I’ve been living in this apartment since December and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful…….spacious, modern, and maintained. The staff is responsive and always ready to assist with any requests or concerns, which makes life so much easier. The amenities here are NICE, from the well equipped fitness center to the lounge areas and pool. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and it’s clear that the management puts a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I’m really grateful to call this place home! Paul is also a great and responsive!

Moved in November and so far it has been a great experience! The apartments are spacious and the community feels very welcoming. The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. The gym is also awesome! If you are looking to move in Audrey is your girl! She has been an angel through this whole process!-Gisela

Absolutely love my new home! The property is beautiful , peaceful, and the staff is amazing! My experience with Paul was the best! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and so great to work with! He really made the experience easy and enjoyable. 100% recommend moving in here. Ask for Paul!

I’ve had an exceptional experience at Prado, thanks in large part to John, the property manager. His professionalism and attention to detail made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property is beautiful, and John’s outstanding customer service truly sets this community apart. I also cannot wait to use the pool this summer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST. DECISION. EVER.I came to these guys expecting to rent an apartment. What I got instead was a LIFESTYLE UPGRADE and possibly a new personality??? From the moment I walked into their office, I was met with an energy so powerful I almost signed a lease on the spot—for a property I hadn’t even seen yet.The agent? A magician. A prophet. A real estate sorcerer. They found me a place that is so perfect I suspect they read my mind or performed some ancient home-matching ritual. The kitchen? Spacious. The lighting? Celestial. The neighbors? Mysterious but friendly. The landlord? Probably immortal, they’re that reliable.At one point, I got lost on the way to the bathroom during the viewing, and instead of being embarrassed, the agent simply nodded, as if to say, “This apartment will help you find yourself.” And honestly? It DID. I am reborn.Would I recommend this company? Yes. Would I trust them with my firstborn? Also yes. If they ever start selling penthouses, I’ll be the first in line.If you don’t rent from them, you’re making a mistake. Huge.

The community is brand new—featuring a luxurious workspace, free coffee, and spacious apartments with great design. The quality is excellent for the price. Caitlin was incredibly helpful and professional—she went out of her way to assist with onboarding, get the paperwork rolling, and address any questions or concerns I had. She was a great partner through the whole process.

I moved in December 1st 2024 and I love it here. The gym is super clean, the entire community is designed beautifully and looks amazing. The conference rooms are a huge bonus and don’t forget about the free coffee next to the pool table. Also the apartment itself is really nice, not too much road noise inside and maintenance here is good and efficient.

I was looking for an apartment with a private yard and that was also close to my work, well Audrey gave me a tour to one of the One bedroom apartments with very spacious private yard. I went from interested to moving in very soon! Im excited to be part of such quiet yet really conveniently located community!

Everything about this apartment complex, amenities, and even the community room is super clean and designed beautifully. I love my apartment here and I love being able to use all the amenities there are. Audrey is super helpful and took us from interested to moved in!

I moved in almost a month ago and I can not express how at home and relaxed I feel! They are still being built but you can’t tell when in your home, the community is very quiet. The team here is also amazing and has addressed all my question very promptly. I can tell I’ll have a great year and hopefully even more years to come!

Just moved in & cant say enough about the team! It is so peaceful here but only takes me about 12 minutes to get downtown. I travel for work so being a couple of minutes from the Airport is also super convenient. Everything is brand new and amenities are top notch.
