Ive been very pleased with the customer service Ive received at The Margo. Ive had experience with Greystar Management in the past and they always hire top notch people who care. This team is no exception! They are clearly dedicated and never hesitate to assist me. Truly, Im already enjoying this community and my apartment! Its very functional and the storage space is incredible. I appreciate details like the two-tone cabinets and deep drawers, not to mention the giant island, which makes me smile! To top it off, my neighbor made me cookies as a warm welcome, so I couldnt be more pleased with my community experience!

The Margo is incredible! Ive lived at the Margo since August 2021. I spent two years in an amazing two-bedroom and then upgraded to a stunning 3-bedroom that is massive. Not only are the floor plans and finishes incredible, so are the amenities! I also cant say enough good things about the team who run The Margo. They are highly professional and efficient in all they do. I would highly recommend The Margo to anyone looking for a new home. Whether you are single, a couple, or a couple with kids, you cant go wrong at this place! Id reach out to Tessa or Millie for a tour and to check availability. I have worked mostly with them and they are five-star all the way.

I would like to share my experience with The Margo and one of their staff members Cecily Hinojosa!! The minute I walked through the door she made me feel welcome and comfortable with the rental process. She is a true professional with excellent communication skills and a kindness that goes unmatched. It’s a pleasure working with her and the rest of the staff. I went on a tour with Cecily last week and she was an amazing tour guide! The building is beautiful and although I chose to rent at another property I would definitely consider The Margo in the future, solely based on my interaction with Cecily. She was so warm, welcoming, funny and informative throughout my tour. She answered all my questions with ease and even followed up in an email later when she heard I had some concerns. Overall, I left the property feeling like I made a new friend! If you decide to tour The Margo, request to tour with Cecily!

I wanted to publicly thank the maintenance department at the Margo. They recently helped me get a new storage unit in my building and did an amazing job! They made sure the storage area was clean and keyed the lock the same as my apartment within minutes. Also, they keep the building looking great at all times. Thank you very much!!!!!

I really love to live here. Neighbors are nice and all areas are enjoyable. My daughter love the pools and all the amenities. Hallways are always clean and smelling so good. But management needs to be more organized with contract renewal. Also some of them need to be more friendly and SMILE to residents. Customer service needs to improve.Tina es so sweet and always help with our questions and necessities.Maintenance team is amazing, we love the fact that as soon as we submit a request they are here right away to fix it. We love The Margo as our home.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities and available units, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. There are pros and cons living in any apartment community, however I LOVE living here at the Margo. Dina was an amazing to work with & the maintenance staff are also outstanding. Aside from the idiots racing through the parking garage, I have no complaints & definitely recommend this property.

I have stayed with Margo ever since April 2024. I have experienced the management under both the Gables and the Greystar.I was extremely satisfied with the service provided with Greystar. The front office was extremely diligent and considerate in working with me while extending a short term lease and more so when vacating the unit.They helped me with managing my mover reservation,elevators and the whole check out process.I would greatly recommend the Apartment to anyone looking for high end apartment life

This is a beautiful apartment in Frisco. We stayed here for a couple of months when we moved to Dallas and our experience was wonderful. The maintenance of the apartment is good. There is spacious parking available at all levels. The neighbourhood is safe and you will enjoy taking a stroll.

Ive been living here for quite some time now, and I can honestly say that it has been an amazing experience so far! The maintenance crew is diligent about keeping everything in good condition and, most importantly, clean. The management team is exceptionally friendly and proactive in solving any issues. Overall, its a environment externally and internally and I recommend this property to any one in search.

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with a management company by far. Had to deal with an issue and ended up talking to Crystal (manager) in the office and she was wonderful. Resolved my issue. Really cared for my personal situation and showed so much concern. A wonderful lady. Ever since this property has switched to Grey Star management I’ve had no complaints. They always go above and beyond to help with any issues with my apartment and/or maintenance request. The grounds are always clean and very appealing. I love living here. 5 stars worth every star.

My time at this apartment was truly enjoyable, and I even renewed my lease twice. The staff were helpful, addressing issues like loud neighbors, maintenance, and leasing. The leasing process was smooth, and their understanding made it a positive experience. The place was consistently clean, and the amenities added to the overall comfort. I would have gladly extended my stay if circumstances allowed. Highly recommend for a great living experience.

***I want to make a note I wrote this review before I knew GreyStar took over, I can’t speak much on they will operate this building however Gables did an amazing job!***Honestly I have no idea why the reviews are super low for this place. My roomate and I spent a 15 month lease at this place and for the most part, we enjoyed it.Robin is an absolute saving grace, anytime we encountered an issue she was the first person we went to. She really made us feel at home and we had a strong connection to her from the start.There were a few cons Id like to share (Like any apartment) when we first signed we were really sold on the resident events, but that was short lived. The first event host was pregnant and left on leave, so it took several months to get a new one, and that couple was also short lived, only doing maybe 6-8 resident events total. They started off strong but just faded out. Not sure if that was via the apartment life company or the actual apartment not wanting to provide that amenity to us anymore.The apartments are a little on the pricier side but youre in Frisco plus we really enjoyed the decor and color scheme, I am actually taking inspo for my future home. We lived on the 4th floor in the middle hallway of the building so we never encountered the dog poop/pee, the smoke smell, the loud noise that is mentioned in many reviews, maybe we were just lucky.The structure and parking lines def need work in the garage, again we lived on the 4th floor so finding a spot was not hard but when it would rain/hail trying to get into a space under the garage was very hard due to the structure.We also did not like when they combined the leasing agents from Maxwell and the Margo, they actually ended up taking a private resident room to use as an office space for someone new. I feel they should have sent something to the residents introducing the agents.Other than the minor details, we enjoyed our time at The Margo. We would have renewed but my roommate and I thought it was best to go our seperate ways and again it was a little over budget for 1 person to stay however I would recommend this place to be your home! :)

My wife and I moved here a few months ago and we have had the best experience! The location is superb, but the staff is the real reason that we have had such a wonderful experience! Joyce, Dina, Robyn, and the whole maintenance team are the best and have truly made The Margo feel like home for us! Even our Golden Retriever loves it here! Our apartment is beautiful and spacious, the common areas are well maintained and functional, and the atmosphere is so inviting. We are so happy that we chose The Margo!

We love living at The Margo so much! My husband and I have been here for a number of months now and we can’t sing their praises enough! Joyce, Dina, & Robyn in the leasing office are the sweetest group of ladies who genuinely care for us as residents. They are helpful, kind, and a joy to be around! Any time we have to submit a maintenance request, the maintenance team is prompt and efficient! The atmosphere at The Margo is second to none. Well kept, friendly, and inviting! We are so blessed to live here!

Ive seen some of the reviews here that say the management is terrible. I have to say that Ive never had a better experience with an apartment management team! Super friendly, quick response to my needs and great follow-up. The apartments are beautiful, energy efficient (cant believe how reasonable my utilities bills are), and the amenities are first class, including fitness classes! I give them 4.5 stars! The only reason Im not giving them a 5-star is because the garage spaces are a little small for my truck, but on a positive note, spaces are always available.I love living here!

I am so excited for my upcoming move! Joyce has been so accommodating since I initially viewed the apartments at The Margo. The property is beautiful and she is very professional.I could not be happier with my choice to live at The Margo. I have consistently received the best residential support services from the team- Joyce, Dina and Robyn.The office staff as well as the maintenance crew (Dee and Jr.) are friendly and helpful- my concerns are submitted and handled in a reasonable time.

I must admit, I fell in love with The Margo during my FIRST visit. I really wanted to cancel my other tours; however, I did my due diligence and still selected The Margo.Dina, my Leasing Professional, was phenomenal to work with. She responded promptly to ALL of my questions and assisted me through the application and moving process. Superb professionalism.I had a some travel issues on move in day and Dina and Robyn assisted my son with the move-in process. I’m very grateful for their kindness. THANK YOU!!!

My wife and I have been here about 18 months and we have loved it so far! The building and amenities are nice, and we haven’t had any major issues. The indoor parking garage is super convenient, the location of the complex is near a lot of fun places, and there is no less than 3 pools you can choose to swim at.The apartment also has multiple events each month to build community. These events include food from local businesses, pool parties, etc. My wife and I have really loved these event as they really make the apartment community feel more fun and welcoming. The couple that runs the events are very kind as well.

My wife and I drove an hour to Frisco from Fort Worth to tour apartments since I am being relocated. We had a pretty long list, but that was not necessary after walking in to The Margo. It was the first apartment complex on our list and we knew as soon as we walked into the unit that we have found our new home. Trey was fabulous with the tour and super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The apartment decor, and styles sell the units itself, but the superb service is what really got me to make this complex our home. Can’t wait to move in!!!

My wife and I have been looking for an apartment for 3 months now and have toured over 15 complexes. We just so happen to be in the Frisco area and popped in to add to our never ending list. As soon as we stepped foot into the unit we knew we were going to move forward with an application. The amenities were great, the property was clean, the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located for us. On top of all that, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Happy to be living at The Margo!

After one conversation with her (over the phone) I wanted to give her a giant hug because she was that awesome. She was/is so helpful, genuine and caring. My wife surprised me with this amazing apartment. She came to Dallas to visit and fell in love with Frisco and The Margo. She found a wonderful apartment here for her mom and unbeknownst to me she had got us our forever home here too. So once she convince me that we should sell our home in Houston and retire in Dallas (6 months later), I was all in. She had me thinking that I was going to her mom apartment to fix something and as I walk though the door I was confused, I was like this is a different place and that’s when they all said Welcome Home. That is a understatement. This has been awonderful experience thus far. I will say at first I was nervous about the move because we were selling our 2nd home we built that had everything we wanted, I just knew an apartment couldn’t match. She got the biggest 3/3 and it is truly amazing. My mother in law call it a house in the sky. If you want quality and quantity this is the best lace to be. Welcome to The Margo

Jorge gave us a fantastic tour showing us all the wonderful amenities and many different floor plans so we could make the best decision on what was right for us. Definitely would recommend! The moment that my husband and I walked into the Margo, we both knew this would be our new home. The property is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located for my husband and I. Joyce has been phenomenal from the time of the showing and throughout the process of us moving from another state to here. The staff in general at The Margo have been fantastic! My apartment is so nice. I absolutely love the Color scheme, and the fixtures they did an amazing job putting this place together. Very unique…I’m not in town that often but I absolutely love it my 1 bedroom❤️The office staff is AMAZING!! When I first came in to look I went across the street to their sister property The Maxwell and I hate to say it but they just seemed annoyed…like I had some nerve to walk in without an appointment. So I walked across the street to the Margo. The two gentlemen at the front desk Nyjul and I think Michael were more than eager to answer any questions that I had. I was able to see an apartment and once I saw it I was sold. First off because of how welcoming they were, and second the apartment was just beautiful. I really love that they do 3 events a month. And they are some good events not just some cheap grab and gos. They put some time and effort into them.❤️Nyjul was my leasing agent and he was great.🤗 I changed my mind on which apartment I wanted multiple times, and I had so many questions. He was just so quick to respond each time I sent an email. Just so great, and every time I called up there even if Nyjul wasn’t in office everyone was so friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have had.The only complaint I have is the payment system. I have never had an apartment where I had to sign up to pay through my bank account. Even after signing up I still can’t get it to take it out through it. And there is a service fee to use your debit card. I shouldn’t have to EVER pay to pay my rent🙄

We have had a great experience at The Margo, we have lived here for 8 months ! Anytime we have had a problem with anything in our apartment we have turned our request in and they have taken care of whatever it is within 12 hours. The cleaning crew is fabulous, keeping the elevator clean and carpets vacuumed.

Update 08/16/2023: after a bit of back and forth calls with Gables they did have the courtesy to resolve my issue so updating stars.Update 08/13/2023: been here for about 2 years now and honestly dont be fooled by the nice lobby area. This place is ready to stab you in the back any moment. They give you unreasonable rent increases. Then the Gables customer service is a joke. Gables claims on their websites and marketing materials that they value relationships and the experience of their partners and residents. Yet they treat you unkindly and inhumanly when you ask for help. They show no understanding nor willingness to help. I requested a call from a manager and Instead someone named Sherry from Gables CCC left a voicemail saying my request is denied. No understanding whatsoever.*** Original review below ***We really like living here. Its a beautiful property and Joyce from the front office is always so attentive, friendly and professional

These apartments are gorgeous. The entry and main area are so beautifully decorated! I am very picky when it comes to designs and really tried to find a modern apartment with white kitchen cabinets and gold details. This was one of very few apartments I could find with my style. Jorge was extremely knowledge, patient and helpful in showing me around and answering all questions.

I am new to the area and was visiting a friend who is a current resident here. She raved about living here and from the moment you walk in, you feel like you are in a boutique hotel. I stopped by the leasing office and spoke w/Steven on my way out. He gave me a tour of a few of the units and was super accommodating from the start. I looked at several properties around Frisco and ended up coming back to look AGAIN and Steven was there to help. He has been responsive and patient with all my questions and goes the extra mile. Thank you for making my experience and move an easy transition! As for the property, it is beautiful and well kept-close to the DNT.

I was torn between the Margo and another complex. This property is extremely beautiful, luxurious, modern and tastefully furnished. The interior décor is hands-down the best I had seen during my search.. I was captivated the moment I walked in. I didnt end up leasing with the Margo because the other complex was located in a business and busy district, which I preferred as a single lady. Also, I want to appreciate Nyjul Mckeel for his patience with my indecisiveness...Lol.. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he gave me a very detailed tour of the property on my first visit. If you looking for a beautiful apartment in the burbs, look no further than The Margo Frisco!!!
