This is an incredibly beautiful property with a uniquely special community living experience. I recently visited The Mia and the place is stunning! The apartments are modern and spacious, with impressive amenities like a fitness center and a beautiful pool area. The location great as it is close enough to shopping centers like the domain, but still tucked away enough to get some space from the city. The management team was super friendly and responsive. Bell was especially helpful and really made us feel welcomed! She definitely brings an amazing energy to the team!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Brook and the team here at the Mia ! From the moment I started my move-in process, she has been an absolute lifesaver. She is not only kind, but incredibly thoughtful and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Her knowledge of the area is amazing, and she’s always available to answer any questions I have, no matter how big or small. Thanks to Brook and her amazing team, my transition to Austin has been so much easier and stress-free. They’ve all made me feel so welcome, and I truly appreciate all their hard work.

I am really impressed with the team here! I felt so welcome immediately when I walked in. I was able to meet with Kelsey, Bell, Brooke, and even the head of the maintenance team, Jim. Real down to earth people, and very easy to talk to. They all showed a lot of positive enthusiasm when talking about the Mia, and I can tell they take pride in their work! The tour was awesome, the community once its fully built out is going to be amazing. Landscaping is clean and well maintained-very important for first impressions! Im at a loss for words over some of the amenities! The gym is stunning and has plenty of equipment (they thought of everything) and the cardio equipment is on the top floor. You wont need a gym membership-the fitness center has it all.Id highly recommend The Mia to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I had a great tour of The Mia today! Brooke Ragan was so sweet and knowledgeable—she made the tour so enjoyable. The community is beautiful, with spacious apartments and incredible amenities like a Pilates studio, pizza kitchen, pickleball courts, and even a Jumbotron. I’ve never seen a community with such nice amenities! The interior design is gorgeous, and the whole space feels thoughtfully designed. Definitely worth checking out!

Brook was so helpful every step of the way and made us feel welcome from day one. Kelsey provided exceptional service as well and was very prompt on next steps to make sure we were ready for move in day. This place is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are next level. Shout out to the maintenance team Jim/Jason as they went above and beyond to help with any minor fixes as we get settled in. We have moved a few times recently and the level of professionalism here is awesome and superior to others! Highly recommend if you need a new place to call home.

Despite being unfinished, the place already exudes a stunning and inviting atmosphere. The leasing agent (Bell Venier) was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, providing prompt and comprehensive answers to all of my questions. The Mia offers a range of impressive amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a movie area, Pilates studio, pool, and so much more. The overall feel of the complex is incredibly homey, making me genuinely excited about the prospect of making it my new home. In fact, the last time we applied for an apartment (oddly also a Greystar property) it was quite the opposite and got us complacent to even bother trying to move again. Not the case with the team at Mia. Quick, easy, and extremely friendly. Definitely bodes well for how this new property will be managed.
