I have had an excellent experience living in this apartment complex. Carmen and Destiny, the front office staff, are always friendly, kind, and helpful. The property is well-maintained, with ample parking available, and the pet spa is a wonderful bonus. Cristian and Little Chris consistently go the extra mile to assist me. Most of my maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. The community even has a night patrol, which has contributed to my overall enjoyment of living here. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to stay near UTSA.

This was my first apartment out of college. It is overall a nice place, lots of trees which make the place feel hidden away from the busy UTSA street. Kya (who no longer works here) was very accommodating in the leasing process and I hope it is still the same way. She worked with us and ended up getting us a good deal and move in date. As far as the units themselves, I live in one of the newly renovated ones so I can only speak to that. But in general, I like the space and its appliances. There’s lots of windows which brings in lots of natural light which I love. I will say the A/C units are old, so in the summer they have a hard time keeping the place super cool (below 71). A lot of my neighbors have curtains on their balcony to help the heat/direct sunlight. If you want internet other than spectrum, you will probably need someone to come out and rewire the router for you. But At&t did a great job for me. In terms of maintenance, they have generally been quick and responsive. And lastly the amenities are pretty good, although the gym is pretty small and only fits 3 people MAX. But overall, I like it here and would recommend. It’s quiet, surrounded by lots of pretty trees, in a god location and I feel as if the price I pay for a newly renovated unit is fair even though the buildings are quite old.

Almost lived here for a full year. Very little to complain about here. Location is great. Youre close to many stores, schools, the highway, airport, and not very far from downtown. Staff is great. They are quick to respond, quick to inform, and very professional. Our unit is great. And the amenities are good overall. Solid place to live.

I love this apartment, Im going to miss it. I lived here for a year and if I didnt need more room I would stay. The place is perfect when I moved in I asked them for a bottom floor for when my mom came to stay with me for a few months, also asked for it to have a ramp so she could use the ramp for her walker. Also, my animals love it, I got a unit with a little yard, if youre looking for a little yards they are decent in size I have both a little and big dog. Room sizes are good as well.In all of the 12 months Ive seen about 4 🪳 which is pretty good I think, plus they are good about spraying, & I do my own spraying as well.The pool area is one of my fav parts, they dont make a big deal if I wanna take a dip w my dog. I like the fact that it doesnt close all super early either, I work late so in the summer I would come home and take a dip before bed. I never got a complaint until I got a new stereo and now people act like they dont live in an apartment ! lol but anyway, maintenance dudes are cool, pretty quick to respond.Location is great food from Fuego is the best, they literally know me there 😂😂 & my favorite coffee shop is right across the street! Dutch bros !!!!! 💙🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾I would definitely recommend

What I have enjoyed the most of all is the thoughtfulness of the staff. The office staff is quick to respond and the maintenance team works around my work schedule, because I work at home. Unless I make a work order too late in the day, they usually come the same day. They know that I work nights, so they come after 1 pm so I can sleep in. If they see me outside, they wave at me. If they see me taking out the trash, they will jump off their golf cart and come and ask me if they can take my trash to the dumpster for me. I have never felt so welcome.1

I have lived here since 2021. The community is pretty well-kept and the location is central to most things. HEB, Walmart and shopping are all within 10 minutes and downtown and the airport are about 15-20 minutes. Amenities like the pool and gym could be better but overall I feel safe and enjoy living here.

I absolutely loved my apartment here. We had to do some mild cleaning and disinfecting when we first moved in (to be expected) and had a couple incidents with a bad neighbor, but our experience for the rest of our lease was great. Maintenance was always quick and friendly when responding to any issues. The girls in the front office were also super sweet, respectful, and helpful. The property grounds were usually very clean. Would’ve loved to renew, the property was simply just out of our price range.

Moved here around the end of July and I have to say Im loving it so far. Both office and maintenance are very professional and will answer right away. Had a couple maintenance requests here and there for minimal things and they responded within the same day! The apartment complex is very clean and well kept, the units are beautiful and a good size.Overall such a wonderful experience since my fiance and I moved in with our fur babies. 💕

I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years. I have signed 2 lease renewals - and would not have stayed if the property, management, and maintenance wasn’t as fantastic as it is!This is an older property on the UTSA corridor, so some of the infrastructure is starting to show its age. I’ve had a few problems in my unit, but am always pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and courtesy of the maintenance staff.The management has been under Greystar for about a year and a half. The Greystar management is awesome. Very pragmatic and easy to get in touch with.I think some of these reviews from longtime residents that are so low, indicate the change in management and their shift in attention to the property. The previous managers were very “hands-off” and there were times where the property seemed like a “party house” being so close to UTSA. Since Greystar has taken over, there’s been more rules about visitors, parking, and noise complaints. This might be hard for people to get used to who lived here for a long time and tolerated noisy and inconsiderate neighbors.I have a young daughter, and I have never had a single problem with safety or noise.

On Saturday I called and spoke with Ms. Patricia Oakley( pardon their phone lines as they sound like there is a lot of background noise), I was informed that they had availability for the floor plan i was looking into and was also within my budget. Patricia was very friendly and knowledgeable as she notified me about the great special going on, took me to tour the floor plan i was interested in, and even assisted me in my application for the apartment that same day! I would give my experience five stars as it is a very cute complex with friendly staff but the five star will come once i move in and get the full resident experience. I have already recommended this complex to a colleague of mine as I am hopeful for a great experience. The apartment Im moving out of right now was HORRIBLE to say the least, I am eager for move in!!!!Update: 9 months into my lease, Im very happy with my decision to rent here. The location is perfect as its near La Cantera and The Rim. The prices and quality of the apartment is very much worth it. Maintenance has been great, knowledgeable, fast, and very friendly since day one. The community is well kept now, especially with the new management. All my neighbors and fur-neighbors are very sweet and awesome! I highly recommend this apartment to dog lovers because they have a decently sized dog park. Im so happy with my experience in this community, Im considering renewing my lease.

Nice apartment complex and amazing staff! Ever since Greystar has taken over as management, the property has benefited immensely. They are currently redoing the parking lot, which looks amazing, and have set up a new great gate system, which is easy to use. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient and the girls in the office are kind and helpful. Definitely an apartment complex worth looking at!

I’ve lived her for almost 2 years and I’ve been around for 3 different property managers and countless changes in staff for the front office. There’s no argument that the reviews posted in the past were accurate about how bad/overpriced it used to be here. But, there was just another staff overhaul in the front office and things are already changing so much. They’ve removed all the broken furniture, appliances, and trash from the property as well as hired new landscapers and a maintenance crew that are both doing an amazing job at cleaning up the property and fixing the apartments. I had maintenance requests that I’d submitted months ago that have been addressed with the new staff as well as one I put in a few days ago that was responded to the following day. It’s a work in progress because as you can see by the old reviews this place needed a lot of love and work but they seem to be more than willing and helpful to help with any issues and don’t make you feel like a bother or try to ignore you like the old staff did. The apartments are newly renovated and are more than worth the price. In fact, I’d put in my 60 day notice because my lease term was coming to and end and I couldn’t handle the front office people or the lack of care/concern given to the property or residents but after the new staff came in I just signed a new 12 month lease! I even recommended the complex to a friend of mine who signed a year lease as well. The old reviews talk about a roach infestation (which I’ve never seen one of in my life at this place) as well as a tour of a model that looks nothing like the actual apartment they ended up moving into. With my friend, they not only showed her the model but also the apartment she would be moving into so there weren’t any surprises and it was spotless, upgraded, and ready for immediate move in. With the new staff I have no problem recommending this complex.

***Im updating my review and stars because maintenance has really come through to take care of our needs and get things corrected. I can say the maintenance team have been the nicest most respectful group of people Ive come across in a very long time. We do appreciate the time they have given us to make things right!*** This is my first experience with Highline and I have not been impressed. Weve done everything thats been asked of us, paid rent and we still dont have the washer/dryer we paid for. Weve contacted them several times by phone and went to the leasing office twice and keep getting the run around. I guess as a parent I expect on move in day everything be ready for move in and that has not been the case. My daughter doesnt want to cause any waves but this is just wrong! I would not recommend Highline to anyone unless they enjoy getting the run around. I just expect to get the same respect as we have given the leasing office and were not. Very disappointed.

Everyone actually cares about the property/residents and you can see that in their attitude and smiles. I truly regret moving out of this property. The location was ideal to reach the main commercial areas as well as bike trails; also, it was very accessible to all highways giving you the fastest route to any part of the city. Management: Although there was management changes during my stay, they were both proactive in creating a community and conscious of the property conditions. Maintenance: I never had an issue with service requests nor did I have to wait more than 24 hours for my issues to be addressed. Parking: This was an minor issue in the beginning, but parking permits were later issued and any vehicle without a permit was towed- guaranteed! Amenities: The gym was always clean, never messy to the extremes and had the basic equipment and tranquility for a daily workout. The pool area was always taken care of and was apt for a good read and/or to have fun with the family on the weekends/evenings. Residents were never disruptive. The view on the west side of the property gifted beautiful sunsets and free firework shows from Fiesta Texas. I strongly recommend this area for pleasant & convenient living.

Before making this rating of 4 stars, I would have rated this apartment with half a star due to poor management and the poor conditions of the apartment. I thought the rent was too high for the quality of the apartment. However, after new management was recently hired, I can honestly say everything has turned around. Our new management sincerely cares about her residents. Work orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner now and she has followed up after the work order has been completed to ensure satisfaction. Its been great to know that I can now rely on management. She has done an amazing job. I hope she stays for the duration of my stay because she truly cares.

Tori was the agent who helped us and she was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to make the application process very easy. We have lived here for several years and the since Erik started working here it truly has been a fantastic experience. Ransom and Patricia and very professional and super nice and sweet. The staff are kind, friendly, professional, and caring. The apts are close to great restaurants and UTSA is very close. I highly recommend you live here. The maintenance staff are phenomenal and are fast and quick to respond to requests.

This place is quiet and in a wonderful location literally minutes away from every store you can think of. office Staff is great and maintenance rocks. Those guys show up in no time and take care of business I would definitely recommend this place the only issue was parking but as of last week they are assigning visitors and resident parking and seems to have done the trick

From the friendly faces in the office to the prompt maintenance response I feel the Parq on the Boulevard was the right choice for my family and I. I have lived here for a year now and I LOVE it they have a dog park and its quiet and really nice the only complaint I have is there are more apartments then parking spaces and that gets irritating since I work until late so I usually have to make the hike across campus my suggestion take away that stupid covered parking that nobody uses anyway and let it be for everyone. Other than that I have really enjoyed my home here and recommend this place.

We moved from Corpus Christi and needed a short-term lease until we found a home. When calling various apartments in the area, Theresa was by far the most accommodating! She won us over sight unseen and we have not been disappointed with her dedication and commitment to customer service. Although our stay has been short, we have been very satisfied with Theresa and her team here at Parq on the Boulevard.

I had a previous review were I rated the apt with a very low score, however the new management has improved things a lot. The shuttle is back, the front office staff are curtious and prepared, rent barely increased compared to last increase they made, work orders improved a lot they take way less time to repair things and they have a permanet staff now which is nice, parking is being enfoced which I hope they keep doing that. The reason I am not giving it a 5 stars its because the gym is not that well maintained, and there still a big problem with dog poop (which is hard to enforce), and rent is stilla little to pricey, but other than that I congratulate the new manager for doing a way better job than the previous manager.

I found out about this place after asking the manager at my Houston apartment if Mosaic had anything in San Antonio with an attached garage and not too far from my job. Im glad I asked! Im very happy. The manager was very helpful with my relocation and my new place is gorgeous. It is also close to everything. I love it.

Love it here very quiet community with great neighbors and amenities. I would not have moved but rent went from 880 to almost 1200 for my 1 bedroom so I will be relocating. Great place to stay managment is very respectful and ive only had to call maintenance for a few things that were minor . 👌

The best ever the staff was amazing with a summer day they had fruit chilled a great barbeque chiuce great music and refreshments and not to forget a great pool to enjoy definitely big shoutout to the staff

Just moved in and honestly it’s so peaceful, the staff is very helpful and friendly . It’s so quit and beautiful . They even have a mini dog park here . I well recommended this place

I moved in the Fall of 2018 and read some negative reviews but I highly recommend these apartments. The staff has been very gracious and helpful. The maintenance department has fixed every issue that I have had. It is very peaceful and quiet. I have no complaints at all.
