The Penwell is amazing , the staff Maura, Ismael are super amazing. Since my moved in date they have always helped us out with everything. I originally just moved into the area and they have been nothing but the sweetest with me and my family, they are pet friendly. the apartment complex is amazing all the amenities they have including a 24/7 gym is amazing. I highly recommend The Penwell Apartments. I am super happy to call the Penwell Apartments my home . If you’re looking for a new home I will definitely recommend The Penwell Apartments!

This place is amazing! Everything is brand-new, the units are in great shape, the community is full of friendly people, the staff is SUPER kind and helpful, the neighborhood is very safe, and the amenities are great! The gym and the pool are awesome! Would certainly recommend living here!!

We have lived in Penwell for more than a year now, we love our unit, no issues during our lease, so far the only problem has been roaches but whenever we complain during summer time they send pest control right away. Customer service is great and the pool is always clean. Parking spaces are reasonable and the Amazon locker is great.

Best apartment community I lived at by far the best. Staff here are so amazing and awesome the help you out when needed. Maintenance don’t take long to get back with you on a request you sent them, that are on there a game. Dog park is always clean.

Very beautiful, clean apartment complex. The area is well maintained and the facilities such as the volleyball court, playground, cornhole are also maintained nicely. The pavilion area has a nice lounge area to watch football games while grilling or making homemade pizza. The pool is very big and clean. The workout area has everything needed. Great location too by all the popular hot-spots. Will not be disappointed if you make this home!!!!

After living in an apartment in 2011, I swore I would never again. Well, life dictated otherwise. I googled apartments in the Odessa area and went to the one with the best review. They were full and recommended The Penwell. Im soo glad they were full. I had a great experience at The Penwell. Everything was clean and the staff was very responsive. I cleaned my apartment before I left and wasnt stuck with a HUGE bill. Seem to be pretty honest folks. I would highly recommend The Penwell.

I have been searching for an apartment for a while, and I came across the Penwell. I drove over to check it out, and I was immediately blown away!! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is amazing. They make you feel at home before it even becomes your home. The apartments are gorgeous, and I was sold right away!Not only that, but I was in a situation where I had to move pretty much immediately. The staff and managers worked with me and got me in the day after I said I needed to move in earlier. They really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I just moved in and its been wonderful. You can tell these apartments were build with quality.I moved in from across the street and already I can tell a world of a difference! I would recommend you choose The Penwell if youre looking for a new place to live. The office staff is prompt if I have any issues and they work with you to resolve any issues that came up during move in.

New comfortable apartments on the out skirts of town. Awesome customer service from the manager and team , deal breaking amenities like, soft water, resort style pool with ping pong tables and volley ball court . Close to the quite/beautiful golf course. I highly recommend moving here considering its about the only oasis in Odessa .

We have lived her for about 2 months and we could not love it more. Staff had been great and helpful. Even though some parts are under construction, you do not notice it all. The pool opened today and its amazing. Resort living at home. Cant wait to try the grill and host a party. Something that people may not notice when they look for place, but they have 9ft garages that are 26ft deep!

I moved into the complex in November, after moving to Odessa for work. Since then, I’ve renewed the six month lease I had. I’ve enjoyed living here so much! They have great community events, everyone working here is fantastic, and the apartments are spacious and modern. I’d definitely recommend moving here!

I like this place I have been here a year . I had an issue the manager fixed it. And i havent had any other problems. When you have any questions they respond really quick. I recommend the penwell to anyone looking for a place to live.. and the pool is nice. I renewed my lease so I look forward to being here another year..💯👍

Been living here since September and I must say one best decisions I’ve made by far. My kids and I love our apt and the super classy feel it has. My kids tend to tell say “it like we don’t even live in Odessa anymore dad” that’s how nice these apts feel and the pool beautiful and one very nice full gym no need for gym memberships with this gym. And I must say the ppl that work here are super great and friendly ppl

I absolutely love it here. The apartments are so nice. The kitchen is my favorite part! It’s nice to have a variety of things to do here as well. I love what the penwell has to offer for their residents. I don’t think you could find any better.

Excellent place to live, the people in the office are super efficient and friendly, the condominium is beautiful just like the apartments, they have all the comforts so far my stay has been very good, I recommend them.
