I’ve been living at Preserve at E Glade for over a year, and I’m so impressed with the leasing office team. Rachel and her team are always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. Whether it’s over the phone, through email, or in person, they’re prompt in their responses and always go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. They’re always organizing fun community events and working hard to ensure that we all feel like part of a close-knit community. Their efforts to bring residents together make this place feel even more welcoming and enjoyable to live in. Their commitment to ensuring residents feel comfortable and valued is truly impressive. They consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service.I highly recommend this community, thanks in large part to the amazing staff.

We recently toured the Preserve as my lease our lease is due to expire and we were looking to move to a newer community and the location is great. The Preserve is a very nice property and we really liked the amenities. The leasing agent Rachel was very friendly and made us feel really welcome. While we decided it would be easier to renew our current lease we would consider living here in the future.

I have had a great experience with the leasing and management team thus far at The Preserve! Specifically with Tiffany and Jasmine. Both ladies have been exceptional in assisting me with my process of applying, getting approved, making amendments, honoring quotes, being communicative, and procuring a well-needed carport for me. This property is located in such a prime area close to many amenities and city hubs, and the highway access is fantastic for the work commute that I couldnt pass it up! I am looking forward to moving into my new beautiful apartment and cannot wait to make it home.

My wife and I moved in 2 weeks ago and so far our experience has been nothing but great. The apartment was very very clean upon move in with top tier appliances. The management office provided very good communication, and the maintenance team is very nice. My building is very quiet, and the amenities are great. The location is perfect. Nestled right off the highway for an easy commute and close to restaurants and shops, but still very quiet and peaceful at the apartment. Parking hasnt been a big issue for us, 8/10 times we get a spot close to our doorstep, but we dont mind walking if need be. Im sure most apartment complexes face the same issue. I would highly recommend the preserve to anyone, and hope this review helps!

This property is so beautiful! I went to tour and completely fell in love with the floor plan and all of the amenities the property has.I see a lot of reviews on the gates, but there’s so many properties where gates don’t work either and rent is way higher than here. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone! :)

Re-reviewing my experience at The Preserve as many want to know ongoing experiences, not just first impressions.Backstory: We rented a two bedroom apt with The Preserve in November 2022. We quickly realized we would need more space and inquired about transferring units to a townhouse on the same property. Management was so quick to respond and made our transfer seamless and easy.Fast forward to today. I cant say enough great things about this property. Ive attended several of the property hosted events which are fun, well attended and well planned.Any question or concern Ive brought to the office has been responded to quickly and efficiently.The staff in the office are genuine, kind, and always know renters by their first name. I even got a check in when I mentioned my whole family was down with the flu!While we wont stay here forever due to needing yet again more space, I wish wherever we go, we could take The Preserve staff with us!

I am about to move to this place but reading reviews about parking concern is scaring me. I have talk to management about let me pay for car port parking but I was told there is no availability at the moment. Help me get the paid car port or this is going to be bad experience and waste of my time. Will update my review to 5star once I am taken care.update: Staffs were very professional and very helpful. I was able to rent a carport. Apartment is super nice and clean it is brand new.

The Preserve is an incredible place. Absolutely love living here. So peaceful. I live on the 3rd floor right next to the woods looking out over the woods. I feel like I’m living in a resort. Love this place. Everything is so accessible but it is away from the busyness of the city of Grapevine.

I have lived in two apartments here at The Preserve and have loved my experience completely. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the grounds are kept beautifully, the amenities are gorgeous and kept very clean and the layouts are so spacious! We are moving in pursuit of buying a house otherwise we would be staying a third year. Thank you to Andrea, Alex and Adrianna for everything! We will miss The Preserve so much! ❤️

Moved into the community in April 2020 and could not be more happy with the decision! I moved out of Dallas so that I could be a little closer to work and also to feel safer when walking my dog. This is the most safe I have felt living in an apartment community.There are several amenities including pool, gym, dog park (w/real grass!), trails, cookout areas, & more. The people in the community are all very nice.The apartment aesthetic is beautiful. The facilities team is also very attentive when needed. April is extremely helpful and was great in helping me pick out my unit. and coordinating my move in.

This residence is AMAZING! Not only is the property beautiful and well kept, the front office customer service and maintenance resolution is impressive. Besides the wonderful pool, the brand-new onsite gym, and the dog parks (with a puppy pamper room for bathing), the intangibles amenities are just as remarkable. Not only does the office take care of residence issues/questions, but they also plan fun and awesome social activities that residents can enjoy. The Bagel Brunch was delicious, the Flower Bar was remarkable, wherein residents could make their own custom bouquet for Valentines Day, regretfully I missed Taco Tuesday, but the point is there is always something planned for residents. Believe the property experience has just as much to do with the resident’s level of participation. Residents are responsible for the pleasure of these events and property amenities as much as they are willing to contribute and join.Final words, you can live anywhere, tons of apartments around here, but if you are looking for a great tenant experience surrounded by gorgeous property elements and having all your issues resolved by the attentive front office and maintenance, this is a highly desirable property.

Out of all the apartments my fiance and I looked at in the DFW area, this one was in our top 5 because of the layout and luxury feel. The inbuilt ambient lighting in the unit is nice and I also love how my washer and dryer is in the walk-in closet. Its a good-sized unit for 2 people. Lots of amenities such as a pool, gym, dog park, dog washing station, etc. Parking sucks. If you work late and come back late, good luck finding a parking spot. If you have friends, also good luck trying to find them a parking spot. Its a quite, safe little neighborhood. The maintenance crew always are on top of things - a tree in front of our building snapped due to the weather and it was fixed within 2 days. Rent is a bit expensive at $1900 for a one-bedroom, but thats Greystar for you. Their sister community right next door (Marlowe Apt) is even more expensive so I guess Ill take what I can get.

This complex is the BEST complex!! Love the green walkway. It is so nice to take a walk in. The rooms are very spacious. Love the extra amenities and the fact that they have washers and dryers in the apartments so you dont have to buy one. The ladies at the front office are so sweet and kind. Love that the guests dont have to register to park. I highly recommend this complex to anyone thats looking!

Great place to stay. Beautiful environment. As far is the horrible reviews for parking. If you park in the assigned parking area for visitors you wouldn’t have a problem with towing. Alex was extremely welcoming and helpful- he answered all of our questions and went above and beyond on ensuring we had a great experience. He was personable, professional, and fully engaged. We just signed our lease to stay at The Preserve and we are stoked!

Wow! Where can I start off I just want to say a big thank you to April. She’s such a sweet heart. Me & my fiancé went in for a tour last Saturday, such a beautiful community & the apartments speak for themselves. Unfortunately we didn’t sign a lease because of the prices. But, maybe next time we will.I cannot thank April enough for all her hard work. She definitely knows what she is doing & cares for her customers. 5 stars to a great leasing agent! & another 5 stars for the beautiful community.

After many days of looking for an apartment in DFW, we decided to just stop by The Preserve without an appointment. The experience once we walked in was refreshing as April greeted us with a smile and a great energy. She provided options and we fell in love with a floor plan. We left as we had more appointments but I will tell you that not one place compared to the The Preserve. Not because of the apartment but because of the customer service from April.We decided to make a Top 3 list but The Preserve was the top of the list. Again it was the genuine experience from April and team. We walked in to a SUPER busy Saturday and again greeted by April by name ...... WOW! We had to take another look but we really wanted to see if this was the perfect match for us. We decided to commit and finished all the paperwork and head back home. April stayed connected with us and was patient with us as we had to finalize everything over the phone. Every time I spoke with April, she always asked how my wife was doing and called her out by name. This is a BIG deal as my wife has the final approval and i continued to be impressed with The Preserve Team.We have never lived in a apartment as we were down sizing due to a business relocation. April made it seamless and assured us that we were not alone on the move. I work in a business where customer service is King, and I will say that this community had the complete package. We look forward to our new journey and we want to thank the entire team including April for making this experience amazing for my wife and I.

Andrea, the community manager, was the one who helped us out. The complex was beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, and the interior is to die for. I think self guided tours have a pro and con of being able to take your time and look through but you dont have someone to tell you about the rooms and what everything is. I do kinda wish that it was a guided tour but i liked the self tour as well. Andrea was extremely busy but she made sure to take care of everyone as fast as she could. I don’t have any complaints about how my boyfriend and i’s experience was to see if The Preserve was the place for us. it was fantastic!

They provide monthly events to meet your neighbors & serve the community! I love the fact that you don’t have to register your vehicle for parking like other complexes. Just signed a lease and super excited! At first it was supposed to be a self-tour and that wouldve been a huge mistake as we went to look at the 1.5 bed 1.5 bath plan and we wouldve never leased. We got the wrong key so we couldnt get it at first so April ended up being our guide. She asked exactly what we were looking for and directed us to 2 other floor plans, one with a desk since I work from home, and the other that had a HUGE bedroom.It was Aprils questions and attentiveness that led us to the perfect floor plan. She also answered so many questions which ultimately let to us signing. Cannot wait to move in a become part of the community, and huge thanks to April for making it a reality!

Premises are beautiful, tranquil and surrounded by nature. I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes over the past 5 years, and this is the best complex I’ve ever lived at hands down. The complex’s leasing/office staff are so freaking nice and hospitable, I literally have not experienced customer service like theirs at any other complex I’ve been at. April helped my boyfriend and I from the very first tour, and she was amazing (still is) with helping our move in process feel super smooth! The maintenance staff are so nice and helpful too! When I first moved in, I got a lot of emails about the parking situation in general and how much the complex was working to fix it, and the staff bent over backwards to try and solve it to the point of hiring a valet company to help residents experience a higher degree of convenience. Trust me, most places could not care less lol, so if you’re looking for a place that actually listens to concerns and offers solutions, this is the place for you. They are super thoughtful towards their residents to the point of giving out little treat bags here and there for movie nights and teacher appreciation (this hit home, cuz ya girl is a teacher and random appreciation makes me wanna cry lol). I literally never post reviews on anything, but this place is worth giving very deserving praise to! Highly recommend!
