LINDA. IS. AMAZING!!! I just submitted my application for a unit, but I just have to say that Linda in the front office was so kind and courteous! I could tell she was very very busy with all the people coming in and out. Even though it seemed like she was juggling the entire world, she never made me feel rushed when she was working with me. She took the time to explain everything to me to ensure I did not have any questions. I feel that everyone I saw her work with today was given her undivided attention. Her customer service was A1! She was very accommodating and I could tell she cares about her tenants, current and prospective. Linda really made me even more excited to lease at The Opal!

SUCH an awesome place to live! Keania and Sarah went above and beyond to make the application and move-in process easy and timely. They made sure to be very thorough and clearly communicate information regarding amenities and services rules/guidelines and expectations of residents. Maintenance is amazing too. Super quick and efficient and friendly. The amenities are so nice! I really enjoy the fire pit in the evening :) I really am so happy I chose to make The Opal my new home!

The Opal is a beautiful community and close to shopping and the interstate. The apartments look very nice with stainless steel appliances. This community is new and designed very well.

Beautiful place, Energy was great friendly staff, can’t wait to movie in! Came here & spoke with Sarah. She was very friendly & helpful! After her showing me the apartment, I was very interested. She sat me in a private room got me a water snacks, a little goodie bag, while I waited for the application. I wanted to fill out the application right then & there. Sarah did inform me that if I did not bring back the money order in a certain amount of time they would have to shred my application. I’m glad she told me that because I left & got a money order lol. Made sure I brought all my documents that I needed. Anything to speed up the process and make things easier! Also would like to say the next time in Keania helped me and my girls! she aswell was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Made the process so easy! You could really tell they care about their job and the ppl they are helping!

I am a new renter at The Opal apartments. I have to give a big shoutout to the leasing agent Linda Khamphavong. She showed me a few units and was excited to help me find the perfect apartment. She was very detailed, friendly and followed up with me to make sure I was setup for move in day! It was a pleasure working with Linda.The Opal is a great place to live and the amenities are awesome! Can’t wait for the summer to enjoy the pool.
