    I’ve been living here for a year, and it’s been fine. The apartment has good natural light and the appliances work well. Everyone here seems to be very friendly The complex has a pool and a gym and seems to always be clean which is nice!The staff is helpful, and Mr Carmona is such a great help whenever I need something fix or have any question. He always make sure any request that I in put in is taken care of at a reasonable time.

    I don’t usually write reviews but this time I just have to. I have family that resides here and I absolutely love going to visit. It’s so beautiful and well maintained.Everyone is so nice here especially a gentleman by the name of Saul Carmona. Anytime there is a problem Mr. Carmona comes quickly and fixes whatever is wrong. He’s always super polite, friendly and professional. He has even taken my elderly Aunt’s garbage out for her. Every complex should have an employee like him someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty.

    Ive enjoyed my 3-year stay at the Grayson apartments! I love my upstairs unit because of the privacy. The ladies in the office are absolutely the , always helpful and friendly, The entire time have been there the Maintenace team was always quick to respond to my request. i highly recommend this community.

    Been living here at The Grayson for 2 years and I love it here! The front office is always available. Maintenance is fast when I have an issue, and reliable which is a plus. I truly enjoy living here.

    The apartments themselves are nice. However, they have a dog park and looks like none of the residents pick up after their dog. Even though it has turf. They should offer some sort of incentives for the residents to report other residents. Obviously it being their home doesnt mean anything to them.

    Was frustrated when I made my original comment. After communication with the office we concluded we just had a misunderstanding, everything has been worked out. Very professional on both apartment staff and maintenance. Satisfied with where I stay! They helped resolve my issue quickly after bringing it to their attention.

    Victoria and Jasmine were very patient with me, during the process of moving from one state to another. There were some miscommunication but all in all I would definitely recommend, these two to anyone. I would have wished to become a resident and I know I would have enjoyed the location of the property, the amenities , and the fun events they host. I will say moving 20hrs is not at all easy. I hope to become a resident with them in the near future.

    My experience living at the Grayson has been a beautiful, relax enjoyment. I wish they would allow us to decor our balconies they are so beautiful, large and big. The floor plans are open concept luxury with attach garage.We love it we sign one more lease.The Massie

    Currently residing at The Grayson for the past 2 years, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front office staff. Ashley, Jasmine, Jennifer and Victoria, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process and were always available to assist with any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay.Moreover, the maintenance team, led by Rob, deserves special recognition for their promptness and efficiency in addressing any maintenance issues. Whether it was a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, Rob and his team were always quick to respond and resolve the problem with utmost care and proficiency. Their dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents truly sets them apart. Great spot to live

    I have been a resident for almost a year now. They addressed my issues promptly. The manager, Ashley has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and listens. The staff is very efficient, pleasant and welcoming. The Grayson is a great community.

    The Grayson has exceptional customer service and always available. Love the maintenance team; always do their best, answers efficiently, and assists and follows up on the work they’ve done. Love the management team, especially Ms. Ashley. Only missing a star from how I received the apartment and the mandatory trash valet that I don’t use. Besides those two things, this is a great apartment complex!

    Victoria Galvan has been very helpful during my whole move in process. Gym is nice, neighbors are sweet, the apartment itself is cute. So far everything has been good upon my move in.

    I have lived at The Grayson for going on 3 years and it has been the best living experience for me so far. Office staff is always very pleasant and work orders get completed in a timely manner as promised. For me, they show how much they appreciate the comfort of their residents and they always have fun ways for the residents to engage with the office staff. The community itself is quiet a nicely kept. 🙂

    The Grayson is a great community to live in. I will say I saw negative reviews before moving in but have nothing but positive interactions. The staff in the office are attentive and friendly. Shortly after moving in I had some maintenance issues and Rod was my technician. He was so polite, fast, and efficient. He let me know if I had any further issues to let him know. Highly recommended.

    The Grayson is a nice community, the staff is pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Even though this is a large property it seems as if everyone knows you personally and has developed a bond with their tenants. In the office, there is a woman i believe her name is Brandy, she is attentive with addressing concerns and needs, and i also had the pleasure of having a service done in a timely fashion by one of the maintenance men by the name of Rod. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable and even explained what i should do in the matter if I have the same issue as before, which has been most helpful. Thank you for your hard work and efforts to create such a great place to live for us!

    The Grayson is a beautiful property and Ashley did amazing on giving us a tour. Although she didnt sit us down and talk pricing nor give us a pamphlet/print out of the floor plans because everything is online she did a great job on explaining everything in the model. The area is great as well.

    I just recently moved here with my girlfriend and we absolutely love it. Everyone in the office has been more then accommodating and professional. We did have a couple questions during our leasing process but, after working each with Shanna, Achante, Brandy and Allison the office team as a whole handled everything with the utmost care and integrity. I would absolutely recommend The Grayson to friends and family!

    I have been here since January and it has honestly been the best experience so far. The office staff is always attentive and even though some things are beyond their control, they still do their best to take care of their residents. Achante is always busy and is sometimes hard to get time with, but Alison and Brandie do a great job of helping me out and relaying messages.

    Been living here for 2 years. When we first moved in with the old management, it was terrible. They had horrible staff and awful customer service. The only person who stayed from the old staff was Silvia. We used to have issues with her, but we have overcame those problems since new management came in. David has been the best thing to happen to The Graysons. I remember when he first started he said he wanted to make better changes to the apartments and I just hope he knows that he has done a great job. He is so welcoming and such a warm hearted person. He listens and understands. I’m glad they chose him as head manager because he deserves that title. And we can’t forget about Lindey, she is just as awesome and has been a great addition to our office staff!!

    I’ve been living here for a yr now at first it started off rocky but since Ashanti & Brandy started working here I love it here they are always so nice to me & help me with whatever I need help with asap! I renewed my lease for another yr because of them! I don’t wait weeks for maintenance to come anymore they come pretty fast now.Only con I have is the gate keep being broken two of my center caps were stolen off my car.

    Living here has been a beautiful experience. The landscaping, office personnel amenities are beautiful, especially when the gate is not working but give it 24hrs and its back working again. My only complaint is that only one parking permit per lease holder is giving but I have multiple vehicles.

    I love living here and am glad I decided to be here. The staff are so nice and friendly and actually interact with you. I know the my are always swamped and it’s been hard in 2020 to do their jobs and still put themselves at risk everyday yet do it professionally and with warmth. Love seeing the manager walk the property picking up trash talking to residents and greeting the kids every day when they get off the school bus; now that’s a manager.

    Where do I begin ! Such a amazing experience Lindy was AMAZING! She sure did make it hard to make a decision after touring the apartment! Everything was so put together and super clean and tidy , staff and apartment complex was full of positive good energy ! Lindy sure did know her information about the complex she had amazing response to every question we asked and was extremely helpful and followed up afterwards! The apartment complex over all is definitely a place to call home if your looking for a apartment! Unfortunately because of the carpet flooring we did not go with Grayson Apartment but for anyone who is interested in leasing at Grayson definitely ask for Lindy you won’t regret it! Thank you so much Grayson Apartment for the tour and golf cart ride :)!

    I have currently lived at the Grayson for a month and so far everything has exceeded my expectations. The leasing professionals / Management have been polite, professional, and accommodating. The unit and surroundings are very nice! There is usually plenty of parking next to my unit throughout the day. We all know that is not easy to come by living in Houston / Surrounding areas.     I just moved to these apartments in November. I must say, I really enjoyed this property. The staff are nice and they are on top of everything. They have a lot of functions here for the residents to be involved in. Theyre adding a new locker system for packages which is highly convenient. I have no complaints with this property. Everyone is extremely professional.

    I have been a resident for approximately four months now and I have no experienced any issues. The leasing agent and management are excellent and very helpful. I got so many specials and deals when moving in, and I do not see me going anywhere else once my lease is up. All appliances and everything in the home is brand new and at night the apartments are extremely quiet. I recommend moving here, you will enjoy your stay.

    AChante guided me through a tour last week and she was amazing! She was professional and caring. she answered all questions that I had and was on top of everything! She made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the tour and reassured to me how important safety was at Grayson apartments. she is passionate about her job and the people in the community. AChante if great and a fast responder also. I love this apartment complex and the positive energy that they exposed thank you AChante for being so patient and caring!!

    I love Miss Alison, She was off duty and still changed my tire. I am pregnant so it is no way i could have done it myself, but she was a God sent! Talk about great customer service!!! Thank you for having great dedicated employees!!!

    LOVE LIVING HERE AND WE FEEL VERY SAFE! We were one of the first families to move in and we are beyond comfortable and happy that we chose The Grayson. Anyone that wants a beautiful place to call home and a wonderful office personnel that follow through and gets things done, this is the place to be. I had to give them a 5 star rating and I plan to stay here until I am ready to buy our home.

    I have been living at Grayson Luxury Apartments for 9 months starting March 2017. I love living here. It is quiet. The public areas are clean and well kept. Gym is well equipped and tenants business center is quite useful. Tamara Knox, the property manager, organizes themed monthly parties at the club house for the tenants with complimentary food and drinks. The next party is called French Quarter which is themed after the Mardi Gras. The turnout for the Christmas party was great and we got to take pictures with Santa. Management is very professional and responsive. For example when availability of parking became tight, Tamara assigned more of the visitor’s parking to tenants. We are 5 minutes from I45. I enjoy living here and I highly recommend to anyone to make this community a home.

    I lived here for 2 years! And loved it. Great amenities and awesome beautiful pool! Quick Maintenance. But do know that If you are ever late on rent, eviction will be filed the 9th day of the month.

    Nice apartment complex to live in. Landscaping is kept clean. Parking isn’t too bad. Amenities are the best part of this apartment complex. Gates always go out of order but are fixed within the same week.

    This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and very peaceful. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. Silvia took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted, was very kind and made me feel welcome. I am very glad to call this my new home!

    Absolutely love the new staff and so glad they changed management companies. The team seem to sincerely care and he actually does something about the residents who don’t follow the rules.     The Grayson office team is amazing! I cant say enough about them. They are understanding and fair with any issues I have had. I love that even through covid they have been in constant communication with the residents AND have made constant upgrades for us.
