The Gregory is one of the newest complexes I got to visit during my search for my apartment. Louie was very helpful & attentive to answer any questions or concerns I had. It’s a beautiful facility with resort-feel to it from the front office, to the pool & great size rooms. Prices were just right & night times are quiet with a few police officers that live in the facility. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a home up in the Porter area & make sure to ask for Louie as he strives for excellence customer service. Thank you Louie for all your help!!

This is an excellent place to live! Lovely staff and management. The community is like a resort with great amenities and access to so many stores just down the road. It’s always super clean & it’s pretty quiet since it’s a little tucked away. I moved in when they first opened and it’s been great ever since. If youre in search of a comfortable and calm place to live, this is it.

Perfect community for a family ! 👨‍👩‍👦 Pool and gym are super big and fav thing about my apartment is the kitchen island and the stand up shower ! It’s just Very luxurious!! Also maintenance people are very fast at fixing things . Def recommend these apartments!

When I encountered an issue that just wasn’t getting solved with the old staff she resolved it with lightning speed, showcasing her incredible efficiency and dedication. Its remarkable how shes always there for the residents, no matter the time or situation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She always so sweet and just all around a pleasure to work with. Plus, Joshuas sweetness and unwavering helpfulness add an extra layer of warmth to the experience. And lets not forget Chris, whose lightning-fast handling of business matters is truly impressive. The teamwork and communication among the team are flawless, creating an environment where residents like me feel not just at home, but truly valued and welcomed. Its evident they treat us like family, going above and beyond to make our living experience exceptional.

The Gregory has been the BEST!!! Our first tour we were welcomed by every single staff in the office and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we got to call this place a home. Anytime we called they made sure to answer any questions and concerns we had and kept us updated throughout our application process. When we got approved we were welcomed with gifts and Chris made sure to drive us to our building and showed us the dog park, the trash nearest to our building for days valet isn’t scheduled for, etc. Anytime we needed anything and went inside the office every single staff has been so welcoming and super helpful. Over all my partner & I just would love to say we are blessed to have found such a great complex with the best staff who has went above and beyond!

My wife and I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon to the Gregory Apartments. As we were waiting for someone to get back to the office we looked around and were very impressed with what we saw. We were hoping the apartments were just as nice as what we saw. As we were getting ready to leave, Chris Vandenbergh was done giving a tour to another family. So glad we stayed. He showed us the 2/2 set up. The Garrison and The Hudson were extremely impressive. After discussions on what we liked we decided on The Hudson. The next day I dropped in and spoke with Chris and he showed me The Magnolia in the rain and I fell in love with it. Chris is an amazing young man that listens to what his clients are looking for and does what he can to get them to their home! Thank you Chris! I look forward to living there and making new memories at the Gregory Apartments!

I just moved in this past weekend and I wanted to share my amazing experience. From the time I walked in to the time I moved in, I received exceptional service from the office. I needed to move within 2 days due to personal reasons and they were able to get me in with a gorgeous view too🤩 I want to give a big THANK YOU to The Gregory Team for their help in making my last minute move so stress-free and easygoing. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to friends and family in a heartbeat!

Mr. Christopher Vandenbergh was remarkably professional to deal with. He went above and beyond expectations to make me completely informed and welcome throughout the process. He gave me guided FaceTime tours multiple times, along with personal insights as to what would serve my needs best. It was like I had a paid tour guide and actually better than walking the property myself. He responded to every call and every text immediately both while working, and on his days off which was completely unexpected. I felt like I was dealing with a longtime friend as he informed me and helped me throughout the entire application process. This type of service is invaluable when moving to a new location! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful he was. Also, when I called the main office number, each person I spoke to was equally professional, and willingly helpful, for which I am very grateful! I am looking forward to moving in soon!

Toured the property yesterday with Beth and wow! What an amazing resort style apt complex. Brand new and gorgeous. The amenities are fantastic. The 1 bedroom is a little on the smallish side but what it lacks in space, is def made up for with the built in mud bench, desk, shelves, whirlpool appliances, and just the extra attention to detail that went into the construction. Beth was the ultimate professional delivering very personable and knowledgeable customer service. She was awesome!

The staff at the leasing office and maintenance are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Beth was incredibly helpful with my application process of moving and anything I needed throughout my term here. I have enjoyed my time living here and this is a prime location to access freeways to travel to the city. The grounds of the complex are always well-maintained, and they have great events going on at all times. I will miss this property in this would make anyone a great home.❤️

Lived here for about 7 months now and love how peaceful it is. The leasing staff is exceptional especially Beth and Calla always going above and beyond!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! always responsive .The groundskeepers do a good job on keeping the apartments looking nice as well. Dog friendly environment is a huge plus for me and all the amenities they offer.

From the first time I walked in the door I was impressed with my experience at The Gregory. I worked closely with Beth over 3 months to find the perfect layout and unit for me and plan a move across the country. She has been extremely responsive and helpful whenever I have a questions and has been very welcoming since I moved in. I have been here a few weeks now and am enjoying getting settled in to this beautiful and quiet community. I look forward to the upcoming events that they host onsite and using the amenities.Location has been great for me. Its close to a lot of shopping, dining and quick access to 99 and 69 so I can get where I am going. I am very happy with my decision to move here.

My husband and I have been residents here for almost 3 months, it’s been great so far. It’s a quiet and peaceful community. Beth, who is the leasing consultant, btw who should be a manager has been AMAZING. May blessings shower her future! She has been so sweet and helpful in every encounter. She makes your feel like your urgency is her priority. She communicates well and follows up which is super important for a business. Trust me you will be in great hands with your living affairs. We didn’t know which one we were going to shoes but when we met Beth in the leasing office we were sold. Thank you Beth for being so professional, kind, informative and welcoming to us. We appreciate everything that Beth has done. She is such a valuable asset to the Signorelli company. Beth took our application yesterday and we are already looking forward to moving in March 1. For starters, this property is absolutely amazing. I love the look of the apartments, along with all the amenities they have to offer. Jami has helped me from the beginning and she is amazing to work with, she goes above and beyond and made sure I was comfortable with the unit I chose. I’ve visited different properties but she definitely made my choice clear and so much easier with the time she’s taken and her customer service skills. You won’t regret coming here!

We were looking at multiple apartments when we decided to move back to the Porter area back in July. The Gregory won hands down! We moved in at the beginning of November 2022. The staff is amazing and truly care how you are doing. We moved into a first floor apartment and have loved the little yard for our dog. The Beer Garden is the ultimate place to hang out as well. Jorge, Calla, and Beth are your go to people to learning all the amazing things The Gregory has to offer. Best decision we made when moving back to the Porter area.

The community is absolutely beautiful and I am in love with the apartment. The only thing I dislike about the community is that we have to use fetch as our delivery service. It is completely unreliable and very inconvenient. Hopefully they will switch to Amazon lockers in the future.
