What yall Karens should be doing instead of waisting Managements time with these petty things is report all the thieves that be braking in to everyones cars , trucks thats what yall should be doing but in stead yall are more worried about your neighbors and what there doing mean while our cars and trucks are getting broken into right under your noses I dont care what yall say these apartments are great theyre great place to live in the management is awesome along with maintenance there aint nobody perfect that lives in these apartments he who is without sin cast the first stone...... If you dont know what that means look it up

Mgr. Liza is great‼️ she was persistent in dealing with my bank getting the information she needed to get me approved. Carol is always very friendly both of them are very efficient. The day I was moving in the residents were very helpful also. I think Im going to love living here.

Nice units. Maintenance staff friendly and helpful. Only drawback are the elevators or staircases being soiled by the tenants pets that dont make it outside in time. Not a Smoke-Free zone complex.

We always want to show concern for our neighbors as we put Jehovah first then our neighbors as Jesus did then we know that we can live among herself and with peace thats really love among ourself and we really appreciate our neighbors and look after one another so no one wont be afraid guess we know each other by showing concern for one another and thats including the landlord staff the on duty Patrol police people a fireman and the policeman with the 🚑 theyre very helpful at the right time let you know youre not alone Jehovah knows we do have a caring community at the apartment. 🤗😻🙏

Fabulous experience. Moving into a 55 and over community was a perplexing chore. Liza made the experience pleasing and comforting. Im glad to be a family member. I cant wait to decorate and be part of this community

ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE. VERY RESPECTABLE. MANAGER IS AWESOME. AND THE MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS ON TIME..IM ALSO 100% THAT MY MOTHER WILL BE VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF!!. 😀

I have other friends from the old apartment and its nicely kept up I love meeting new friends also from my kingdomhall but I do miss the other managers but I do look forward for the future here with the new managers

Other than the crazy rotation of managers lol... This place had all the things my wife needed as a disabled wheel chair person could need in an apartment wide doors, elevators, low counters, safety bars in the tub and toilet areas.

You never see security or the cleaning stuff at this place keeping up the grounds at times there is trash in the hallways are dirty??? Soo sad 🥺🥺🥺 for the elderly people
