Been here 5 or 6 years so far.. in the beginning it had its ups and downs however, since these new owners took over i cannot deny that Ive only experienced progress each new year and never regress which is an amazing accomplishment compared to every other place Ive been. The Morgan, In my opinion has been a great place to live so far.

Ma’Kayla is the face of this whole property. I would say after reading these reviews I was a bit discouraged on coming here. Ma’Kayla had a lot of positive reviews so based off that alone I decided to come in at least to see what they were offering. It just so happened when I walked in , she was the person who greeted me at the door. She has the most bubbly personality. She took her time and paid attention to all my needs and wants I expressed to her and did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable. As well as, quoting me some pricing followed by an amazing tour of the property. She made me feel welcome and at home. I am still exploring my options for living for personal reasons but she definitely sold the apartment to me. If you go here be sure to ask for her ! She is top tier

It’s a pretty decent cheap apartment, it’s older, the appliances that were here when I moved in were pretty old and broke easily, but they replaced both my washer and my dishwasher in less than a week. Water pipes bursting is a bit of an issue in winter, and the pipes bursted in the parking lot outside my apartment, but maintenance is always so on top of everything that is genuinely impressive compared to most other places who don’t give a crap about their tenants.Recently my A/C broke down in the Texas summer heat, but as soon as I reported it, not even 10 minutes later the very sweet maintenance man showed up and checked out the problem. He was very kind to me even though my apartment is a total wreck, so I guess overall the maintenance team here is just 10/10. I haven’t had any big issues that weren’t fixed quickly.I’m very happy to renew my lease here, I work at a nearby hospital overnight but every time I leave in the morning around 1-3am the neighborhood is calm and feels safe. It’s next to a gas station, a school, an H-E-B, Walgreens, multiple restaurants, a plasma center, a church, and many more. There’s also a bus stop super close to the complex, and plenty of parking.Overall this complex is pretty nice, lots of families live here, good price, decent area, it’s a great starter apartment.

Ma’Kayla in the front office was very kind and knowledgeable of the property. She was super friendly and accommodating during my whole visit there. I ran into some problems and she was able to explain requirements to me for the property and gave me a more than a workable timeframe for me to turn in my documents. I moved in mid April. The application process took a while but overall wasnt too bad. Sherri was my leasing agent and she was amazing! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because when I got my keys and first walked into my apartment it had not been cleaned and overwhelmingly smelled like paint. I understand that it had recently been renovated with a tight turn around time but these things were definitely inconvenient. Once I notified the office about the dirty apartment they sent someone over and they cleaned everything up right away. I had to push moving my stuff in until later in the evening which was manageable but very well could have been a bigger problem if I had my movers scheduled for that day.Other than that, things have been great! The apartment is renovated nicely and the office staff is very helpful and responsive. They do a lot of cute community events and I feel very at home here. I highly recommend The Morgan 😊

Apartment hunting can be very stressful , I went to The Morgan and I must say Ms.Kayla gave me one of the greatest tours from the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and she made me feel at home already . We toured the A3R Floorplan , during the tour she went over my expectations telling me about the surrounding area as far as restaurants, shopping centers etc . I cant wait to call The Morgan my home feels good to know that they are ran by a staff that actually cares .

We had a great first experience with John and Marcus from maintenance. We had some outlet issues and a dryer issue and they both took really good care of us. They figured out the problem right away and was able to get everything taken care of and fixed. Marcus and John are awesome for getting everything done so quick and being friendly the entire time, very good experience. Glad to have an awesome maintenance team here!

Signed a lease recently though I wont be moving in immediately and found the office staff to be helpful and pleasant. After briefly looking over the apartment, I found the the toilet didnt flush well and asked them to look into it. I returned to the apartment a day or two later and there was a note waiting for me that they had adjusted the handle and replaced the flapper.While the apartments are a few years old, the units that I have seen were well maintained and the grounds seem well kept. The staff responsiveness is an added bonus.

Ive had a great first impression of The Morgan. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I almost felt right at home, which is a big deal since Im in the middle of a divorce. I was greeted by Sherri, and based on the atmosphere and the demeanor of all the employees I met, I got the impression that they all love working there, which is not something Ive seen often at a leasing office.Sherri was able to assess my needs for a place and found a unit that, while a bit over my budget, will be a place I can happily welcome my kids home to.While we were out on our tour, I noticed the grounds keepers covering all the cars they were working near to protect them from damage. That looked to me like a company that goes out of their way to make their customers happy.I was also blown away by all of the amenities at The Morgan.Ill make sure to continue documenting my living experience here further down the line.

I have not moved in yet and will update this as needed. So far Kasey (the person whos been assisting me with my move) has been excellent. She gives out her personal cell phone so that you can reach her anytime. She responds almost immediately. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I kept making changes to my move in date and the size of the unit and what I wanted and she made sure everything that I requested was taken care of. So... THANK YOU KASEY!!!

Ok so to start off, I haven’t even gotten approved or anything from this apartment yet but fingers are definitely crossed. This is purely off of the leasing experience! So me and roommate have been actively looking for a place to move as I will be moving out of my place pretty soon. Without an appointment or anything, we went up there about 10 minutes after they opened because we figured that’d be the best way to get all the answer we need quickly. Sherri was absolutely an amazing. She helped us with everything we needed, gave us the rundown of all costs that would need to be covered, showed us a staged apartment that would look similar to one that we picked out and wanted to apply for. And was just so nice and informative. We haven’t had the best luck with other complex’s but they don’t even compare to the professional of this place. The grounds itself is were really nice and the replicas model was perfect for two young adult girls. She was very clear on the turnaround process for applying and I personally have a really good feeling about this place. Even if we don’t get it the first impression experience was 10/10! Will probably update if we get approved and how the living situation is!Update: June 27th 2022I am gonna have to lessen it by a star as my previous two reviews were 5 stars. Move in process was fine, officially moved everything in on June 1st, noticed that we didn’t have a dryer and only a washer… it’s been that way for almost a month now. Been down to the office multiple times and can’t exactly get a clear answer on when we will get our dryer delivered. Granted one of the agents, I can’t quite remember her name (but she has braids), even though I’ve seen her multiple times and she has been extremely helpful and nice to me and my roommate. Letting us know that whenever she has a straight answer from her higher ups she would let me know straight away. She needs more recognition because every time I go in there she is either helping guests solo or being the most efficient. There is also a bit of a bug problem. Nothing too crazy but it’s prevalent in the kitchen which is not ideal. Hopefully things change pretty soon.

Water heater went out just before Thanksgiving, John worked really hard to get a new water heater fast. It took 5 days and John was very apologetic for the delay. He was also very careful about not spilling rusty water throughout my apartment, he really went above and beyond. Thanks John!

She has gone over and above to make sure that my experience was perfect. She has always been available to answer my questions and very kind and patient with my needs.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to John Ackerman in maintenance. I got home one Friday night at about 1am to find water pouring out of my light fixtures. I called the emergency maintenance line and within 25 minutes, John was at my apartment fixing the problem. He not only worked diligently to find and stop the leak, but he also cleaned up all of the standing water and the ceiling that had to be torn down before he left. Afterwards, he got me a key to a different apartment in the complex (my water had to be shut off for the weekend), and continuously updated me on what was happening and when the repairs were going to be finished. John was AWESOME and a total lifesaver.

Maintenance professional John appeared to resolve an issue with my dishwasher. It was clogged and smelly. Not only did he resolve the clog, he took the initiative to resolve my jammed sink disposal unit when I asked, resolving two maintenance tickets in one visit.Thank you John; my sink and dish washer drain are unblocked, and my apartment smells much nicer.

John with the maintenance team is gem. My A/C went out when the heatwave hit a little while ago. I of course put in a maintenance request, but we all know that those take time to get through. A couple of days after, I saw John out and about working. I expressed my concerns about the heat, and he didn’t think twice. He went and looked at my A/C, identified the issue and had me up and running within an hour.

I have moved to the Morgans in June of 2021 love the property love the people. Love the the community had some excellent experience with maintenance John and Marcus. With a pandemic very busy switching company companies for grounds groundskeeping as well as the the complex itself perfectly understandable to have to wait a little while little while but eventually they do their best to get to you and they do within a timely manner I would advise it as a great place for anybody else to live.

The office staff has always been super helpful and extremely efficient. Especially Miss Lyndsey who has helped me first move in with in the rushed timeline I was under. She then has been if great help with any request. Replies to inquiries are given with a refreshing sense of urgency that is lacking in most apartment community staff these days. As long as I live in Austin Im call the Chardonnay home.

Great place. Prime location, management is quick to get things fixed, great for first apartment or for long term living. Ive been here 4 years and the only reason Im leaving is a need for 3 bedrooms, which they dont have currently (but hey, never say never in Austin)

Place is great for the price. Lived at a few other complexes in Austin within the similar price range and this has been my favorite. RIght on the disc golf course and close to i35!
