Super excited to live at the Markson! The staff was super friendly and professional. They kept open communication threw the process ! Cynthia and Yvette went out of there way to make sure the application process was easy .They always made sure to keep us updated threw the application process ! The customer service was beyond amazing ! Thank you again for the wonderful experience

Management is absolutely amazing, Ms. Benavides went above & beyond for my son & i when we moved in. It doesn’t matter how amazing the actual unit is, if management isn’t any good neither is the place.The actual apartment has a cool layout & modern but above all it’s clean & well maintained. (Shout out to the maintenance man)!!!

My husband and I moved into these apartments in October and we love them. The office manager Yvette is super sweet and understanding. The apartments are in a super convenient location with a short commute to work. Our maintenance guy Alex has always been quick and speedy with repairs. He is always nice and professional. This place is perfect for our little family.

Update two years later 2023: I have been living here for two years now and still the staff is STILL SO GREAT.... maintenance is speedy and the guys have been so caring and thoughtful...... Its close to IH10 with quick connection to I35.... 410 is only 3 miles down San Pedro and HEB is only a few blocks away..... Its been a little heaven for me, unfortunately I have to move to go take care of an ailing relative and I DONT wanna leave my apt so i asked them to add me to the wait list for when I come back eventually. I rarely hear my neighbors from side to side RARELY great sound proofing, I am a little hard of hearing and keep my TV loud and Ive asked my neigbors if they hear it and they dont. We do hear the traffic outside the windows at times, and the businesses across the street if facing the road but its tolerable.... I just hope the more people that live here, respect the property better and help take care of this little gem, and oh,,, did I mention the convenient elevator, great for my old bones.two years ago Sept 2021:I am so excited to be living here, waiting for my move in date and I cant thank the two wonderful ladies Cynthia and Yvette enough......they kept me posted each step of the way and are the most caring folks...... Extremely helpful, professional, yet fun and informative...... Im sure once I get moved in it wont stop there.....I feel so lucky I happened upon The Markson by accident.......or was it!!!.....Thanks girls.... If it wasnt for the covid stuff Id give you big unprofessional hugs.

This apartment is very nice. Alex the maintenance man comes through for us every time we have a problem he’s the best & Yvette is the best also! Very affordable & looks luxurious

Beautiful on the outside the receptionary is beautiful. The downside is the year and a half waiting list. The upside it is the staff was incredibly nice.
