Clean, new, modern, attractive and intelligent floor plans, wide well-lighted access to the living units, architectural attention to Ada, senior needs and lifestyle. Elevator, lower staircase risers and dual handrails. A community center and swimming pool are more than adequate, clean and well-maintained. This peaceful property is small town located, abuts green space, is very quiet, designed and populated by/for 55+ . Level 1 and 2 medical/emergency care (within 30min to Woodlands).

I wanted to take a moment to say the manager here at 325 Flagship, Diana, is so awesome. She has been so helpful and attentive. She goes above and beyond for the residents here. She even called me on April 3rd to make sure I was able to pay my rent on time. She even stayed late to wait for me to get home from work that day. I was very thankful for that. She helped me avoid a $75 late charge! I call that above and beyond what she had to do. Thank you Diana!

I hands down give all 5 of these stars to Mrs. Diana simply because I have never had someone in this business be in my corner 100%. She helped me any and every way possible when I needed it. On a very much lighter note her “associate” Rosie should be let go, fired, or banned from talking to anyone. Ever. She is rude and disrespectful and has no sense of business communication. 10/10 would recommend talking to Mrs. Diana ONLY, unless you like feeling disrespected and treated as if you’re lower than her.

Love this complex, well kept and management was very polite and helpful. The office personal is outstanding in business matters.I would recommend it, for a long term living.

I was very impressed with the 55 and older units and everyone that lives there I spoke to informed me just how happy they are to be living.
