issues like car break ins etc. Bianca set up strict protocols to make sure I felt safe there and I never had any issues with the apartment. Sure the occational loud neighbor which they had a system to handle. The property is luxury and the apartmnets are huge like a condo. I loved living there becasue it was 4 minutes from DFW and the restaurant scene in grapevine, coppel and south lake were TOP.

    The staff is excellent. Especially their property manager, Joel. We dealt with an unfortunate situation, that led us to having to transfer apartments, but everything got resolved professionally, and with care and understanding. I truly appreciate this front office staff, even their new assistant manager was very helpful and understanding towards the situation, and she hadnt been working with us the whole time. I am grateful we decided to live here. I would definitely recommend this apartment community.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this apartment, we lived in a 2BR unit with a den, which we found to be quite spacious. The only down side, since itā€™s near a busy highway itā€™s not an ideal location for taking your dog on long walks.

    Bianca and Kiana are EASILY the best people Iā€™ve had the pleasure of working with when it comes to moving to a new apartment! Total dream team!They have gone above and beyond when with this process and been so incredibly helpful! Iā€™m so happy to have such driven running women this complex. When things were outside of their jurisdiction, they made sure to get to all the proper parties to make sure everything was to the Silverlake standard.They have been so kind and patient during stressful periods with Graystar purchasing the property and honestly they each deserve a raise for holding down the fort with the hurtles weā€™ve had to jump.

    We had a great time working with Bella and Wes, the leasing consultants at the Silverlake Apartments. They did an excellent job in giving us a tour of the community, explaining the different amenities as well as the application process. It was an absolute delight working with them and we ended up signing a lease for a unit! The apartment complex is beautiful, amenities are great and the units are spacious and modern. I recommend this place!

    My partner and I got the chance to tour The Silverlake on Sunday and it was a great decision! We were led by Wes, who was funny, kind, and eager to answer all of our questions. He made us feel like real people, never making us feel like we were an inconvenience or rushed. That was a great sign in and of itself, but second the community is gorgeous and so well kept! We were lucky to find a unit that fit the bill, and quickly sent in our application. We cant wait for our lease to start!

    Kelly was amazing. Loved the tour I got and everything I saw. Informative, answered all my questions. Higher end on rent but makes sense why because of all the amenities and perks that come with the place. Overall good experience just debating if I can actually afford it myself or not.

    We didnā€™t have to wait long at all to see a leasing agent. Wes was very helpful and knew the apartment complex, apartments, and lease information like the back of his hand. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the buildings are beautiful inside and out. Iā€™m considering the Silverlake Apartments when my lease is up. The prices are high, but Iā€™m a firm believer in ā€œyou get what you pay forā€.

    Start to finish, this was the best moving experience I have ever had. Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Sarah was always available to communicate with me regarding the move and made me feel at home from our first conversation. The property is scenic and brand new, and the location is near pretty much anything you could think of. Thank you again Sarah, as well as all of the office staff for making this transition as smooth as possible.

    Moved in a couple days ago. The apartment is new. The complex is huge. The corridors are air conditioned. The amenities are great. Valet trash is definitely a plus. The place is located close to the airport, depending on your apartment location, you might hear planes fly by. The ceilings are really high. Maintenance is efficient. All of the leasing consultants (Zach, Gwen, Jeanine) are very patient and knowledgeable on the complex and community. Gwen had been nothing but great. Sheā€™s been going out of her way to help me with any troubleshoot (such as walking me to my apartment and helping me with my bags the first day I got there) and making me feel welcome to the JS community. Happy to be calling this my home!

    Bella and Wes were so friendly and welcoming when we stopped by for some info and a tour. The property is beautiful and well kept. Units are homey. The friendliness of Bella and Wes is really what is pushing us to come live here, pending we can make it financially work. But prices were reasonable and fit with the market rates.

    My husband and I moved in just under a month ago and we couldnā€™t be happier here!To start off, Wes helped us all along the way and Bella helped too. They both communicated so perfectly about exactly what to expect from The Silverlake and the step by step process to apply and move in. There was a little hiccup with my application and they both handled it with professionalism and gave me so much grace while they worked hard to resolve the problem.We knew from the moment we stepped foot on the property that we would soon call this place home, and weā€™re so glad we did.Thank you so much Wes for all your help and thank you to Bella as well for stepping in when we needed you!

    Very nice apartment complex. Close to downtown Grapevine, the airport, and right between Dallas and Fort Worth so its a great location for accessibility. The office was always easy and friendly to work with. There seemed to be some car theft and problems for people who had to park outside. They do have a free multi-tier parking garage with gated access, which I always used and loved, but its only for one building in the complex and it gets filled up. We have dogs and would walk around the area often - some nice short trails and paths in back around the pond. They have a small dog park that is mostly just grass, or on a rainy day mud. Not any shade when its really hot. Would be nice if they would add a bench for people to sit in the dog park and something to provide more shade.The security of the place is pretty good - all entrances to the buildings require key fob access, and each building has a central enclosed courtyard, which was great to go out at night or take the dog out and feel secure. I do wish they had security cameras in the residential hallways and courtyards - a couple times we believe someone had climbed onto our balcony and was trying to break in, but there are no cameras so we couldnt check into it.Maintenance was always great, helpful and very responsive. I love how the refrigerators dispense filtered water and they replace your filter when needed for free. Nice feature.They have community specials sometimes like free sandwiches, or burritos, or barista stand. Sometimes those are good.The pool is nice and always seems clean. Its got colored lights inside that keep it well lit at night.One thing that was causing many residents to leave was the rising rent, but that could be true for most apartments.

    Daniel & Christian are truly the best guys at this complex. They are super helpful, and they KNOW all their stuff. I watched them work hard and do the most the last year while living here. Upon move out, our uhaul broke down, and these guys were the ones to get it running!! They willingly volunteered to help. Itā€™s people like this we need more of in this world! Do not underestimate the importance maintenance plays in keeping this place afloat.

    So far so good. Lots of amenities, friendly leasing office. Maintenance has been easy to work with. Only complaints are so the parking outside of the garage, itā€™s not managed, so people arenā€™t courteous of your parking (park too close, canā€™t back out), and I notice some pickiness with some tenants (nothing in backyard, dog poop, etc.) and not consistent for ALL tenants. Could be neighbors complaining vs. leasing office calling people out. I wish the dog park was bigger and sometimes the poop bags are out, so bring your own :) Overall, I would renew a lease here if I needed to stay longer!

    Moving to Silverlake was nice! Luxury apartments.One thing I am mostly impressed about is Christian, the maintenance supervisor.He is very young and has a very good knowledge of his work. Doing multiple jobs at the same time and follows through quickly. Personable, kind, friendly, professional and courteous. Silverlake is lucky to have you. Really! Really!Last luxury apartment I stayed, 3 men could not do the things you are doing here. And Christian is always smiling.šŸ¤—

    The property is very nice; it has the feel of a luxury hotel. The unit I moved in was brand new despite having a couple of touch ups needed maintenance has been very responsive in making the necessary fixes. The amenities are top tier from the pool, conference room, roof top bar area, fitness center, and zen garden. Austin & Amy are awesome at providing at least 3 monthly activities for the residents all very engaging and usually providing meals. It is a 6 minute drive to the DFW airport, 3 minute drive from the Grapevine Mills mall, and surrounded by hotels to accommodate any extended staying company you may need to accommodate. My only complaint is that building 2 however does not get the same routine cleaning that the main building does. Outside of that I am enjoying my experience at Jefferson Silverlake.

Silverlake was extremely helpful and communicative, making the process super easy and got us moved into a great unit ā€” fast (shoutout to McCartney, she did amazing). As a new renter, Iā€™ve been enjoying living here so far and canā€™t wait for the months to come.

    Outstanding community that we are very excited to live in. By far one of the best complexes in the DFW area. We felt at home right when you walk into the leasing office. The lobby and other amenities are top quality. The staff and units are amazing. Zach helped me with my lease. I recommend him for showing you the complex!

    Absolutely LOVE living at Jefferson Silverlake! Recently visited with my bf during this whole covid~crisis, which was only supposed to be a couple months, and havenā€™t left yet because itā€™s just been beyond wonderful. The residents here are so kind and welcoming, the amenities have been like no other, itā€™s almost like living in a hotel itā€™s so beautiful. Maintenance has been on point and quick to address any needs, theyā€™re the best team Iā€™ve ever experienced, and the associates at the leasing office have been so extremely helpful. We recently decided to change apartments and move to the new building, and Gwen has made everything flow ~flawlessly~, and within days we were in our new place! I am SO grateful she decided to join the team, I donā€™t know what we wouldā€™ve done without her taking care of any hiccups that had encountered. We were actually out of town on vacation while waiting for the paperwork to clear, and she kept us up to date during the whole process. So grateful for her, and also the community event planners Amy and Austin have been wonderful as well, with putting together so many fun activities and social gatherings, even in the midst of this pandemic! I cannot express enough how lovely it is to be a part of this community, which is what one hopes for in these times, when moving to a new home. šŸ’–

    The Silverlake Apartments are amazing in terms of what you get for your money and the amenities available. Bella, our leasing consultant, was excellent. She gave us the grand tour of the facility and answered all of our questions. Though we have not made a decision yet, Silverlake Apartments are on our short list.

    Just moved in here and it was the easiest process ever. Brooklyn helped me and my roommate out and was SO patient with us in letting us multiple units and made the decision to move here great! Happy with our choice to move here! Only downsides are you do hear the occasional plane fly by but itā€™s fairly fast and not too loud.

    Jefferson Silverlake is the most beautiful property Iā€™ve ever seen even being under construction. Sarah the leasing agent there was very professional, pleasant and personable. I was absolutely pleased when I left. The apartments had every thing you need want and more! Extremely high ceiling and Luxurious features. Iā€™m definitely considering living there! Remember, the quality of lifestyle starts with where you live!

    Apartment is very new. Not a lot to chose from but thatā€™s expected since they are still under construction. The apartment is very nice.Jeanine greeted us when we first walked in and showed us around. She did a wonderful job.The other ladies out front (Sarah, Aubree, Lauren) are total sweethearts.Just know if you are moving in theyā€™re still working on stuff around the apartment. If you express your concern Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll try to get it taken care of ASAP.The worse thing that happen here is I couldnā€™t get a landline connected for a reasonable amount because of the territory (att sport zone?). After making a ton of calls and speaking to supervisors I was finally able to get something set up but it was $50 for a landline.Second worse thing, I couldnā€™t get the apartment unit I wanted immediately.Third, I have to walk downstairs for coffee. šŸ¤£Long story short itā€™s been a very nice place. The people are nice, the apartment is nice. No real complaint.

    A really nice apartment complex. I didnā€™t have any issues personally. I would recommend renting your own private garage to avoid some of the parking garage issues. The amenities are really nice, the leasing office staff are all helpful and the apartments themselves are really beautiful. I would recommend this place.

    WOW WOW WOW!!! This community is by far one of the best in the entire Grapevine area! I went in to see the community with my friend Jason and WOW!!!!! The staff are one of the best teams out there! Sarah is so friendly and very kind and helps us find the best apartment out there!     This apartment complex is so nice with a great location. The units are also very spacious. I came to tour and Brooklyn Hearn was incredibly helpful and made the application process easy. I really enjoyed working with her!

    Great community right by Grapevine Mall. Toured with Joel. He was the best leasing agent I have toured with thus far!!     I have been shopping for an apartment to move back to grapevine and stopped in at jefferson lake. i was greeted immediately and told Gwen would help me. Gwen was terrific she took the time to understand my needs and find an apartment that would make me feel at home. We toured several options and i was given all the appropriate information to help me make a decision. i would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live in the grapevine area stop in and check them out i dont believe you will be disappointed.

    I toured The Silverlake with my boyfriend and we applied the same day. By far the best apartments we looked at. The location is perfect, the apartments are beautiful, and we love the pool and clubhouse. We are super excited to for our move!

    Jaenine was such a sweetheart she greeted me with a big smile and warm welcome , even though In the end I chose another property because it was closer to my job she still was a BIG HELP ! She went over all the floor plans and toured me and my family etc ! She was also very informative on where everything was as far as grocery, fuel, ER etc. I wish this property was closer to my job because that young lady had me SOLD !     I moved into this complex in February (right before the freeze) and overall my experience here has been amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they are running everything so smooth.
