I have been living here for the last 1 year and my overall experience is amazing. The apartment is very good and super clean with lots of cabinets and huge walking closets. The bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen has a huge island and lots of cabinets. The apartment staff is very friendly and super helpful especially Tina. She is kind, sweet and very popular among the kids. If you have any questions ask for Tina, she is the best and very supportive.

I love this place! The location is perfect! Everything you need is close by and I mean EVERYTHING! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful. Management always makes sure they go above and beyond for every request no matter how small. If you have any questions for leasing here ask for Millie, she is the best!!

Oh my goodness, I have nothing but positive things to say about The Maxwell! The apartment complex itself is so cute and is perfectly located. It feels super homey and welcoming, but also safe.The staff is always so kind and happy to help with anything I need. Cecily (CeCe) worked with me to find the perfect unit and was 85% of the reason I chose to stay at the Maxwell. Her positive energy, friendly demeanor and determination to find the perfect fit for me is so appreciated. I cant recommend the Maxwell or CeCe enough!

Great experience at The Maxwell. I haven’t rented an apartment in over 15 years, and some things have changed. The Maxwell was very easy to work with and they responded to me when I asked questions, which other properties ignored my requests for information. Because rentals are in such high demand, it seems most properties don’t care if you rent from them (the next person will). This property seems to care about its tenants, especially Cecily “CC”. I am going through a divorce and CC has been more than helpful and eliminated a lot of stress related to my move. She is very friendly and has gone above and beyond to ensure I was setup and ready to move in on time. The Maxwell is lucky to have her!I should mention that while all rental properties are overpriced due to the ‘stellar’ economy we have at the moment, the Maxwell is very competitive in terms of cost per square foot, available amenities, and overall fit and finish. I hope this review helps anyone having a difficult time deciding where to rent.

Our experience while looking for a home at the Maxwell was very good. We visited twice and during both visits Nancy Zarco assisted us. She was very helpful and ready to clarify all of our questions and to take us to every part of the community. During the first visit we saw 3 different apartments and she was very patient and show all the details to us. Even better, she replied to every email I sent with questions and were very present during all the process. Only thing to point out is that we have been told that if moving until a certain date, we would receive 500 dollars credit and we really considered that to move earlier than we want, but after we moved, they told us that the credit was only if we apply to the apartment 48 hours after the visit, which we were not told about before, so it is a bit frustrating.We have been living at the Maxwell for almost 3 weeks and we are enjoying a lot! All the staff are very kind and helpful, building is always clean!Updating- moving to 5 stars because the manager called me and resolved the issue of the $ 500 credit. She was very kind and prompt to help

I am so excited to live here!The apartment complex I was planning on moving into increased the rent and did not tell me until it was time to sign the lease. I stopped in the leasing office of The Maxwell and let Tina know I was in a pinch and she worked so hard to find me exactly what I wanted in a place to call home. She is a big reason why I decided to chose this complex over the others I had visited. Her follow up and follow through were incredible. I love knowing that I can always fine the help I need in my leasing office during my lease here. She even convinced me to stay add an extra month on my lease! Thank you so much, Tina! Everyone who visits my apartment is impressed with the amenities, finish out, and security of The Maxwell! The team is super helpful with anything needed and with the team living on property, they know the property inside and out!I just renewed my lease for another 18-months actually! My utility bills are lower than other older apartments with the apartments being so new and energy efficient. Ive had to have maintenance out once in 15 months because everything is so well done.Have I mentioned theres a Starbucks machine in the leasing office? Anytime I get my mail, I make sure to stop by and make a quick Chai Tea Latte!Theres a dog park and 2 pools also. All the neighbors are friendly and as a woman living alone, this apartment complex is one of the most secure that Ive seen which gives me peace of mind!

I am a new resident at The Maxwelll and want to share about my move in experience and information about the facility overall.Maxwell apartments are very contemporary and they have all the amenities inside and outside the apartment that are needed for a family to have a comfortable living.The whole reason i am writing this review is the leasing executive Ms.Tina Edwards, she is gem of a person, kind and compassionate, she made sure that my move in is stress free, she provided all the details upfront and helped me patiently with all the questions and concerns I had during my move in.Special shout out to Johnathan and Martin for resolving maintenence tickets promptly.

I was a resident of the Maxwell for two years. The apartments are beautiful and loved the location, would have loved to stay. When it was time to move out of the apartment and into a house I was nervous because you don’t typically hear about people having a good experience moving out. There had been a change in the management and I couldn’t be HAPPIER with the timeliness of which Windy Beasley helped to answer and guide me through the process. She has answered every phone call, every email, every question that I have had. She walked me through what to expect as final water bills, utilities, carpet cleaning and so on. With her there as a property manager I am sad to go but highly recommend The Maxwell & The Margo to anyone looking for community who truly cares about the people who live there. Property managers can make or break the community and Windy really outdoes herself.Martin was always awesome with each and every maintenance request for the two years I was there and Laci in the leasing office was very helpful as well. Can’t recommend enough!

I moved into the Maxwell 1 month ago and love it. The place and apartment are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Its close to everything but set apart a bit in a very quiet neighborhood. Both the leasing and maintenance folks are amazing, and the few neighbors Ive met have all been nice. If youre looking for a nice apartment in a great location you cant go wrong with the Maxwell.

If youre looking for an amazing beginning to end leasing experience, Bailey is your girl. She goes above and beyond to make sure you absolutely feel at home from the get-go. I lived at the sister property for a year and also had an amazing experience. The Maxwell is an upgrade, in terms of being the newer of the two aaaaand the elevators are so convenient to have. Overall, my experience has been amazing and the few things Ive had issues with are out of their control (like crazy neighbors who complain about every step I take). From the community events, down to the Starbucks machine in the front office, the amenities are absolutely amazing and the sense of community is incredible. Ive met some amazing people that also live in the complex.

First off, I only shopped for a unit. I decided to renew where I currently live. However, Rachel was fantastic and professional. The experience did not feel transactional and I would have moved in if the property was located closer to my office. The basic one bedroom floor plan just blew me away! To this day, I have yet to see a layout that I enjoyed as much. The speakers in the ceiling were a very nice feature. The amenities are what separates this place from the others. If you want a sense of community over anything else, then this place is for you.

The move-in process with the leasing agent Aly, was so smooth she helped me from beginning to end. It was Fast especially when signing the lease online very simple fast and efficient, the credit process was very simple and easy. And the best part is they are willing to work with you. I moved into an extremely beautiful apartment brand new appliances beautiful view with balcony I am very happy and will be living there for a very long time! I love the amenities as well not to mention I took full advantage of their specials for the month, I highly recommend this property! Don’t delay move in today. The neighborhood is splendid it’s quiet easy-going has a really nice relaxed vibrant clean feel the atmosphere and environment is so pleasant you’re going to love your neighbors and the community there’s two awesome pools a 5000 square-foot gym for fitness game room and theater room I’m getting excited just thinking about it the Maxwell Frisco apartments is awesome. I Just moved in yesterday and I’m very happy to be here.

I have lived at the Maxwell apartments in Frisco, TX for about 1.5 years now and without writing a book about my amazing experience here I can tell you that (coming from a life long apartment dweller) The Maxwell is absolutely beautiful and has so many amenities to offer as well as community events, a beautiful state of the art work-out facility, plus much, much more.Aside of the tangible qualities and aesthetic above-standard qualities of the Maxwell, is the most important of all, to me anyway, the staff. The apartment management is the absolute best I have ever seen and the entire Maxwell staff. Maintenance is wonderful, timely, always friendly and I have even had to call after hours during a Cowboys game and was treated with nothing but kindness. I have some personal stories that I wont go into, however, let me say that I have been going through a very traumatic personal time in life and the sympathy and empathy I have been shown from day one has been nothing like I have ever seen before.Bottom line, The Maxwell in Frisco, TX is not just about their bottom line and you arent just an apartment number, you are a person and there is just no way to put into words what that means when you need it the most. They have also handled the COVID pandemic with extreme graciousness and managed to keep the community involved through virtual events, etc.I plan on never living anywhere else.Thanks so much to everyone here at the Maxwell. My wife and I were looking for a nice apartment home with luxurious stylings and amenities, and a great staff in a pinch. With no shortage of beautiful communities in Frisco, we thought, it was going to be like finding a needle in a haystack. Then came along the Maxwell, and WOW, they knocked our socks off! This community was everything we wanted and some! I couldnt be happier with our home and with the fine people who manage the property. Debbie, the manager, has a true heart for people and works hard to ensure her residents are well taken care of. She and her staff are definitely the icing on the cake. Looking forward to living here for years to come!

I love The Maxwells. I have a very spacious apartment. The staff are very nice in the office. The maintenance guys Patrick and Martin are the absolute best.Patrick and Martin go way beyond the call of duty for the tenants when you request a work order. You always catch Patrick and Martin doing something, whether its Lysol down the elevator or handles they are the Goat. The only issue i have is tenants not picking up there dogs poop, on such a great property. And tenants riding the elevators with more than two at a time, as if were not in a pandemic. Social Distance Please! At least care about your neighbor and the elders in the building ! Wear your freaking mask.

I absolutely loved working with Jenniffer, Laci, and Tina. From the minute I took my tour with Jenniffer I knew The Maxwell was my future home. Lacey took care of me and has been so invested in making sure I make this place a HOME I could never repay her! The customer service was bar none and I could tell they actually cared about me as a resident. The apartments are nothing short of luxurious. From the giant island to the designer finishes, I love every inch of my new HOME! Martin is amazing, too! My kids and I love The Maxwell and my sister will be moving here next month, too!

The Maxwell is home. Even in the beginning, everything about applying and moving was so smooth. Now we’ve been here for 5 months and are still as in love with the place as the first day we walked in. All of the staff is so nice and friendly. They are all always prompt with responding to questions and service requests. The amenities are phenomenal and the location is perfect and peaceful. We’ve made friends here. No place is perfect, but this has become a wonderful little first home for us.

It has been 1 year since I moved into The Maxwell and I want to add that I am still very very happy here!!!! If you are looking for the ultimate experience in apartment living you need to move here!!! The entire staff including maintenance and my neighbors are wonderful!!! I have lived in apartments my entire adult life (which is has been 57 years) and this is the BEST community I have ever lived in...again, I say this after one year!!!! They go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction and Rachel, Rachelle, Bailey, Patrick and his crew deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service!!Anyone who wants to complain about this community/staff needs to move somewhere else. Sure things happen but that is out of the staffs control.Staff, I LOVE YOU!!!! :-))))From the moment I walked in the door Rachel (Assistant Manager) made feel very at home and excited! When I entered model I was stunned...absolutely stunned!!! I have NEVER seen an apartment like this before...it looks straight out of Architectural Digest Magazine (where I used to work). I need a very large kitchen and WOW...all I can say is WOW!! And if my excitement wasnt already at its peak I saw the bathrooms...another big WOW!!!! Rachel gave me the best tour. Needless to say I submitted my application as soon as we went back to the leasing office. Rachel and Rachel are both extremely wonderful and truly CARE about this community...something I have had a difficult time encountering. I have been working with Taiah Bay for a few weeks now getting ready for my move. She has been super quick at helping me out and responding to my questions and emails. She came in on her day off (i moved 11/25/2022) to make sure I had everything I needed to move in. I very much appreciate this and the dedication.This is a 4 star review only for 2 real reasons. The distance from the parking garage to my elevator to my apartment is a pain when moving anything. I have no real clue how vistors get in without us using key fobs which is a love hate thing. Love because the security is amazing, hate because I have to trek and find out where they are outside the building with no real defined markings (maybe add something to make it easier for guests to navigate the closest entrance to where they want to be).

Everything is great and the office staff is extremely amazing and very helpful. One negative is that we were promised a $200 gift card when we moved in and it’s been around four months and we still have not received it after speaking with them multiple times they said it should take around 60 days for us to receive an email to redeem it but still nothing. We hope this can be resolved soon. Overall we are extremely happy living here at the Maxwell!!

She works in the leasing office and for the past several months, shes been handling the entire customer service portion alone and I dont know how she does it, but anything and everything you ask of her, she gets it done. Shes always smiling, pleasant and cheerful. I can not say enough good things about my time here at The Maxwell. Lincoln Properties broke the mold with this community. Obviously the property is stunning and the apartment homes are finished out beautifully. However, what sets this community apart is the staff in the front office. Rachel (Assistant Manager) has always provided an open line of communication and support when needed. Thank you to Rachel and the entire staff at The Maxwell!I highly recommend!

I was one of the first 15 or so renters on this property and have enjoyed it so much, I maxed out my renewal lease for 18 months. The property is kept clean, there is little riff-raff (noise or partiers), and (I cannot stress this one enough) the front office and maintenance staff are TOP OF THE LINE. I live on the first floor, so I have a unique set-up of the 13 foot ceilings, etc. It is the coolest apartment I have ever lived in, well worth the pricetag to me. This complex is first-rate.

Since Greystar took over management last year, The Maxwell has seen a huge improvement! There were definitely some challenges at first, but the new community manager, Jay, has done an incredible job turning things around. He was able to address issues quickly and has made a real difference in the community.The entire office team—Jay, Tina, and Cece—are all fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents.The new maintenance crew is also amazing. They respond quickly, get the job done right, and keep everything running smoothly.Overall, The Maxwell has become a great place to live, and it’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!
