    I absolutely love living here! The office staff is amazing – theyre always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. Maintenance is top-notch as well; theyre quick, efficient, and always solve any issues I have right away. The amenities are fantastic, and I’ve truly enjoyed all of them during my time here. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

    I absolutely love living here! My favorite amenity is the gym—it’s always clean and well-maintained. The community kitchen and Nespresso machine are also standout features, always fully stocked and in perfect working order. The community fridge, with its ice and water dispenser, is super convenient, especially if you run out or prefer not to buy bottled water.The staff here are fantastic—the front desk team is always friendly, and maintenance is top-notch. I lived at Aspire last year, but I much prefer The Parlor for so many reasons. I feel like I’m getting so much more for my money here. Even though my unit is near the stairs, it’s incredibly quiet, and I rarely hear any noise.The location is another major perk—it’s super convenient and just a short walk to campus. I highly recommend living here and have already renewed my lease for next year!

    My favorite apartment complex I’ve lived at in San Marcos!!!! Such a beautiful building and I feel at home here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ll be sad to move out, I love living here!Update: their maintanence staff is unbeatable. So quick and helpful! Thank you to the staff!

    The Parlor is an amazing place to live! The office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The maintenance team is top-notch, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that come up. It’s clear they care about providing a great living experience. Highly recommend!

    The Parlor is amazing! It is always very clean, everyone is so friendly, and it’s in such a great location. I had the best experience signing here thanks to Barbara and Margarita due to their extensive guidance. I also really love the gym and how they always have coffee available :)

    Love the parlor so much. All of the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable about the floor plans. This is the second year that I have signed with Margarita specifically. She has been super helpful throughout the whole process!!

    I have been at the Parlor since it first opened, and I have had a great experience. Maintenance is always extremely attentive and efficient. Even when I have had an issue late at night, after the office has closed, they have found a way to come back to the building to help. Additionally, the furniture and amenities are very useful, comfortable and aesthetic.

    Barbara has been nothing but helpful through the year that I have lived in the Parlor. She has been a tremendous help through the resigning process as well . She has extensive knowledge of the units and is able to answer any questions I have or could think of having. She also makes sure to answer these with patience and clarity which is greatly appreciated.

    I love living here. My favorite amenity is the gym, its always super nice and clean. I also really like the “community kitchen” & nespresso machine, its always fully stocked & working. The community fridge has an ice & water dispenser so if you ever run out or don’t want to buy water bottles that’s super convenient. The front desk workers are really nice and so is maintenance. I lived at aspire last year and definitely prefer the parlor for many reasons, I definitely get more for my money here as well. Although My unit is by the stairs and I rarely ever hear anyone, its a very quiet complex. The location is also very convenient & an easy walk to campus. I definitely recommend living here & already resigned.

    Had a great time today touring at the parlor, I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. There was a weird vibe at first from a few ladies but I was so relieved when Barbara, who I’ve come to call barb, came and approached me. She was more than helpful when showing me the floor plans. Definitely the best addition the parlor has had.

    I love living here, the penthouse apartment views are insane. It’s my second year living here and I’ve had no major issues. Maintenance is very prompt on maintenance issues. Walking distance to all the great stores on the square and a 10 minute walk to campus. Probably the best apartment I’ve had in college! Love the staff too

    I toured the parlor over the weekend and it was the cleanest complex I’ve seen in San Marcos. The pool area and sky deck is really nice. I appreciate Cheyenne for showing me around and being very knowledgeable about the area! 10/10 recommend this complex

    Walked in on a whim and was given a tour by Barbara. Shes great. She made sure I was comfortable and went out of her way to do so and could answer any question I had without pause. Also, the complex on my random visit was well-maintained and clean. Consider signing here.

    Jamal in maintenance is the absolute best part of The Parlor Apartments in San Marcos, TX, because hes always professional, knowledgable, a great communicator and follows through on things, goes above and beyond to provide great customer and listens and cares. I know a lot of times employees that work behind the scenes dont get the accolades they deserve, or people think its just their job; its not because no one knows the impact their work has on others. Jamal, for about one year, has been outstanding, and hes appreciated and deserves his kudos for jobs well done for the residents. The five-star rating is strictly for the employee, not the apartment.

    Chey presented a fantastic tour, highlighting all the different floor plans and amenities the Parlor offers. She addressed all of my questions and concerns in great detail and clarity. The Parlor provides a communal kitchen, community lounge, two study rooms, a community pool, computer labs, a sky deck on the fourth story, and regularly hosts community activities that encourage interaction among its residents. Im thrilled to take advantage of all the things Chey told me about. I’m privileged to have Chey show me around because everyone here is so nice and friendly.

    Staff is amazing. I came in for a tour with Natalia and she answered all questions I had before I even thought of asking them. Very conversational and genuine, not too robotic. I asked the office staff about previous reviews shown here and they were open and honest, while also telling me what they’re doing to ensure all issues have been/are being tended to. Definitely going to sign here!!

    Just got a tour from Barbara and I could say that Ive just been over the moon impressed. From a self-serve kitchen stacked with coffee in the lobby, to 24/7 gym access, amazing management. Well done The Parlor!

    The apartment complex is much cleaner and nicer compared to most of the other ones in the San Marcos area. The customer service is extremely responsive, and Barbara in particular was a great help.

    It wasnt too bad, even move in day with missing furniture and dirty floors in a brand new building, but you cant lose textbooks or mail. Not ever. But they did. So here we are. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. And could someone fix the locks on the outside doors? Anyone can come in at night on any floor, ZERO security. Do better.Thank you for your quick response.
