I really enjoy living at The Kathryn! It feels like a luxury community for sure! The amenities are amazing, especially the pool! The thing I love the most about The Kathryn is all the events that the ApartmentLife team puts on. Last week there was a free concert, this week there will be an outdoor movie. They even do fun events like wine and paint nights and mimosa bars!

I came to Frisco from Virginia to settle my Daughter for her new job. After looking at 3 to 4 apartments I came to Kathryn, and I met the best person ever Sierra( Hope i spelled it right.) From the moment we met her to her taking us for a tour, everything she did was amazing. She helped us from looking at the apartment to helping us with the paper work. We troubled her about anything and everything with questions and how can we do it. The best part is she helped us with a smile on her face.The greatest thing was that along with helping us she was also dealing with tens of people at the same time with a smile. Hats off to her. I really appreciate her for all the help and all the effort she put in to help me and my daughter to get the apartment in time. I hope and wish that the company will give her a raise. Thank you so much Sierra for all the help.

We love Founders hall, pool & gym area.Sierra was our leasing professional & made the move-in process very easy & smooth. Maintenance responds to our request quickly & efficiently as well. Came and toured this place. Sierra was my leasing agent and was very informative & sweet. The complex was very beautiful and felt peaceful and had great amenities. I’ll definitely be applying when an apartment comes available in January! I definitely recommend this complex 👍🏻

A perfect home with awesome amenities with respect to price apartment are little bit pricey but are value for money.Before moving here we had explored multiple communities but fall in love with this one. Dont forget to ask for Jamel when you are here for community tour.Canals here make it more of an eye candy 😍

I am seeking to relocate to Texas from California and wanted to find a spacious apartment. I immediately fell in love with the floor plans at the Kathryn, but wasn’t seeking to move for a few months. However Denise was tremendously responsive and helpful by sending me videos of the plans I was interested in and keeping me updated on their availability. Many other apartment communities I contacted, either didn’t respond or told me to contact them when I’m in town. Denise was literally the only leasing agent that was willing to help me and did an outstanding job. Ultimately I decided to rent a home instead, but if I had chosen The Kathryn I’m certain I would’ve enjoyed my stay there. Thank you again Denise!

The Kathryn Leasing and Maintenance Teams are wonderful to have while living here! They are always available to help with anything (even helping with nontraditional requests)! I know that I can call, email or stop by and will be greeted with a friendly hello and with great service to complete the task at hand. Truly a full service team! Additionally, the team hosts many neighborhood events for all to stop by and grab a snack which is appreciated (and delicious)!

I wish I could give more stars, just for the front office staff alone! Starting with Andre who moved quickly to process my application and was very responsive in a timely manner. However, it is the property manger Denise who I am so thankful for overseeing the community and quickly handles, addresses, and follows up with any, issues, questions, or concerns. They both make it easy to reach them, even when they are busy doing tours! Just very thankful to be here and plan on being here for a while!

I love living over here. The office staff is amazing very informative and polite. The area is quite and the neighbors are nice. My kids can walk to school with no one bothering them. Love it. The gym is amazing as well

I know its tough out there in Texas real estate. And I know its fairly pricey to live in Frisco ... anywhere in Frisco. I feel that the value of apartment size and amenities is just about right for the current-day pricing. What sets places like this apart is maintenance & front office staff. Both are excellent these days.The only real negative is the lack of parking space. Its a heckuva challenge to find a good spot (or any spot nearby) after 6pm. No, there is no parking garage. But yes, we have lots of green space for the furries and outdoorsy types.Also there are lots of sidewalks & trails to keep the walkers, joggers, bikers and such fairly content.

I really like the location, staff & community! I refer people all the time when the opportunity presents itself, recently having one of my friends move in, and she absolutely loves it. The amenities are great, as they have 2 beautiful pools, a clubhouse & a nice workout building, along with a dog park & cute little mail building. When I have an issue, and there have only been maybe 2, they have been resolved quickly within a couple days. Id really like to give 4 1/2 stars, as the only thing that is frustrating is the parking. It has definitely gotten better, as management has been proactive about getting non-residents out of the resident parking lot via towing, as that was a huge problem. Overall, this is a place I definitely would recommend to others!

I have absolutely loved living at this property! Great layouts, fabulous neighborhood, and fantastic amenities. But above all that, the staff is unbeatable. They’ve always been incredibly professional, responsive, and super dedicated. The team members who first showed me the apartment 15 months ago are the same ones I interact with now, and they are nothing short of amazing! Tori, Angela, and Jamel have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, and they make this a perfect place to live.

It feels like the office environment has shifted. When I first came here, I didn’t feel very welcomed and didn’t feel like there was a solid knowledge of the property from the people at the desk. There was some turnover and it feels like the energy is so much better & there is laughing and joking and fun! I’m so happy for the activities they’re providing, too! KeKe was amazing in that when a package was mis-delivered, she reached out to several similar addresses to my apartment and located my package and got it to me! Great customer service! Further, maintenance here is excellent-they are quick to respond and take care of things! The only reason it’s just 4 stars is because it is taking a really long time to get the area beds mulched. It would’ve been better at beginning of summer for soil to retain the water and keep shrubs and plants in better shape, but overall, I love living here!

A truly wonderful community and beautiful area to live in Frisco. I feel so safe living here and the service at the office is exceptional, not to mention the amenities here are DEF worth the price. Edwin helped me and my husband lock our first beautiful home and was so patient and kind guiding us throughout the whole process, we truly couldn’t be more thankful. If you’re thinking of moving here you for sure won’t regret it!

Love the community and the apartment I’m currently renting. Maintenance answer your requests in a timely manner. Staff are very nice and professional. Nice neighbors and quiet community. The reasons I’m not giving five stars is because the lack of parking at night. Should have assigned parking to residents. Also there aren’t any elevators… as expensive as this place is the apt complex just come equipped with elevators.

I enjoyed living at The Kathryn and the only reason Im leaving is due to the rent increase. The staff is friendly and nice and the community is nice and quiet. I would recommend it!

I’ve been living in this community for a year now. The staff members are very friendly. The maintenance staff members are very professional. In my line of business, I have to conduct conference calls, from home, during the day. I appreciate the lack of noise. This is a very clean community. The owners did an extraordinary job planning the site. If you are considering this property, then please disregard the racist comments from “S R” aka the rude tenant below. This is a very diverse community that welcomes all nationalities. We are all working professionals with high standards. This is a family friendly community and we understand that children of all nationalities will be children and they may need correction and guidance regardless of the color of their skin. Hopefully the resident who made the racist remarks will move elsewhere. This is an amazing community. Jessica Johnson does an outstanding job coordinating events. Kudos to everyone who made positive remarks. I can guarantee that you won’t find another apartment community, in Frisco, that is as family friendly as this community. Also, kudos to Brenda, Angela and Jamel!

Since we moved in September, we are overjoyed with the personalized service and take charge attitude of the entire staff. This is a wonderful place to live and my wife and son love it here! The Founders Hall and Athletic Club is top notch, so you can cancel your gym membership because youve got it all, from pool tables, ping pong, fire pit, 2 pools situated back-to-back, a full gym with bag work, spinning cycles, free weights and the latest Elliptical machines, youll have plenty to keep yourself fit. Move here, NOW, and be a part of this exciting community! Youll love it!

This is my favorite apartment so far! Brand new stainless steel appliances and lots of storage space in my kitchen. They have a huge fitness center that has all the equipment I need and I like the fitness classes they offer twice a week. I highly recommend The Kathryn. Their staff are very helpful.

I absolutely love the community. The grounds are beautifully kept, my unit is so nice and the residents are all friendly. Unfortunately, I moved in the middle of COVID 19 so that may be a contributing factor, but I had a less than ideal experience with office staff as far as communication. I heard great things before I moved in so I hope it gets better.

Absolutely love this place! The amenities can’t be beat and are very classy! The gym is huge and they have so many activities for everyone to get involved in. The grounds are immaculate and so pretty! This whole community is just beautiful! And as far as the staff goes every single one that I’ve met has followed through with anything that I needed done and they always are welcoming and so nice!

The Kathryn – Fabulous homes with awesome amenities and campus. Fall-in love kind of the architecture and the layouts. The home finishes are modern, classy, and stylish. Loveable open spaces, grounds, Founders Hall, internal roads, curbside plantation are best of all. Bigger bathrooms, closets make the home beautiful.I moved to The Kathryn recently, a week back.1. Touring – Touring experience was awesome, fantastic. Jennifer is a professional person in the touring and marketing. Rating 5/52. Application Submission – I think The Kathryn needs an improvement here. 1) For non-residents Application form doesn’t have a facility to enter the home country when you fill out your previous employment and addresses which will be the non-USA country. 2) When it was about to add my spouse to the application it was a difficult experience. I had to submit the forms multiple times as my spouse was in her home country. So need improvement here on the process and knowledge of the person handling such applications effectively. Rating 3/5.3. About Deposits – It was informed to me by my application handler that “their suggested Deposit Bond” was the only option for deposits that sounded not suitable for me. I was trying to know other options via email too. Rating 3/5.But Mrs. Keke Hayman, a very kind and helpful nature professional, at The Kathryn allowed me to go with other suggested options which made my move-in completely easy. Rating 5/5.4. Move-in date – The very first day, I did come just to see my home. I forgot to carry my passport that day. My application handler did not allow me to see my home though I told that I just want to see my home today and will move in finally the next day with my passport. I felt helpless. Rating 2/5.Fortunately, Mrs. Keke Hayman got to know my case and wholeheartedly allowed me to see my home. She made my day. Mrs. Keke is not only a very professional personality but following the human-ethics, a problem solver, understanding the client situation. My millions of thanks to her. Rating 5/5.I am looking forward to all kinds of help/assistance, when needed, from The Kathryn until my next 15 months of stay here. Thanks!

New tenant here and agree with most reviews about parking. Its a nightmare after 8pm. I have come home late from work twice and could not find a parking spot anywhere close to my building, both front and back. The closest parking I found was across the next building and the walk was not close either.Wish this place had garage parkings or at least enforced some parking rules.
