I moved into the Mustang at Las Colinas on opening day, and I can confidently say it’s been nothing short of extraordinary. From day one, the community staff has been tremendous. They were patient, provided clear instructions for moving in, and have remained consistently attentive. If I have an opportunity for a resolution, they are prompt, professional, and solution-oriented, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hardware and finishes in the apartment are top-notch. Living here genuinely feels like stepping into a dream. It’s my personal sanctuary—peaceful, inspiring, and luxurious. The ambiance makes me feel at home in ways I never thought possible, and I’m so motivated to fully decorate and make it my own oasis.If you’re looking for a place that offers tranquility, inspiration, and the comfort of a dream home, I highly recommend the Mustang at Las Colinas. It’s not just a place to live—it’s a lifestyle you’ll love.

I read the reviews and yes the prices are higher than other places around the lake but to me it’s worth it.I have lived at an apartment on the lake when it first opened and it was nice at first but then the quality went down. I felt the residents didn’t care about the apartment and make it trashy. Here the hallways are clean and it smells very nice wherever you go.The Staff: Austin was SUPER helpful with the move in process because I needed to move in within a week and there were issues with a credit freeze problem but they made it work. Daniel the maintenance manager was very helpful when I had issues. The entire staff has been super friendly. The concierge staff, Darren and Ashely are also friendly.Safety: The apartment uses an app that allows you to into your apartment and other places. The elevator will not work without the app and reduces the risk of crime.Amenities: The yoga room, workout room and clubhouse are really nice. The view from the clubhouse is very nice and relaxing in my opinion. They even have a mini golf section.Additionally the staff makes you feel very welcomed. When you move in they give you gifts and treats. Their community events are fun and exciting. I love the flowers from one of the events and prize from the scavenger hunt.It’s not cheap but to me it’s worth it especially with their promotional offer of weeks free. Take advantage of the promotion before it goes away.

My wife and I toured The Mustang today and fully support the excitement about this pearl on Lake Carolyn. We live down the street and can attest to this unique urban center. You can walk to over 30 restaurants, use two DART stops, 15 minutes to DFW or Love Field, enjoy the Toyota Music Factory and Water Street, plus the Levy Event Plaza next door.The Mustang is the classiest apartment community in the urban center. High end finishes, classic design, 15,000 sq ft of wonderful amenities and a warm, welcoming staff. The apartments are bright and modern. The public areas show like a VIP hotel. You need to see it! You’ll want to live here!

I recently toured with Kayla and had an AMAZING experience. From the moment I walked into the apartment complex I was blown away. It’s beautiful and even has a champagne vending machine which needless to say blew me away. They have 24 hour concierge and the most welcoming staff. Kayla took me into the A2 I think it was. Anyways it was laid out beautifully and I loved the appliances. Plus being the first one in my unit was a huge added bonus to me. I have been with Greystar properties in the past and loved every property I have been at so when I saw this new property and found out it was Greystar I knew it was going to be luxury and mind blowing. I have been living here for a few days now and I know I made the right choice! I highly recommend chatting with Kayla if you’re interested as she took such great care of me.

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community with Courtney and Lauren, and I couldnt be more excited about the stunning building in Las Colinas. These ladies are top-notch—kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking it out!
