    Advisor LD was very helpful. I had already looked into some apartments before hand but she made me lean more into these. Her communication was very awesome and she was very polite. The information she gave to me was very clear and she just had welcoming energy. I would definitely recommend coming to here and working with her!

    This is my husband’s and I second time coming here, we toured back in August with LaDaria and loved her attitude and helpfulness. We came back to tour a different 2 bedroom floor plan that we fell in love with and she was kind enough to even help us out full out the application and submit all of our documents. I always find apartment application processes so daunting but she made it so much easier. You can see she’s so involved in the community, she does so much she deserves a raise. She also lives in the community which to me is a green flag because she can truly speak out about how the environment is living in the complex. So excited to join this community!

    I must say if I could have signed a lease agreement right then and there, I would have after speaking with Lakeedra “Kee” Autry, one of the leasing professionals there. After so many tours she was the only one that really took her time to not only informed me what I needed or wanted to know but also EVERYTHING I didn’t know. Very informative, very caring , attentive, welcoming, and most importantly a great professional leasing agent.

    Lakeedra was very helpful and answered all questions I had for her. Very clean and quiet apartment complex. Staff all seemed very kind and attentive. Great floor plan options and around a lot of restaurants and shopping. Great place hence it’s THE PLACE :)

    I recently toured the property at 370 Towne Crossing Blvd with Kaitlyn, and she did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions.The tour was smooth, and I appreciated how she highlighted all the great features of the community. If youre looking for a new place, I highly recommend touring with Kaitlyn – she makes the process easy and enjoyable!

    The place is such a great apartment to live in. I love how we are invited by the sweet staff members LD, Kate, Susan and Esmerelda to join as a community and do social events. They really are attentive and keep everything smooth sailing when I need anything situated. 😃 I had a very bad water leak while getting my kids ready for school. I called the office for someone to help me unexpectedly. Zach from maintenance team was so phenomenal. He was very prompt and gave great top their service. I cant complain. Thank you yo all the team for helping me be stress-free.

    I’ve been living here at the place for a year and I just have to say how much I love the office crew! Everytime I walk in the office they give me a warm welcome and Esmeralda is a great property manager turning this community around for the better, Kari our assistant manager stays busy but she’s also warm welcoming. As far as our leasing agent LaDaria but she goes by “LD” helps me every time and although she says she loves her job I believe she needs to be promoted! She is very informative and understanding etc. Susan and Kaitlyn when they’re not answering phone calls they also will help me making sure I’m satisfied before I leave the office.     Any questions or concerns that i have, Kaitlyn is always quick to answer! She is extremely helpful and reliable. I have been living here for over a year now and very rarely have to go to the office. Anytime that i do, Kaitlyn is always there to greet you with a smile.     I’m a vendor that sales fragrances for businesses and I’ll just say that the Place Apartments is one of my main point of contact. Every time I stop by no matter what the staff always stand and greet you at the door and work quickly! Shout out to The property manager Esmerelda, Assistant Kaitlyn, Leasing Manager LaDaria, and their new leasing agent I just met today Mrs. Kee Kee:) I even seen Zach on the property recusing a cat from the tree lol they’re great people!

    I was living at this property in 2004 when I bought my house. Fast forwarding to now, the house has been sold and I have been exploring various rental options from houses to condos to townhomes to apartments.     I was absolutely amazed with how friendly and eager to assist the management is here. They made everything so easy and stress free for the move in. They worked with me and made sure all my needs were taken care of and I felt like a true member of this wonderful community the second I walked into the leasing office. This was the first place of many I viewed that actually made me feel truly welcome and I couldnt be happier with my move in.     Good Afternoon: (The Place- Staff), I wanted to take the time to appreciate Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Sherri, and Ms. Jamie for their outstanding service provided to me on today when I went to their office for assistance. Their Customer Service and patience was good, and pleasant and accommodating. The complex has done a lots of good upgrades and I am happy about the nice lights that are great to have at night on property. Best Wishes!

    I feel like any review is premature because we just moved in. I know that the move in process was a little rocky due to miscommunication but we were still helped and moved in promptly. The condition of the apartment was as expected, we were just happy to be able to move in. If you want to be here long term then I suggest being in no rush to move in to give them adequate time fix the unit. Other than that the staff that I have met so far were nice and helpful.     Mr. Chad was amazing and outstanding. He made my apartment hunting experience so easy and stress free. I’ve been to multiple apartments and this is the first one where the people were kind, patient and understanding. We need more people like this in the workforce!!     I have applied for an apartment here. I have not been accepted or denied yet. However, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the Help the Manager named Trinity has been! She has been so helpful and nice! And we appreciate all the help she has given us, even if we dont get the apartment, I think it should be known shes amazing!

    Brandy was my leasing agent when I applied! It was my first time ever renting and she made it a great experience. She was very helpful and understanding. I signed a 14 month lease and never really had major issues. If I did the office was always quick to handle the situation! This year they really supported their residents. When the winter storm happened in February they went above and beyond for all of us. They bought us food and handed out packs of water that entire first week. I am great full to have lived here and it actually always felt safe, even at night. If you’re a first time renter or just need a great place to stay, I would recommend The place.

    It has been a stressing time getting everything lined up and signed on my move in date.. the office had no phone or internet service at the time so that helped NONE!!! Thankfully I had Chad, who has been in the office alone with people coming in and out, who helped me to the most of his ability, including using his personal phone hot spot in order to get this lease processed. I REALLY APPRECIATE his patience and communication witch kept me calm and lead me to understanding of the situation.

    I worked with Chad during the application process and tour of the property. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. It was at least 4 other people there but he managed to be personable with each one of us. I don’t know if he is the property manager but he should be. I didn’t go with the property at this time, but I will definitely keep them in mind because of the great customer service.

    Most of the staff at The Place is genuinely helpful, and they offer friendly customer service. The one exception for me is Dora Huckabee. On the first two occasions that I had the need to speak with management, she ignored my presence completely. She never addressed me, and she never answered me when I attempted to address her. The third time was the clincher for me. After realizing there was a towing sticker on my car, I went to the office to inquire about it. Again, she did not address me upon entry to the office, but I let that slide because someone else was available. As I conversed with Chad Logan about the issue, she stepped out of her office to look at my car. She then told me that towing company was not going to remove the sticker and that they would be towing it. My problem was not that she opted to give me information. The problem was her demeanor, disposition, attitude (whichever word works for you) when speaking to me. Without writing a novel, let me just say that Dora Huckabee is rude and condescending to residents, and coworkers alike. She exhibits a complete lack of compassion and respect for humans. I avoid dealing with her because I know she is not someone who has the best interest of residents at heart.

    My fiancé and recently moved in . So far our experience here has been extremely pleasant . Our neighbors are friendly and it’s very quiet at night which is definitely a huge upgrade for us lol. Now I do have to be honest moving in was definitely a stressful process however the management team especially Jaylon and Chad were extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire process . Our apartment was clean and smelled amazing With only a few minor issues that we noticed upon moving in that are in the process of being worked out but nothing to major.

    I have been living at this community since 2014. Until recently, it has been a challenge getting service requests repaired by maintenance in a timely manner. However, since Marco has joined the maintenance team there has been such a positive turnaround. The service requests have been completed in such a timely manner. Thanks Marco for being so courteous and professional, as well as showing so much pride in the work that you do. It is very much appreciated. He is a great addition to the team. Keep up the good work!

    I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and it’s a very nice place to live in.There are 2 GREAT advantages about living here:1. The parking is big and there is enough parking spaces. Visitors do not need vouchers.2. Maintenance repairs are efficient and fast and if you have a maintenance emergency over the weekend they will come immediately to fix it.(They also have a nice cute little dog park)When I first sign my lease with them I was a little skeptical about their previous google reviews. However In my 2 years here I’ve never had problems with the leasing agents. They are helpful and will answer questions. I never had roaches or seen rats and I was living next to a creek.
