The manager April and front staff Makenzie and another lady who I didn’t catch her name have all been so helpful, informative and quick to get us approved and into our unit. Looking forward to our move in and make the Oakley our new home. Seriously some of the best service I’ve had with an apartment in years!

The apartments have been going under major renovations and work thanks to the new management and care of long time staff. April and Makenzie work long hours and pay attention to details and needs that make this community better. They are easy to approach, show care when listening to needs, and follow through on all requests no matter how small they are. Communities are defined by the people and this staff is creating a warm place for people to live in peace and happiness. Thank you!

As of 12/1, Tomi (or Tomey I am sorry for mispronouncing his name) came to our apartment and diagnosed and successfully fixed our heater. I told him about what happened last time, and he messaged the previous maintenance guy who worked on the heater last time (same issue). HOWEVER, the previous guy denied ever working on the heater even though he touched it last…Tomi (or Tomey) cleaned up after him and redid everything. Thank you so much, and I respect him especially after the holidays on a cold Sunday morning.

Mackenzie was AMAZING!!! He really went above and beyond for me! I paid a deposit before viewing the apartment so I got anxious to view even though it wasn’t ready. He kept me updated with everything he even sent me a video of my unit because I was anxious. He put all my anxiety to rest. I’m thankful for his patience with me I know I was a pain in the butt. I have been living at these Apts for 2 years and this will be my 3rd year because I renewed my lease. I have had so many issues with roaches and mice....mildew and mold... Leaks and all... Ever since the new management came everything is started to be much better. Alexis and Amy have been helping me and everything I tell them about they come right out and get it done. Amy even came out to my apt to walk it and see everything that needs to be done. Since then the roaches are leaving... My leaks are getting fixed... I am getting a new toilet installed. And they had contractors come out to fix all the holes and leaks in my ceiling. I am very pleased of this new management. I know things take time due to the lack of the managers before so if you give them a chance I know they will get it it done. They are the reason I did renew my lease. Thank you Amy and Alexis you ladies are amazing. And your customer service is what people need to feel good and secure in their living environment.

My family n I moved in a week ago maintenance had to b called a few times however concerns have been addressed n taken care of other then that though so far so good. Lupe is very respectful patient n decent on customer service. Her n Varonica. They are sweet ladies. Head maintenance guy is a get it done type guy bc thats what he did got it done. Thanks you all for everything. Our neighbors are sweet too. My family and I loving our apartment.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago and my move was nothing short of amazing. Mackenzie went above and beyond to make sure my move in was hassle free after expressing a bad experience I recently had with another apartment complex. I’m so thankful that he made sure my family and I were in a nice and clean apartment.

Weve been living here almost a year now. Our lease is up the end of July but we will be renewing. Lupe is a great manager. She is sweet and understanding...I dont know what other people are talking about. Yes I have seen a few roaches but what older apartments dont have them. Dont forget that this complex is right next to the River Legacy Living Science Center and River Legacy Park...so yes there will be bugs and raccoons, opposums, birds, bats, owls, squirrels etc. A little nature doesnt hurt anybody. I LOVE being right next to all of it. Also, If you live on the 2nd floor of ANY OLDER complex in the state of Texas in the Summer...you can guarantee it will take more than just the ac to cool it down. Older complexes didnt insulate their attics at that time so yes it will be a bit hotter on the second floor. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to the maintenance. They are prompt but sometimes they do not finish the job the first day and usually have to come back the next day. Other than that we love this complex.

I have looked at and visited with many properties in different parts of the DFW metroplex area in the last few months and I am so happy that I gave the Oakley a chance because it has truly given more than I had wanted. From the awesome tour with Mari and the way that she works by herself is amazing because he manages to answer calls, responds to emails and does not miss a beat! Mari handles everything in the most proffessional way but also she is very understanding . Mari and the maintenance crew are all so responsive and take care of business very quickly. I am so fortunate to be able to have Mari help us through some obstacles that I had from moving into the Oakley. She helped me sort out any details that I needed to, and literally made it possible for me to move here. If it was not for her, I would have had to look elsewhere. She was able to give me every possible detail on the apartments they had available I was looking at and took my concerns seriously. She listened to my certain criteria and budget and she stuck to it which is RARE to find. She also kept me updated daily and checked in often to see if I was still interested and onboard with the move in process. The unit has really given me more than I had wanted, from the finishes to the appliances and to the little touches they place in their units, the Oakley has everything figured out from efficiency to style in their units to cool vibe of the whole community. It is the cleanest place I have seen in an apartment complex. I have allergy issues and l absolutely love the wood flooring in their units and how clean this place is. This place offers a very nice, quiet and serene place which is great for anyone in my opinion.
