WOW! I reached out to the Realm Agency thinking it was just like any other mediocre apartment finder, but I could not have been more wrong. A few hours after I reached out to the agency, Courtney Jenn had sent me a compiled list of about 15 different complexes that fit exactly what I was looking for, in only a couple of hours, to which I found my dream apartment without the hassle of touring multiple places, that very same day. Courtney was extremely professional, efficient, and completely exceeded my expectations! Kaitlyn has been so patient and understanding with our needs, especially when we reached a decision between two homes. Originally we could not decide between an apartment or house, and Kaitlyn was happy to supply us with both options to give us a better idea. When we reached our decision between two rental homes (after deciding to get a house), Kaitlyn went above and beyond to get access for us to tour the homes again and video each so we could make a better decision. When we decided on our home, she was happy to come help me measure our rooms to give us an idea of placement for our furniture. Kaitlyn is an absolute gem and very patient. I seen Kailyn Lee on TikTok reviewing properties. She looked so young, I was skeptical as to whether or not to call her. I looked at a few more videos and decided to give her a call. I told her what I was looking for and my budget. She emailed me a list of properties in a timely manner. She even included details about the properties and videos which was great. She set up the tour appointments and met me at the properties. I felt like I knew a lot before I visited the properties because she was so informative. I texted her that morning and that evening after she was finished with teaching her fitness classes she sent me a list that night. I will never hunt for an apartment without a locator again! Katelyn is amazing! Ive been lucky enough to work with her in my apartment search for a minute now. Chris Stewart is the BEST! I had been struggling to find an apartment because my requirements were honestly pretty unrealistic. I wanted a 3 month lease in a nice area in Dallas for under a certain budget. I first texted him Tuesday Feb 4 and by Thursday Feb 6, Chris had 3 amazing properties that fit every single thing I needed and more!! I signed my lease Friday Feb 7 and moved in that month!
