Love the property so much! Toured with Norma and she was amazing and so welcoming. I received a very thorough tour of the apartment. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me a breakdown of everything the apartment had to offer. I will be moving here once my lease is up in September. Overall the property is very well kept and has luxuriousamenities. 10/10 would recommend this apartment.

Truly enjoyed living at this community for the last 15 months. We had a great relationship with the property staff especially Norma who was super helpful always and loved our Scrappy. That’s what we will miss the most. The amenities are beautiful and location was perfect for going out and exploring. Train takes a week to get used to but then it becomes peaceful and honestly helped me sleep. Only complaint I ever had was that the city picked up the trash way too early (around 3:30/4 am) and would slam the cans for 5-10 minutes so loudly and wake us up. Only moved to be closer to work. Would certainly recommend to friends and family to live here.

I waited to review the property but since day one I fell in love . The staff is great my unit is perfect. They keep the property well maintained. Very convenient to Wal Mart & Target among many other stores and restaurants. Neighbors are cool also for the most part. I honestly have no complaints and I’m VERY picky. If your considering moving here I highly recommendThank you The Oliver for making my move in easy and making sure all my expectations are met. So thankful and grateful because I’ve had some un pleasant experiences with other properties

I highly recommend living at The Oliver. The apartment complex is nearly new, with all amenities in excellent condition, and the area feels very safe. I like training in the gym with the downtown skyline as a view.I want to give special thanks to Bert from the leasing office. He provided a thorough tour, answered all my questions, and made the leasing process seamless. On my move-in day, Bert went above and beyond, ensuring I was well accommodated by reserving the elevator and loading dock. His support and welcoming attitude made my transition smooth and enjoyable.If you are wondering about the train noise, you can barely hear it, it’s impressively quiet.

I moved into The Oliver in September of this year and it has been amazing so far! The amenities are great and everything is walkable in the area/safe. I had two minor issues in my apartment (breaker flipped when I turned the heat on and ice maker needed to be reset). Matthew, the maintenance manager was very kind and tentative! He fixed both issues and even changed my filter for me/asked if there was anything else I needed done around my apartment. I so appreciate the hospitality and kindness from him!

Gorgeous property finishes. You can not get tired of the views! The staff is amazing and has professionalism. They know what they are doing.Like most new construction, it is a little hard to get in touch over the phone, but that is because this property is new and beautiful, located in one of the most desirable areas of Houston. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online. My tour was great but unfortunately I decided to stay in my current state.

I moved in March 2023 and yes, I am a REAL resident with an honest review. I had pre-leased before even seeing my apartment (back in November 2022) because I had full confidence in the leasing team (Kristen and LaTora) from my experience at a previous property. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded at The Oliver. A great leasing team makes a great home (Rock Stars). I love my unit and the views, sunsets are amazing with the downtown view. The property is kept immaculate with a great support staff (however, some dog owners need to clean up after themselves, basically, be an Adult, not the properties fault). Fun resident events and have met some really nice neighbours. Community hang outs at the pool and really great grilling area. Its in great location of everything, walkable bars and restaurants, and I feel safe. Note: this property is by the train tracks (which I love the train) so keep that in mind!Also I see there is a review from a negative nancy/ fullblown karen in previously. Looking at her other reviews, she just seems super unhappy about everything, so take that with a grain of salt

We moved in exactly 1 month ago. Usually there are pros & cons to every-building. I can honestly say it has been all pros here. The management was more than helpful going above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure the exact floor plan we wanted. The move in was seamless. The building is very clean, including the dog-park (Maintenance cleans it every morning). Elevators are also always clean and in working order as well. Another big plus is all the food and shopping options around you. It makes it where you could really walk to get anything you need. Yes, the building sits next to the railroad track. For us it has not been a problem.. Our unit is as close as you can get to train-tracks and its really not that loud. Sure you hear it, but it becomes white noise pretty quickly and I honestly enjoy watching the trains come by..All & all, I am more than happy with my experience at The Oliver. We greatly appreciate Sam & Norma on the leasing team!

This apartment complex is fantastic! Really clean, great amenities (pool, gym, sky lounge), and fantastic staff. Shoutout to Sam for always being willing to assist with anything! There is a lot to do in the neighborhood, and so many dogs for my dog to play with. 5/5 stars. Will likely extend my lease!

I am so so so grateful for the staff here at The Oliver! My partner and I had a rush move and Sam seriously outdid himself with getting us squared away for our move in. To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced EXCELLENT customer service with any complex until coming to The Oliver. The attentiveness is unmatched, they are seriously on it with making sure you have a seamless experience with becoming residents here. If I could give 10 stars I totally would!! It’s our second night here and we already feel at home! The complex is quiet (besides train, but doesn’t bother us) and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The amenities are so nice and the complex has plenty of WFH space if you ever want to get out of your apartment. I feel like whatever common area you’re in, you’re always going to have the best downtown views too.Again, we are so so happy being here and relieved we have peace and quiet. I will always be grateful to Sam and the rest of the team for helping us out on short notice. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Came in for a tour and was impressed by the leasing professional, Sam. He was so helpful and he knew everything about floor-plans, timeframes, units available etc. Having staff that are nice, patient and knowledgeable really is the first step in considering a new place and he checked that off the list! (Will update with more if I decide to lease.)

Beautiful boutique apartments in Sawyer Heights! Love the non-carpet flooring in the units and WiFi included in the amenities. Beautiful layouts including powder rooms in certain floor plans.

Moved her 6/1/23 and I can honestly say I love it. I feel so at home my apartment is beautiful and the office staff is nothing less than amazing. The property is not only clean but has security 24 hours, gorgeous amenities, and is conveniently close to so many retail stores!

Such a beautiful building with amazing amenities and unbeatable views of Downtown! My client was very pleased with the tour/videos, and Kristin (the manager) took the time to tour us and provide details on the floor plans, amenities, and building completion timeline! An amazing option for those looking to be close to the Heights and Sawyer Yards area.

Where do I start! I walked in and Met Sam in March and immediately felt like he was family! The property is beautiful well designed the staff is always warm friendly and willing to help! Moved here May 31st . I love everything about my apartment especially the location . I didn’t give this 5 stars ONLY because you can hear everything the person above you is doing ! Literally wakes me up out my sleep :( everything else is 10/10 so far .

There’s a lot of things I love about the Oliver but my favorite has to be the Downtown views from the rooftop pool 🌇 I can’t wait to tour again when the amenities are finished!
