    Moved in at the Shiloh in May 2023, a few months before the new management took over. It has been very clear how dedicated the current management team is to creating a safe and enjoyable living environment. Mia, the property manager, is exceedingly attentive, responsive, and is always seeking opportunities to improve the complex and make it feel more like a home for the residents. The office staff is responsive, respectful, and are able to help address small problems that may arise - often going out of their way to make sure things get resolved. Maintenance is also the best I have experienced out of the 6 or 7 different apartments I have lived in over the years. Ive been really happy living here.

    I am deeply grateful for my experience at Shiloh at Oak Hill. 🙏 I have been living here for a year, and I want to sincerely commend Mia and her entire team for their outstanding work in both management and maintenance. 👏 The previous administration didn’t resonate with me, but since Mia arrived, she has transformed this place in such an incredible way, creating a more conscious and spiritual environment. ✨ The dedication and care they put into every detail make this a true home. 🏡 I also have a 4-year-old daughter, and I am so pleased with the space and community where she is growing up. 👧 The connection I feel with this space and the nurturing atmosphere is truly special. 🌿 Thank you for making Shiloh at Oak Hill such a wonderful and unique refuge! 💖

    I have been taking care of all the life safety needs at the Shiloh apts for over two years now. Fire alarm, fire hydrants, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers etc.Mia, the GM is always on top of any deficiencies and has her place up to date on all of her life safety inspections. This is a very safe place to live! I highly recommend the Shiloh Apartments!!

    The Shiloh is such a wonderful place! Every time I walk around, I’m struck by the modern, beautiful design and the high-quality finishes—it’s clear a lot of thought went into making this place feel special.The amenities are a real highlight, they add so much convenience and make everyday life feel a bit more luxurious.The office staff is also incredibly friendly and responsive, which makes the whole experience even better.Overall, it’s a pleasure to be part of a community that combines great style, quality, and top-notch service!

    I have seen several properties in the north and south Austin areas over the past year and The Shiloh is by far the most beautiful property I have seen to date (yes! even while still under construction). I chose an A6 floor plan which I am absolutely in love with, but, beyond my direct living space, I am extremely impressed with the residents clubhouse ... the finishes are beautiful ... there are TVs everywhere and each section is a different feel. Its a comfortable setting for any informal event and a great place to work with a conference room and secluded areas if youre working from home.Lastly, I wanted to commend the leasing team for their attention and diligence throughout the application process. I was able to tour the property through SmartCity locators and from then on, the leasing team made sure to communicate and guide me through the process so that I could move in with no delays! While the team as a whole was great, Shelbie Christopher took the initiative to personally share my urgency after I expressed how much I loved the property and made sure that I stayed updated on approval and was honest about what to expect upon move in. This property is brand new and with new developments come issues, but people like Shelbie deserve what promotions are coming their way and more ... she has worked damn near every hour of the day from my perspective and every time I pass the leasing office at night I see the lights on. Shes a rockstar human and I would not have been able move-in in the timeline I wanted without her and the rest of the leasing teams help!10 STARS!!!!!!!

    We recently moved into Shiloh Apartments, and the experience has been excellent thanks to Kay Santiago, Mia, and Chase. They were incredibly welcoming, patiently showed us around multiple apartments, and made the application and move-in process smooth. The amenities and apartments are awesome, and they always respond to emails quickly, working hard to resolve any issues. Highly recommend!

    I could not be anymore happier with my apartment! I love the maintenance team especially Julio, he ensure my AC was working within a day and asked a couple of times if everything was fine and if I needed anything else. He ensured that I wad set before leaving my home. Thank you Julio for everything you are amazing!

    Lived at the Shiloh for almost two years and had an amazing experience! The property manager Mia was always considerate, attentive and very accommodating.I also looked forward to seeing the Maintenence staff Harry and his lovely wife everyday! I was always greeted by them with a lovely smile and a dog treat for my pups. They were so kind and patient with my temperamental dog and I will always be thankful for that.Location is great, amenities are beautiful, super cool place to live!

    Rosalee was the most amazing leasing professional to work with. Please recognize her for outstanding service. Her genuine personality and knowledge of the properties, amenities, and services made us feel at ease and want to move in here. We ultimately chose another location due to the ongoing construction directly in front of the property which after doing some research looks like it will be continuing for the next few years.

    We lived in the Shiloh for almost a year now. We love this community. Very spacious, new, clean, cozy and intimate feeling compared to some other complexes weve been to. This is the best one by far! Very personal and caring management team. They really care about our needs as residents. Also, we love living in a non-smoking area. Feels healthy and clean!

    We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend to anyone! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained, and management is fantastic. Mia and her team go above and beyond in handling maintenance requests and planning community social events. So many great amenities here too. We are very excited to resign for a second year!

    I have been working with Mia and Robyn to make the Shiloh my new home and they have both been so helpful and so responsive throughout the whole process and they really made it easy for me! I am really excited to move in. I got all of my questions answered, and the property looks beautiful. I do want to note that I read previous reviews that were negative, and the Shilo is under new management, and those issues have been resolved, and I felt comfortable proceeding to sign a lease here!

    I lived at the Shiloh from April 2023 to April 2024 and our time there was great. At first it was managed by RPM Living and Wildhorn (the apartment owners) changed management companies because it was not going very well. After the management change things were incredible! Mia, the community manager was extremely dedicated. She was there sun up to sun down and we would talk all the time. She responded to EVERY email same day, every maintenance request was taken care of within 48. Neighbors dogs are loud at times, I never heard neighbors to the sides of me, only above and if they were outside the front or back door.Yards are nice, community amenities were enjoyable. Parking was plentiful. Got security deposit back (granted the place was left spotless), they hold rule breakers accountable and fix problems!The entry ways were a mess, a front and a back gates both had sliding gates and ones that lift up and 3 sets of speed bumps as you come in made for a very unenjoyable experience any time you came home. People broke the gates a lot out of frustration so they were often being repaired.Nonetheless, our only problem was the gates, everything else was excellent!! Highly recommend. A lot of others complain on here, take those with a grain of salt, most people leave reviews when they are up set. I am leaving this one joyfully.Thank you!

    Robyn and The Shiloh team were very friendly and infomative during my tour! The apartments offered very nice, modern, finishes and many of the ones I toured had views of the Hill Country. This property offers great bang for your buck, and is close to the freeway!

    Ive lived at the Shiloh for about two years now and I plan to re-sign my lease for another year! The community itself is very nice. Everything is kept clean. And my actual apartment is beautiful and spacious. Several people comment when they visit that my apartment feels more like a home than an apartment. The construction is a little annoying because the road we live on is currently closed but I dont ever hear construction noise and it only adds about 5 mins to my drive to take the detour. I had some pretty serious issues with a neighbor but Monica, the community manger is an actual angel and helped me through the whole thing. Overall, Ive felt supported by the leasing office team, but Monica is by far their biggest assets and is on the ball. One time she even came to fix some of my work orders because the maintenance team was understaffed. Would recommend living here!

    I moved here on December 2022 and have been really happy with my decision to choose this complex.The complex itself is lovely, well cared for, and has great amenities. The staff frequently organize fun community activities. And I love my apartment layout.Ive submitted a couple of maintenance tickets for minor issues (replacing water filter, adjusting a door that didnt lock well) and the maintenance staff responded promptly, in a friendly way, and to my satisfaction.To me, the key aspect of an admin team is responsiveness. If something is not right, do they listen and work with you to fix the issue? I have found that the staff Ive worked with here (Riley and Rosalee) they have always been understanding and eager to make right any detail that wasnt working.Ive also seen how improvements are constantly being made to features and services.I repeat, Im happy I moved here.

    Lived here for a year and I would definitely recommend. I only move out so I can be closer to family, otherwise I would definitely stay. Nice and new. The 2 pool areas are great time for the summer and their gym has great equipment too.

    My boyfriend has lived here for over a year now and every time Ive been over (plenty of times!), I have always found it to be clean, cozy and quiet. The amenities are really great! We workout together followed by a nice dip in the pool - the one next to the gym. The other one is great too, but its really convenient to finish a workout and then jump straight in the pool thats 10 feet away! Ultimately, my bf is happy here, and if hes happy, then Im happy!

    I have lived here for a little over a month and since then have had a great experience. Any issues that I have encountered always get resolved quickly. I have worked with Mia several times and she is always friendly and very quick to find me a resolution. Logan and the rest of the maintenance team have been great as well and always handle my requests promptly. I appreciate you guys!

    The Shiloh is an amazing property run by an amazing team. They are always happy to help you out. And their amenities are first class - multiple pools, indoor driving range, office areas and your own online returns concierge service!! No more waiting in lines at FedEx, UPS, Whole Foods, or USPS!!

    I’ve been at the Shiloh for about 5 months and absolutely love it. Don’t let the negative reviews persuade your opinion on this place, check it out and see for yourself! The units are brand new, the amenities are all working and I use them all the time (gym, pool, billiards, golf simulator etc.). On top of this, the staff does a great job of hosting new and cool unique events for its tenants other than just catering food. We’ve had pumpkin carving community events as well as a professional photographer come to do pet portraits! If you’re looking for a new spot in oak hill, put The Shiloh on the top of your list.

    Everything about The Shiloh is great. The gym is so well designed and actually has good, high quality equipment. Each pool - there are two - has such great individualism and energy, and I love that I have the option to choose between them depending on my mood. There is a great walking path with lots of green space. Im excited to explore the woods that buffer us from the highway!

    Thank goodness for Riley, the new manager, for making residents a priority and for being extremely proactive when it comes to damage control. I was one of the very first residents to move into the community as it opened in September 2021. We love our apartment, the community, have made amazing friends, and really enjoy the events. We love the amenities such as the gym, pool, and the enclosure of hallways, which makes me feel safer.We have seen a lot of staff members come and go, but I am starting to see a positive shift with Riley.My reason for not providing a perfect 5 stars is due to the a few things: First- Ive heard so many horror stories from our neighbors and what has gone wrong in their apartment. Which is expected at a new construction which was built in a rush during the pandemic. Although I didnt experience anything major like they have, it is something to bring attention to.Not a fan of fetch which is their mandatory package delivery service. A lot of the mandatory services that are added on to your bill, in my opinion should be optional. Pet waste seems to be an issue- large dog owners dont like to pick up after their pets.Lastly, the very rude leasing agent, Coco, was very unwelcoming and really needs to work on her people skills. She is a terrible reflection of our community. Everyone else has been extremely kind, helpful, and have shown empathy when there was a concern that needed to be addressed. The pros outweigh the cons. Beautiful property that has a lot of potential to be great.

    We toured the Shiloh about a month ago and I have to say we were blown away by it. We had looked at 6 other apartments over the span of a few days and the Shiloh was our clear favorite.The amenities and common spaces are pristine. We had a great tour of the lounges and hangout spaces in the main building, as well as the game room complete with an expansive golf simulator. This place is new, and the cleanliness and design of it all reflect that.Amy gave us an incredible tour. We saw a few of the model units and loved how nice they were. The kitchen counter space, high ceilings, and double bathroom vanity (depending on the unit) were all huge pluses. We werent able to see one of the units, but Amy was quick to follow up with us and send us a full room tour!As Austin goes, the price is consistent among the other 1 bedroom apartments we toured. This is fantastic considering how new everything is!We cant thank Amy enough for her hospitality. Were excited to apply as soon as we know their summer availability!

    I have loved living at the Shiloh! The gym, pools, and other amenities are top notch. New management is working to upgrade the mailboxes, security, and other new amenities like another dog park in response to residents’ feedback. They do nice events like pet holiday photos, gift wrapping stations, and happy hours. Excited to see what events they do in the summer.

    The Shiloh is a fantastic apartment complex! I was in need of a short-term lease and Hannah was extremely helpful in accommodating my requests and expediting the move-in process for me. The apartments are brand-new and have excellent features: the units are well-built and quiet on the inside, with plenty of light and open floor plans, great appliances, and super high ceilings. The amenities are superb, including a big gym, two pools, and a very large lounge area / business center with computers and free WiFi, which is super convenient for working remotely. Highly recommend living here.

    The Shiloh is a stunning apartment complex. The most up to date and modern place my fiancé and I have seen in the past six months. We were looking for A-list quality, and we found it here. With all the amenities, the gym and pools are just what we needed, and its pretty close to the downtown area.Not to mention the warm and friendly staff.Any issues we have had which were very minor, were address quickly and efficiently and with a smile.This is exactly the place were we want to start and build our family and couldnt be happier here. If you join our community you will thank me. Trust me on that.

    I have been living at the Shiloh since they welcomed their first residents in September of 2021. Now that my lease is almost up, I wanted to go ahead and give my final review.Pros:- Absolutely beautiful complex inside and out- Helpful office staff that have always been able to assist me- Fast and efficient maintenance- Feels safe with gates combined with key entry at the doors- Awesome amenities- No annoying parking situations when it comes toguests/parking passes- Location is great! It is only 12-15 minutes from downtown andalso close to many restaurants and stores. The Barton CreekMall is only 8-10 minutes away.Cons:- Can usually hear everything happening above you. I wouldrecommend living on the top floor if you are easily annoyed byhearing everything your upstairs neighbor does.- The package service that you are forced to pay $18 a month forisnt great and has horrible customer service if something goeswrong- Trash company isnt always great (picks up trash at randomtimes, lets trash room overflow multiple times)- Incompetent residents who love to blame management whenthey are the ones that leave their dog waste everywhere anddrive into the gate and break it- Huge construction project happening right outside the complexwhich causes traffic and honestly makes the surrounding arealook horrible- The complex is just now installing a guest entry system, but Iwish they thought about it from the beginning. It is annoyingwhen it comes to having people over or food deliveries. I startedjust throwing my keys off my balcony for my friends to catchand let themselves inOverall I do recommend the Shiloh! I fee like the things people complain about the most is due to the residents that live there and dont care to take care of their belongings and their space. There is only so much management can do. Ultimately I decided to move out because I was tired of my annoying neighbors and all the ugly construction and traffic. Other than that, I have enjoyed my time here tremendously!

    I’ve been living in Austin for 12 years and moved around to plenty of different complexes. Amy, Shelby, and Jorge have—hands down—been the best team I’ve worked with to get situated in a new place. They’ve been so accommodating with my needs and concerns. I’m so excited to have this team be the one I can count on for any questions I might have.I didn’t even touch on how beautiful this complex and apartments are because of how awesome this management has been! Awesome new finishes, beautiful pool (with a second larger one coming soon!), perfect gym, business center, and resident lounge.I’d definitely recommend this community! 10/10 would rent again. 💪

    I have been living here for nearly a year since it opened and will say that I really enjoy living at The Shiloh. I love my floor plan, and overall I think they have relatively fair pricing for the square footage we get. A bonus for me is that I love to cook and cant find any other apartment in the area that has a spacious center kitchen island, flat top stove, and farmhouse sink. Theyve had some hiccups as any new place would, but I dont find that those hiccups have had a major impact to my day to day living. A lot of issues that residents complain about stem from other irresponsible or negligent residents that management can only help to control so much. From what they can control, some major changes or repairs take time and put them at the mercy of outside vendors, so they cant always fix things overnight. However, I can see the management staff putting in the effort to listen and make changes where they can and I think thats all we can ask for. I find a ton of positives that for me, outweigh any cons that pop up. Overall, the Shiloh is a quiet community with nice architectural designs, a gorgeous office/clubhouse, pools, and a solid gym, which in my case, makes me a happy resident.

    I don’t ever post reviews but I think it’s helpful looking at them when you’re looking for a place to live. I have lived at the Shiloh for a year now and I really like the apartments a lot! They are very clean and the amenities are nice. They usually fix things right away when asked. The only down side is that there’s not anywhere to walk except the dog trail behind the building and it’s a bit of a drive from downtown but still only 15-20 mins.

    Beautiful property, great location, attentive staff. Since the day I toured, Jorge has been so helpful in keeping me informed on anything pertaining to my specific unit and the property. He is very involved and so personable!As with any new property, there have been some minor issues as they finalize construction and work out the initial quirks. However, the entire onsite team is so attentive and always willing to help. Fabio is awesome and addresses any maintenance requests with a sense of urgency.I love my unit just as much as I did the day I toured. The finishes in my apartment and property amenities are beautiful! My neighbors are also super friendly! You have all the retail you need in the area and you can’t beat the views. I would recommend this property.

    Great community! Units are equipped with high performance GE appliances and are beautiful. Anyone that has visited has left impressed -- community has a lot of curb appeal. Location is excellent with easy access to Southwest Pkwy, Arbor Trails shopping center, Bordie Ln, MoPac/downtown and more! Management and maintenance team are responsive and pleasant. Residents leave much to be desired at times, ignore the petty and whiny reviews!

    After living in 6 apartment complexes around the country, my interaction with The Shiloh staff (shoutout to Hannah!) have been the best! My husband and I havent even seen The Shiloh in person, but Hannah helped us find our dream unit and helped us change our move in date when our plans changed. These things go a long way! Were confident well love the place – just from our interactions with staff!

    Had a great tour with Coco and Rosalee. They were extremely kind and deserve a raise!They called me back for the specific unit that I wanted to tour. The unit I wanted had some stains and was not up to my standards of cleanliness (mold in the fridge) but they took me seriously and are seeing about getting a brand new fridge and new carpets. Definitely great customer service and amazing amenities.

    Found the shiloh on a last minute rush to find a new place to live. They are truly angels sent from heaven. They were very communicative and worked with met throughout the whole move out process. they are super friendly, layouts look just like the models shown during tour. Quiet neighborhood. Great staff.     Toured this complex a few weeks ago & was highly impressed! Not only was the property beautiful, it was extremely well kept. It was also very refreshing to see a familiar face! Vidal Meza was apart of the maintenance team at a property I lived at a couple years ago & he was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in all of my years of renting. Definitely was a huge perk to this place knowing he’s there! 😎

    The Shiloh is such a beautiful property with top notch amenities. While on tour, I was blown away by the finishes in the apartment as well as the many layouts offered. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!Additionally, Shelbie is a rockstar. She kept me informed on everything that was going on with my new apartment. She worked with me and my move in dates and was so personable on tour. She is always available to answer any of my questions and is making my move in process a breeze.

    The Shiloh is a beautiful apartment. The amenities and staff are incredible. A lot of the residents are young professionals and very nice, which is exactly what I was looking for. Very glad to have moved here and I look forward to enjoying my days here!

    I was blown away at the beautiful design and architecture. The golf simulator is my favorite amenity, but the two high-quality pools, each with their own character and flavor, are not to be ignored. I dont spend most of my time here (#worklife lol) but whenever I am here, I always feel the good energy. Love the Shiloh.

    Blown away!After touring the property (even while being in construction) I was blown away. The amount of detail and work put into the buildings are noticed immediately when walking through them. The leasing agent Shelbie was outstanding. She showed so much spirit and personality on tour, while also keeping in touch and updating me along the entire process. The tour couldn’t haven’t gone better and I am so pumped to be moving into the Shiloh at Oak Hill!

    I came and visited a friend here a few weeks back, who was moving out. The property was beautiful. The office staff was very friendly. The maintenance team was awesome!!! Vidal went above and beyond to help my friend out when her bath room drains were backed up.

    Toured recently. Loved the environment and facility. We ended up choosing a place closer to work, but this was my top pick! I ran into maintenance team on my way out, and they were super helpful and informative too. Gave us tips on my new place. Thank you, Vidal.     I have been looking for many apartments in the Austinarea and have had a hard time committing to one.Thankfully for Shelbie giving me all the details aboutShiloh at Oak Hill, I have finally been able to find a placeto call my home. I really recommend these apartmentsand definitely ask for Shelbie, she has outstanding customer service, made my move in to Shiloh very comfortable, and she always has a great attitude with all her residents !

    Living here was honestly great! I already miss the area. I was a big fan of being able to grill whenever and unwind from long days. The gym was super nice too. Theres a great amount of equipment available.

    Beautiful complex with fabulous amenities. The fire alarm issues have been resolved. I have enjoyed two of the recent social gatherings and can highly recommend The Shiloh and the staff for all they do to make this a wondrrful place to live!

    This is such a magnificent community. The amenities are fantastic and the team is very attentive whenever you need them, even on Thanksgiving when a city water pipe broke and the Shiloh staff rushed over to contain the issue and check in with everyone. Total class act!
