I have been living at The Ridge for 2 years and overall, my experience has been positive. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained. I especially love the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the open floor plan that makes the space feel even bigger.The management team is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner.The neighborhood feels safe, and the location is convenient—close to shopping and restaurants.Noise levels are usually reasonable.I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend The Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to call home.

My wife have nothing but good things to say about the Ridge in our time here! The maintenance staff is kind, professional, and fast responders! For example, one morning my friend’s fire alarm was going off at 5-6AM and John came in to fix it as soon as he could. The management at the Ridge are all so helpful and knowledgeable about tenants and information regarding the complex. It’s evident they train their staff well! We’ve never had a problem with random fees or being overcharged.If you’re looking for an affordable but quality apartment to live in BCS, I highly recommend the Ridge. Being close to Wolf Pen is a great perk too, we often go for walks or go to festivals or concerts on the weekends. As my wife and I transition to a new city, our biggest wish has been to “bring” this apartment complex with us!

I have been living here for a while. The service is excellent, and the maintenance team is understanding and communicates well. The amenities are great, and the location is the best in town for those who need a central spot thats not too congested in a college town.

Living here since 2021. I absolutely love living here. I live with my kid here and it is very safe,peaceful and quiet here. The staff is very helpful, from the first day I landed here Dominique is been extremely helpful and kind to me. The maintenance is excellent, most of the time they fix everything the same day ( thanks to John).In addition to that the location is excellent, you will never find a park like Wolf Pen anywhere in Brazos, I go there to bike, walk and run, its unbelievably beautiful trail. I love living here and I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a family friendly place.

My girlfriend and I lived here for 1 year and 8 months. Although we encountered some issues with the unit, management worked with us to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.We would like to give a shout to Dominique, the leasing agent who made our residence at the Ridge incredible. Her knowledge and expertise of property management convinced us to stay at this property. Any time we had a question or concern, Dominique would quickly reach out by phone or email to give us updates. We greatly appreciated that and we miss her so much.Another key member of the Ridge community we want to recognize is the head of maintenance, Johnny. He came to our rescue several times when we had urgent concerns and made sure our apartment appliances and AC/Heating was working when it needed to be. Johnny is professional and courteous, and above all, a great guy. We miss his hard work and efforts to make sure we had a pleasant home.

The quiet serenity of this place stood out to us when we were apartment hunting. The grass was green, there were plenty of shade trees, and it just felt like a “neighborhood” instead of a stale, cold apartment complex.The staff is warm and friendly, and the manager came out to meet us after our tour. They made us feel welcome, and the apartments were clean and safe.We have lived here for a few months now, and we have had a great experience so far! The maintenance staff and management here truly care about their residents and want them to feel at home. These apartments are super clean and everything works well. We have not seen ONE bug inside our apartment... there is no pest issue whatsoever, which is always my number one concern with apartments.My husband is gone frequently for military training so I wanted to live somewhere that I would feel safe. The ridge apartments feels very secure with their gate system, and the property is very well lit at night. There are families that live here with young children, and I’ve never felt unsafe in any way.It’s also great to live right across a quiet street from wolf pen creek park, so I can take my dog for long walks out there and enjoy the scenery.10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking!

Have been living here since July of 2022 and been enjoying it! Dominique has been extremely helpful from the very beginning when I first signed my lease. She is very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns I have. This complex is very quiet and conveniently close to wolfpen park! It is located in a great location that is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. I recommend choosing this complex to live if you are searching and speak with Dominique!

I have lived at the Ridge for about a year and have signed to live here another year! The location across from Wolf Pen Park is so sweet, I am able to go on walks with friends very often. Maintenance has always responded to my requests quickly and they have been very kind. Dominique and the rest of the staff have been super friendly. She remembers my name and the activities I am involved in and makes me feel welcome!

I have lived at these apartments for 2 years now, and Ive enjoyed it very much. The floor plans are really nice, the parking is really convenient and the visitor parking is extremely close to everyones apartments which is somethign I really liked as well, the amenities are also really great. The pool is always clean, theres free coffee in the office, free printing the trash is picked up for us on certain days of the week and the trash bins are never over flowing. The maintenance staff is super quick and helpful when a problem happens they give tips on how to prevent it or what can cause some issues. The staff is by far my favorite part of living in the apartments. They work really hard to be involved with the tenants, from planning events and give away to listening to any suggestions/complaints you have and taking them serious. Dominique especially has always made me feel welcome and heard, and I enjoy every interaction I have with her! She is always understanding and quick to offer help or get things fixed. She is really friendly, and I dont feel shy or scared to approach her at all where usually with other people I avoid approaching them for anything! I plan to stay at the ridge for the entirety of my time in graduate school!

Super happy with The Ridge! Most specifically... the outstanding customer service we receive with ALL of their management team! I have interacted the most with Dominique - who is always responsive and helpful - though I can truly say that about everyone on staff. Its a wonderfully quiet complex that is right across the street from beautiful Wolf Penn Park. We love that it is a good blend of families, young married couples, and students.

The Ridge Apartments is a wonderful apartment complex that offers a safe living environment as well as quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is safe yet also conveniently situated close to Wolfpen Creek Park across the road, as well the nearest H-E-B and Texas A&M campus further down Texas Ave. The management team is also fantastic! Dominique is one of their management team members who offers a smiling face and helping hand each time you walk in the door. She is patient and attends to all the needs of the residents in a timely manner. Furthermore she presents a level of professionalism that ensures residents that their homes are well taken care of. Staff members like Dominique help uphold the high standards and welcoming atmosphere of this apartment complex. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Living at the Ridge has been nothing but an amazing and fun experience!!! I love the Customer Service that Dominique D. The Leasing Manager and Camryn B. The Leasing Professional have given they are nothing but hardworking and amazing and in my opinion I think they both deserve a raise and paid time off for all there hard work, dedication, devotion and countless hours that they put into all the events that they host. You will not find two more hard working and devoting Mangers than these two Amazing and Beautiful ladies. If you’re looking for a place to stay what better place to live Then The Ridge in College Station!

My experience living at The Ridge has been amazing thanks to both Dominique D.(Leasing Manager) and Camryn B. (Leasing Professional). Both of these ladies are fantastic at their job. If we have any questions or concerns they always help us and treat all residents with kindness and respect. Both of them definitely don’t get paid enough for all the hard work they do!!!

Had a wonderful 2 years here. Maintenance was quick to fix any problems we had, which for the most part were all minor, like the dining room light going out. Management was also very kind and helpful when anything else went wrong. The whole complex is well kept, residents are kind and keep to themselves. I felt very comfortable living there. We didnt have upstairs neighbors for a year, but once we had them we realized that the ceiling is quite thin. However you definitely get used to it, and it makes for a great topic of conversation with your roommates and guests. If you live in the first floor, be aware that people below you may know when youre opening drawers or what your vacuuming routine is. If you live next door to someone, dont blast Evanescence at 2 in the morning because someone next door will most likely recognize it and judge you. ;) That being said, I would have gladly stayed longer if I hadnt been moving cities. If you sign your lease early and you can get some decent early sign up discounts.

Ive been a resident for nearly 3 years now, and will have been a resident for 4 by the time I have to move. I came to The Ridge on recommendation of a good friend, and I have no regrets! The management and maintenance teams are really excellent, and nothing but kind (even when I pester them). They even helped me add my spouse with no fuss! Super efficient and smooth.Overall the community is very quiet/family-oriented, and its being right across from Wolf Pen is hugely convenient and fun (lots of events put on by the city). Landscaping is kept neat and presentable. The gates can be a little wonky (though theyve much improved over the last year or so) and unfortunately theres only a keypad on the right side, but I dont find it enough of an inconvenience to really complain about. The gates *are* helpful during those park events and keeping the parking lot mostly clear.We dont find it to be noisy, but we do live in an upstairs apartment (so, sorry—were probably the noisy ones!).I think many of the units are currently undergoing some mild renovations (faux wood laminate, large fixtures, etc), and the maintenance team is always super courteous when they need to stop by for work/repairs.This complex is on a bus route (short walk) and convenient shopping is only a few minutes away. Cost is a little bit of a pinch for just one person, but roommates make it much better. Definitely a gem in College Station. Ill miss The Ridge a lot when I have to move next year!

After stayed in three different apartment complex, this one is by far the nicest one to live. I have no trouble during one year of stay. The front office is always nice and helpful. The inside is relatively clean. We never had any bug issue, not even a roach. Most importantly, we got almost all the deposit back after moved out!Absolutely will recommend it to everyone!

Awesome staff and location! Haley and Virginia went above and beyond to make me feel at home from the start. Maintenance is really nice and responsive. HEB and Target are only a 5 minute drive and Wolf Pen Creek is right across the street (my dog loves it). Easy access to Texas A&M for me and Blinn for my roommate.

Updated:There was some misunderstanding before. The maintenance staff did not receive the request rather than ignore it. As promised, the maintenance crew arrived promptly at my home after I contacted the office, checked out my AC unit, and installed a brand new unit in no time at all.

Quiet, family friendly, clean, well kept, amazing staff, very responsive about maintenance requests. We love it here!Staff was incredibly accommodating to meet our needs from even before we moved in. We also love the community events to help mingle between those neighbors that desire to join in.

I dont have any huge complaints. Maintenence is timely, office was friendly and helpful, living spaces were well kept, regardless of their age. The only actual issues I had were mostly of my own fault (ex: not cleaning often eniugh).Be warned, this is 4 stars because I mentioned age, the fridges, plumbing, water heater, etc. are all fairly old. Maintenence had to come down a few times to keep things in shape. It stays 4 stars because I was never charged for anything that wasnt my fault and again things were fixed in a timely fashion and were fixed properly.Rent is also a bit pricey if youre going to stay in a single bedroom, though I believe this to be due to the fact that there are quite a few families that stay in one bedrooms here because its so quiet, and the rent in that case is super cheap.

I came in and toured to scout apartments for my younger brother. Besides having some of the cheapest rates around, the clubhouse and property as a whole gave off a really comfortable atmosphere. The staff that I interacted with was awesome and super informative. definitely would recommend lol
