Office staff is really friendly, as well as there maintenance crew. They have a golf simulator, pool table, lounge room, sky terrace & a pool as well. The movie theater is across the street as well as a shopping center.

If I could rate this apartment complex a 100 stars I would. The maintenance guy at this apartment complex truly is dedicated to keeping the property in top-notch condition. Whether its fixing a small issue, cleaning up the grounds, or handling unexpected repairs, hes always on it. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in every corner of the property. The attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything runs smoothly really stands out. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the living environment like he does. Always friendly, professional, and hardworking — he really makes this place feel like home. Highly recommended this property its maintained, and has a great location, with outstanding amenities.

The community is well-kept and quiet, for it is in a shopping center. The front desk staff, Kacey and Angelica, and the maintenance team are always helpful. From the moment I toured to being a resident for over half a year, they always said hi and make small talk. The maintenance staff is super responsive and fixes things with quality in mind. Amenities are always kept clean in my experience and if something is broken, it gets fixed quickly.

I’ve been a resident at The Mark going on for a year now. I’m not one to typically give reviews, but as of recently the maintenance crew has been super helpful. I was struggling with my washer and dryer as they were both giving me problems. There were two incidents. The first incident I called Andres who was the guy on call and he came right away and fixed my washer ASAP. On second occasion I had Brayan come help and explain the dryer was moisture sensor. Just like that these two guys went out of their way and did their job efficiently!

I would highly recommend these apartment complex’s there super nice and well kept , very very clean. The Maintenance man Juan Martinez is amazing and he is doing a very great job keeping everything maintained and when I need help of any kind he’s always so nice and willing to help me. He helped me out with some furniture and helped me with a couple other things and he’s doing a great job. Good Job 👏

I have been living here for 4 years and it’s been the best apartment I have lived in my life. About maintenance the overall it is excellent. One worker named was Andres, he is very helpful and a hard worker.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex since November of 2023 and have 0 complaints about this place. I love how quick the maintenance guys are when there’s an emergency, they’ll come quick and solve whatever problem is going on. The people at the office are very helpful and always willing to answer any questions you have.

I love living at The Mark. The location is the best for all around activities. I have used the clubhouse and the Sky Terrace for parties. The fitness center is conveniently open all hours. I needed covered parking and The Mark has a large parking garage. I have a dog that loves living here too. We take many walks around the property multiple times a day. The complex provides doggie bags and disposal canisters all around the property exterior. Plus treats in the office! An elevator was a must for me and The Mark has 3. I like my apartment. Coming from a house was a slight adjustment but this space is close to the same size. My only complaint would be more drawers in the kitchen (there are lots of cabinets) and newer vinyl flooring. The carpeted bedrooms were new. People could be more responsible for their pets messes. The complex provides what is needed but not everyone is considerate of others. That is out of the complexs control unless they install cameras. Which I am okay with. The maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. Casey and Angelica in the office are great!

Love love love the staff here at the property. I’ve lived here for four years and love the interior of the apartment and the covered parking is amazing when it’s raining! The maintenance team is amazing and so helpful! They’re always quick to respond and consistently exceed my expectations and the front office staff always helps me out with any questions I have :)

My dog and I love living at The Mark! Angelica was helpful from the moment I walked into the leasing office. She has been friendly and attentive every time something is needed. Casey, Juan, and Andres have been nothing but amazing since I’ve lived here. Juan has fixed every issue in my apartment.My dog and I love all the staff at The Mark and I know they’re doing their best every day!My only concerns are with the maintenance (NOT the maintenance staff) and upkeep especially landscaping, however that seems like a higher level management issue, not with the property management. They’re wonderful.Thank you to the staff!

My partner and I have been here about three years now and don’t have any complaints. The maintenance is awesome, super prompt, professional and knows exactly how to fix everything. You could totally tell she loved The Mark, and that got me excited too because its clear they take good care of where you live.The apartment she showed me was super cool. It had this open vibe that let in tons of sunlight. The little touches were top-notch – neat quartz countertops and fancy stainless steel appliances that scream high-end.If you want a spot thats got the San Antonio buzz but is still your own chill retreat, hands-down, go for The Mark.The bedrooms were all about chill vibes and had heaps of closet space.What really got me was the smart home stuff and having your own parking spot – it just felt exclusive and safe.Plus, the area around The Mark is super sweet. Youve got little shops, places to grab a bite, and cool spots to check out, all just a stroll away. Its like the best of both worlds – convenience and fancy living in one spot.Wrapping it up, cruising through that apartment at The Mark was way beyond what I thought it would be. Hello, I have been a resident here at The Mark for a little over 3 years. The Mark is aesthetically pleasing with all the amenities you need in an Apartment community. But I am writing this review today because the office under the new leadership of Jennifer Miller has gone above and beyond any of the staff they have previously had in the past three years. They are attentive, positive, and make myself and my family feel at home living here. Honestly, it takes a lot for me to sit down and write a review. So for me to be doing this reflects the superb customer service Jennifer and her staff exude every day. At the end of the day, all the Apartment nowadays have the bells and whistles with all the amenities you want. What separates them is the office staff. And this new office staff definitely make The Mark the place to live.

I’ve been living here for 6months! What I like about this apartment is the gym, pool, the maintenance people like Ernan and Luiz. Amber at front desk is always helpful and very informative. Right now there’s a lot of construction from the snovid but the management are trying to keep everything organized as much as possible. The location is great and close to a lot of establishments.

I LOVE this place so much. I’ve lived here for two years now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The front office employees are helpful and super nice. Serena is my go to person since she is very friendly and helpful. I have yet to have a single issue since moving here. Never have had a pest, trash, etc. complaint. A lot of the residents here are really nice as well. Overall, this complex is very neat and is willing to help out any resident in need. I’ve made two referrals so far and they love living here as well!

I lived at The Mark from May 2020 - June 2021. During my time here I had no pest issues or problems with any maintenance request being fulfilled. Parking is tight, but adequate as well. This building complex gives an open feeling to the environment while also making you feel safe with the cameras and locked gate access. I noticed that when something broke in the building the maintenance department had things working pretty fast.My best compliments go to the entire landscape crew as they continually did amazing work. I had a poolside view and it truly was nice to see each week how they took ownership of the cleanliness and landscaping care.I also want to recognize Heather in the leasing office. I had a few personal issues come up towards the end of my lease and after. She listened to my 2 situations and was able to help provide solutions to accommodate my needs when not necessarily having too.Thank you all for helping with my stay at The Mark

I am impressed by the great work they are doing here at the Mark. I have enjoyed living here for the past two years and could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay. The front desk staff are consistently kind and supportive. When the great winter storm Uri left her mark here, the maintenance staff went above and beyond by working days and nights to fix things that had been damaged. The front desk staff provided all of the essentials for us to weather the storm. If you are looking for an apartment that is both comfortable and accommodating, I strongly recommend the Mark.

After researching for months for the best apartment complex we decided to have a tour at The Mark. We were extremely happy with their staff and the apartments are really nice. I have lived here for the past 3 months and i have nothing but appreciation with all the people that work here. All their staff is extremely nice and friendly. Having a GARAGE was one of the reasons I moved here. I dont have to worry about rain or hail. The apartments are new so being first time renter on my apartment was a big plus.

This is an amazing place to live, staff is also amazing. They make sure any issues we have are taken care of. The staff also spends lots of time planning different events for the apartment such as wine for the residents every other Wednesday. You also can’t beat all the amenities that come with the apartment. Such as the pool which is nice and relaxing due to residents not being able to play music extremely loud.

These apartments are so nice! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and even a wine cooler! The bedrooms are spacious and can fit my queen size bed and dresser! Kristen is sweet, polite, and attentive. You can actually see that she is listening. Mandy is busy getting things done and ready to address your concerns. Omar is behind the scenes tending to guests, the books, and never too busy to greet you and potential residents. The Property Manager, Gabriella, is on top of things and obviously cares about her staff because they all show pride in their job!FACT: Residents make The Mark a home.FACT: The location is ideally situated. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and specialty stores. The movie theater across the road is perfect for entertainment.OPINION: You’d be remiss not making The Mark at Huebner Oaks your home.

I have lived here since the end of February. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have almost daily contact and am impressed. The apartment is lovely. My neighbors are always friendly. I left my last appartment due to extremely poor management. It too was a lovely appartment but the quality of the staff makes all the difference. Would highly recommend the Marks.

Peaceful ambience. Walk to the movies, shopping center or the private trail. Food trucks arrive almost every week. The key fob access is needed for most entrances and garage so if you’re a single parent or enjoy privacy, that’s a plus. It’s down the road from Fiesta Texas and a straight shot downtown. 🤌🏻👏🏻

This is the Gold Standard for what apartments should be. The owners are not some big company that has lost touch with the “little things” matter philosophy. The management and staff almost make you feel like family. From the stainless steel high end appliances to the built in wine cooler in every unit to the quality of the finishes, the people behind The Mark brand have appointed each apartment home like they would be building a luxury home. I have been a resident for four months. I love Wine Wednesday and activities with prizes for the residents. I have seen the SAPD officers patrolling in the parking garage. The location is the best part of living here since the movie theater is across the street and restaurants and shops are next door. My favorite staff member is Omar because all my maintenance requests are processed immediately and his communication is great. The Mark has great move-in perks.

I was a resident from April 2018 - 2019. Great staff but the property manager sucks. She never does anything on time or as promised. When moving out I hadn’t had my dog for the last two months because he passed away. Immediately I went PHYSICALLY to the offfice to tell them not to charge pet rent. I was given an OK but was still charged. I was in Californua for a month and called to let them know. I was told it would be taken care of. Got my final statement and no reimbursement was made. She then asked for a death certificate for my dog to prove he wasnt living there ?!?ARE YOU SERIOUS? I myself even came back to live at home for the following months bc I had gotten a new job. She’s ridiculous.They’ll charge you for every dig right away but can’t credit me back that???If you have internal problems goodluck getting them fixed.However, I would still recommend this apartment for the location, staff, gym, and parking garage.

They are amazing looking apartments. The amenities are really nice and the golf simulator is nice and fun. Worth leading here! The team is so friendly as well, especially Sydney. Thank you!

What can I say, the staff is extremely courteous and respectful to all tenants. Very professional and helpful. I have enjoyed living here tremendously. Great facilities and a PERFECT location. I definitely recommend this place.

If you want to get yourself into a new place, I would definitely suggest The Mark! It’s an amazing community and staff .. I would highly suggest to talk to Amanda, she is amazing! She really helped me out with fitting my needs and made me feel right at home!

THANK YOU TO BRAYAN FROM THE MAINTENANCE STAFF FOR COMING TO THE RESCUE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 11 45PM WHEN MY AC STOPPED AND THE THERMASTST WENT BLANK. IM IN A WHEELSHAIR AND HAVE SEVERE ASTHMA SO IT MUST STAY COOL IN MY APT SO I CAN BREATHE ESPECIALLY WHILE SLEEPING. HE KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO TO GET THE AC BACK ON AND FOLLOWED UP ON SUNDAY MORNING TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING AND I WAS OK, BC IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, THANK YOU SOO MUCH BRAYAN!
