Living at The Ludlow Apartments in Plano has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with top-notch appliances and beautiful finishes. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways.What truly makes The Ludlow stand out is the amazing staff. Vicki and Mallory have been so friendly and helpful, making the move-in process seamless and always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The entire team is professional, responsive, and always a pleasure to interact with.I highly recommend The Ludlow Apartments for anyone looking for a top-tier living experience in Plano! -

Before living at The Ludlow, I had such horrible experiences at other complexes. Once I stepped foot in the Ludlow I was extremely impressed and immediately felt at home. The property is always clean, beautifully decorated, and the amenities are so nice. However, one thing that really makes it extra amazing to me is the staff. Everyone I have talked to has been extremely nice and helpful but especially Ationna Wiggins and Emily George. They both helped me with the tour and move in process and it was my first time signing a lease so I had a lot of questions and they answered every single one while being so friendly. Since moving in, every time I see them they say hello and ask me how I am even if they are giving a tour etc. It truly makes such a positive difference in my living experience. I feel welcome and safe and know that they will help me happily with any issue I may have which is amazing. I have never experienced this with other complexes. I can tell they are truly kind people inside and outside the workplace. Also, the things like the bagel and yogurt bar, hot coco bar, wrapping station are AMAZING! The staff goes above and beyond for their residents like nothing I have ever seen before. I have only lived here for a little over a month but so far I could not recommend The Ludlow more! -

The Ludlow is great with excellent amenities, and the staff really makes a difference. They hosted a wonderful holiday party that was a fun and thoughtful touch with gifts for residents :). Big thanks to them for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic place to live. -

I am relocating and the search for an apartment on a limited time schedule has been difficult. The staff here have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to squeeze me in for appointments to tour and go over availability. Vicki has been especially out going and answered all my questions. Plus who doesn’t love a kitchen like this? I am so excited for my move in day! -

Updated 10/2024 - After my initial review in August, Vicki immediately reached out to address our concerns. We arranged a meeting to discuss the issues in more detail, and she was understanding about the previous lack of communication, billing issues, and noise complaints. Since then, communication with all tenants has been excellent, and the billing issues have been resolved. They’ve informed us that they are in the process of hiring a security guard to monitor the grounds in the evenings, which should help reduce noise disturbances. Were hopeful to see this position filled soon. Thanks to the efforts of the dedicated staff and considerate residents, the community has continued to maintain its luxury standards. They’ve recently started expanding next door, and it’s exciting to watch the progress. Construction noise is minimal and only occurs during the day. We’re optimistic that The Ludlow will continue to stand out as one of Plano’s top apartments!Original review 08/2024 - The property is beautiful, and the amenities are great; however, there has been a notable lack of communication from management. Since our move-in a month ago, we have encountered multiple issues. On the day we moved in, we discovered that the service elevator was out of order. Despite learning from others that it had gone down a day or two earlier, management did not inform tenants, placing us in a difficult situation on moving day. This resulted in extended moving times and higher costs for movers. A simple email letting tenants know it was down would have provided us the opportunity to reschedule our move. Additionally, when one of our couch pieces couldnt fit into the regular elevator, management instructed us to leave it in the package room until the service elevator was back up. Despite checking daily, we were surprised to find the couch missing one evening, even though the elevator remained non-functional. The maintenance team informed us the next morning that they had moved the couch to another location and intended to dispose of it later that day, as they were unaware of its ownership—a further instance of poor communication.Regarding noise complaints, prior to selecting our unit, I expressed concerns about potential noise issues associated with a pool-facing location. Repeated assurances were provided that no noise complaints had been received and that strict quiet hours began at 10pm. However, this not the case as there have been several occasions when individuals were in the pool well past 10pm, including multiple instances past midnight, causing enough noise to disturb my sleep even with using earplugs. Despite sending multiple emails regarding this issue, management has not taken corrective action.Lastly, a billing issue arose where I was charged a $500 pet fee for my ESA, despite having provided proper documentation prior to moving in. While I understand errors can occur, I find it frustrating that it fell to me to identify and resolve this issue, particularly given that I had already submitted the necessary paperwork and mentioned it during the move in process.These issues could be easily resolved by management, and I am optimistic that improvements will be implemented to enhance the living experience for all tenants. -

Beautiful place to live in, fancy amenities, friendly staff. Brand new appliance and lots of floor plan options for different needs. The location is great as it’s close to both Central Express Way and George Bush Turnpike. Also, who doesn’t love free covered parking (especially necessary in summer!), 10 free cups of coffee every month and bagels every Wednesday! -

As one of the first 20 residents at The Ludlow, I can confidently say my experience here has been superior. The office staff is trustworthy, kind, and always seeking opportunities to improve my living experience. I personally worked with Ationna and had a phenomenal leasing experience. Maintenance is quick, efficient and so kind/joyful - Bryan always puts a smile on my face! The amenities at this property are top tier - especially if you WFH and/or love the gym like myself. The apartment itself is far superior to any of the luxury high rises I rented while living in Dallas. I recommend looking at their Instagram account to see updated photos and resident events. Could not recommend this property enough! -

From the moment I arrived for my tour to the day I decided to move to The Ludlow, Ationna has made my experience amazing! I had already applied for 2 other apartments but decided on The Ludlow because of Ationnas professional customer service! Even though its further out than the other units, customer service means a lot to me and this place has it! Thank you, Ationna!The place is gorgeous and has everything I could want AND need! Its the only complex Ive ever seen that has a garage for moving trucks, which is brilliant! The breezeway space really does have a nice breeze which should help during those hot TX summers Ive been told about. The gym is spectacular and was a major selling point for me too. Also, I love that the owners are out of Cali and I just moved from Cali. Go tour, youll love it! -

Brand new apartment complex. Very clean, well-organized spaces. Nice pool area. The amenity of this apartment is on point, they hav everything here such as golf simulator, pool, table tennis and many more! Staff here are so nice and helpful. -

Thorough and Impressive Walkthrough!I recently had a walkthrough of The Ludlow Apartment Complex with Mallory, and it was truly an enlightening experience! Right from the start, Mallory was punctual and well-prepared, offering me a detailed brochure of the property.The apartment itself was a gem - clean, well-maintained, and the layout was just as depicted in the promotional photos. What I appreciated the most was how Mallory took the time to highlight both the features and amenities of the apartment, as well as the broader community.I was particularly taken by the openness of the kitchen dining room area and the abundance of natural light it received. The ample storage options were a delightful bonus. The crisp and clean aesthetics truly stood out, and the built-in desk and cabinets perfectly complemented the overall design, seamlessly tying everything together.Mallory was kind enough to give me a detailed overview of the local neighborhood, pointing out the best spots to grab a coffee and the convenient nearby shopping areas. She was super patient with my myriad of questions and consistently provided insightful answers.All in all, this walkthrough was comprehensive, informative, and undoubtedly influenced my decision-making. If the quality of the tour is any indication of what its like to live here, Im genuinely excited about the possibility of calling Ludlow my new home. -
