If you’re looking for a nice apartment, I recommend the Jax. I have been here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. There is new management and they’re a lot better than past management. Maintenance is great. Requests get done the day after putting them in and 9 times out of 10, it’s done right the first time. My only complaint is that there is a roach problem that even with pest control, it doesn’t fix it all the way.

5 star review for Jerry, he’s always around cleaning up and opening the trash bins in the mornings, or closing them before a storm. I’ve lived here for 21/2 years and had work order that I was so hesitant to put in, just because my past apartments have always made tickets so hard. Jerry was in and out, he fixed everything and even noticed my door knob was missing a screw and fixed it with out me even having to ask. It’s so hot outside but I appreciate your patience and hard work thank you

Moved in recently and Chazreen was an extreme joy to work with... honestly I wasnt very happy with a few things to begin with but Chazreen listened to my list of must haves diligently and paid great attention to detail and put me in a unit that am absolutely head over heels for. She possessed excellent customer service skills and she took every step necessary to make my move in process flawless. Also not to mention this is the best maintenance team I have ever experienced at any complex I have been in out of my 8 years in san antonio. They dont hesitate with addressing work orders , and they get you taken care of quickly and are more than accommodating if they see something they know is not right in your apartment. There were things I didnt Even notice that maintenance pointed out to me while addressing other issues and he asked me to add a work order as he went to get the materials needed to fix it. All around the staff is definitely awesome. If we can just get the gate fixed honestly there would be nothing at all I could complain about.

Its not often that I stop by the office, but I did today and was beyond happy when I was greeted by the new Property Manager Stephanie. Stephanie worked at another community I lived at several years ago and I remember her always being so friendly and so helpful! I already know we are about to see some BIG changes here and for the better! Stephanie truly cares for her residents and her team, and it shows!! Neighbors, be prepared to see the changes we have all been waiting for!!

Shazreen is a great employee and so give I her 5stars for the hard work she’s put in for me and my roommate, but other than that these apartments suck and I rate them a 1. Way too overprice, the gates don’t even work and they got a huge roach problem don’t matter how much pest control comes. But I will say this, I do like the new leasing team more then the other 3 teams we’ve gone through and also I like the new maintenance as well I feel like they get things done pretty quick.

The team onsite is exceptional, always responsive and transparent. There is such a beautiful remodeled clubhouse to enjoy and professionally done exterior paint to all the buildings with modern colors. I absolutely love the new striping done throughout the entire parking in the community. The attention to detail truly sets this place apart. Grateful for the positive living experience they are providing. Keep it up!

The community is great I went in on a Saturday afternoon the young lady was busy. She was the only one there she greeted me and my family. She took care of the other people that were in there and never showed signs of frustration or seemed rushed. That says a lot of her after what we told her what we were looking for she took us on a tour showed us different units and we found what we were looking for. I have lived here less than two months and in that time I can truly attest to how unprofessional the behavior of management has been. It started when I moved in and my date was pushed back twice because the apartment was not clean. Continues today when she gave less than 24 hr notice for inspections. I work nights and had asked if I could be informed of when this would occur. I was never even given a response and then was woken up by two men trying to enter my apartment. She told me that she didnt have to inform me at all. The leasing agents are nice but the manager is inept.Also despite having a premium apartment there were many corners cut and it looks very cheap.02/2023There is new management now and they have very much improved the property. They are more responsive and caring for residents issues they may have. All the issues i experienced before left with the prior manager.

This review is mainly for the maintenance man named Fabian who really made my day so much better. He was so helpful, resourceful and down to earth. It was a blessing from God that I got the help that I got. Its not everyday you meet people like Fabian who go above and beyond what is asked of him to get the job done. The Jax really has a hidden gem in its workers like Fabian and even to the front desk workers who tour the apartments are wonderful. They all made moving in that much easier.

This morning I realize our rent went up and upon inquiring through the app they have to make paying rent easier—I noticed we’re being charged for rental insurance when we already had a policy with our insurance. Later when I went into the office to explain our situation the office manager greeted me. I showed her my insurance information and she adjusted it very simply. She is very sweet and friendly every time we speak. She also inquired if everything with the apartment was okay–asked if I had any open work orders and made sure before I left that there wasn’t anything more she could do for me.. I replied that I didn’t have any orders, but my girlfriend and I have the flooring warp in spots throughout the apartment, even comes up, and crunch when we walk over it. She immediately called to see when the carpet vendor that does the flooring for the apartment can inspect it. The vendor said she can come by the next day. I’m also very impressed with the new maintenance crewmen. They are very professional and friendly. They often say good morning to me when they drive past as I walk our dog. Every apartment properties around the city has things they deal with and what sets the Jax apart is for the home feel and the ratio between square footage and rent–this is a really great deal. We renewed our lease because we get more for the money and I feel they listen. If you’re thinking of renting here the advice I can give is to go for it. Any issues that comes up they take seriously. I’ll keep you posted on what happens with the flooring. I feel confident that everything is going to work out.

The process of applying took forever and the day of my moving they gave me the wrong apt that they had showed me. We got it solved and I moved in to an apt that was kind of ready of course I couldnt wait cause i had my stuff packed already. but the living here is nice & I feel safe knowing my car wont be broken into or anything. I Recommend living here but maybe apply a month ahead before needing to move.

She was so knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly kind. Love it here!! Let me start by saying the new management is beyond amazing. When my husband and I first looked at these apartments we were greeted by old management and did not like them. A few weeks later we got a call from new management saying there were a bunch of changes and if we would like to view a apartment. We got an awesome move in special and the staff went beyond to make sure our move was easy and simple. Next, the new renovations to the apartments are incredible. It feels more home like than just an apartment. Very cozy and big. We got all maintenance issues taken care of when we moved in and did our walk through. Only small problems that were fixed right away. We have no problems with neighbors and everyone is friendly. The pool this summer has been very relaxing. Oh and the hammocks are such a nice touch!! Thank you Jax for a great experience so far!! I only knocked off a star because the laundry facility wont take mine or my husbands credit cards for some reason so we have to go off property to do our laundry.

Ive been living here for 4 yrs, but unfortunately I am moving out. I love it here... prior management as well as maintenance staff would greet me by my name. Not to mentioned that new management is also great, especially Rachel. Lead management Salvador is on top of my work orders all the time, even if its just an a/c filter that I requested, he makes sure he meets my request within an adequate time. I never have to call twice about my work orders. Noey is also a very hard working and polite. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you for making it feel like at home.

Ive been here a little over a year, renewed a new lease because of the staff! Beatrice, Jen, Veronica are always very helpful and attentive. The maintenance team always does a great job responding quickly and leaves notes when work is done. Have only had 1 issue and when it did come up the team acted quickly and got it fixed. I live here with my two daughters and they enjoy it too. Theres always some kind of community event going on to bring the neighbors together. I recommend The Jax!

Amazing place. The front office sets up different free events for residents. Last night was a mid summer movie night and we saw Luca at the pool. Pizza, popcorn, candy, glow sticks, it was AMAZING. I even suggested an art sale event for some of the residents here who have their own small businesses. Its a beautiful gated community, maintenance is nice and caring. All the staff look out for the residents and are super friendly

This property has seen some struggle in the past with it being taken over just about three time in the past two years. The Clear Property Management company, with the Leasing office ran by Brenda Scott, has been a god send to this apartment complex. My wife and I were seriously thinking about not renewing our lease, but Brenda lead the charge to get many of the amenities fixed; such as the Pool, Access Gates, Mail room, Triligy locks, covered kids park, and the Gym. We have also seen Security drive around at nights, with the added insurance to feel safe at night. For those that are thinking about renting from here should really consider it. It has been a total 180 degrees for the better since a year ago.

I love it!I was transferred to this complex and it has been amazing! Granted Ive only been here a short amount of time but compared to the prior apartment which included 24 hour noise disturbances, and 3 years of really bad apartments before that place... This place has been impressive! Not only was the staff helpful and friendly but they made this a smooth, easy and positive move. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL! They have high ceilings, spacious rooms and a very home like feel and the complex is quiet with a very chill, friendly atmosphere.

This is a very honest review. I moved into Jax in May 2019 and till now I am loving to stay here. I chose the renovated apartment as it looked classy to me due to wooden floors and upgraded appliances and there wasnt much price difference so why not opt the better one.Things didnt go smoothly when i moved in, there were lots of things to be taken care of before the keys were handed over to me but when I complained them about it, immediately their maintenance team showed up and started taking care of my requests.My major concern was with carpets to be in room as it was shown to me in the model but when i moved in it wasnt there. I was disappointed at that time but when I complained, I was compensated for that mistake which made me feel happy.During these 2 months stay I did have some problems but trust me the girls in front desk especially Anyssa and Geraline are there to help you. They will make sure you are not left unheard. Also their maintenance guys are awesome, sorry guys I dont know your name but have positive feedback for you guys, thumbs up.I am truly satisfied with the value I get what I pay here. Management is trying their level best to meet the expectation for their tenants which I really appreciate.Apartment is really nice. No complain on community, they are cool. I am giving 4 star only because I feel that gym should be upgraded, most of the machines are not usable, apart from that kids play area, pool and lobby is good enough.

I had a leak a few months ago and constantly had to call maintenance to fix it! The old crew didn’t know what they were doing. Recently they hired a new crew and they took care of it ASAP. Afterwards I needed the hole in my ceiling taken care of. I’m not sure who I spoke to everytime I called to repair my ceiling but she didn’t report it to Brenda that’s for sure. I called yesterday morning and Spoke with Brenda and she apologized and promised me it would be fixed this week. I told her “You promise??? :( cause the last woman told me she would but nothing happened”Well just an hour after our phone call the repair man came in and fixed my ceiling! All in one day!!! Thank you brenda for keeping that promise and going above and beyond for my peace of mind. Changes like these is why I would renew my lease for a third year

This is a real honest review from a current tenant and business owner myself. First let me start off by saying Ive lived here since Sept 2018, the move in process was fast and easy. Beatrice was my leasing agent, she was very knowledgeable.professional and personable when it came to leasing, Even know when i go in for something, Beatrice is there. she knows me, and makes me feel like family. if she is not there, Esteban helps me, Jeralyn or the property manager Vanessa! Who is a godsend these days. I really feel like she is trying to get this complex into better shape and make sure everyone is happy. Also the office staff is not nosey and they arent up in your business. As long as you pay your rent and are a good tenant they leave you alone. When i moved in i got a good move in special and the price for the sqft is amazing. Even tho the building is a little older. The renovations help bring it up to the current decade. The maintenance here is amazing, and they get jobs done fast. Even in the middle of the night if there is an emergency, they will come take care of you. I recently downgraded from a 2 bed 2 bath into a one bedroom, and i love my one bedroom so much. Cant even tell that im missing a bedroom cause its so big and cozy. Overall im happy here and will most likely Renew my lease again for a 3rd time.So Ask for Beatrice if you want to lease. if shes not available Esteban can help you. Along with both Managers who are super cool!

This is the best apartments I’ve stayed. From the people on the front desk to the main manger. Anytime I had any problem they got it done quick fast and great quality. Tbh anyone who leaves a bad review tends to be someone who was not good to the complex them selfs. Best thing is the like to keep a good personal understanding of situations that happen. To personally help you more with your needs 5 stars to the jax and mrs Brenda!
